図である。同図において、1は円筒体からなるアノー
ド、2はこのアノード1の内側に空胴共振器を形成する
複数枚のベインであり、このベイン2の任意の一枚には
マイクロ波出力を外部へ導出するアンテナ3が接合され
ている。4a,4bは複数枚のベイン2を交互に1個おきに
連結し安定した発振を行なわせる外,内ストラップリン
グである。

せ、低コストで効率の高いマイクロ波出力が得られるマ
グネトロンを提供することにある。

にアンテナ3の板厚とほぼ等しい寸法を有するアンテナ
収容溝2bが一体的に設けられており、このアンテナ収容
溝2bには、アンテナ3の一端部が組合され、外ストラツ
プリング4aと接触して嵌合配置されている。そして外ス
トラツプリング4aの銀メツキによりアンテナ3が同時に
ベイン2に接合されている。

の銀メツキにより接合できるので、信頼性の高い電気的
接続が可能となり、低コストで効率の高いマイクロ波出
力が得られる。

出力取り出し部側に、外ストラップリング及びアンテナ
が接続され、前記アンテナを前記外ストラップリングの
周端に接触配置し、該ストラップリングのメッキにより
接合して電気的に接続することを特徴としたマグネトロ
ン。
