心に、かつ、回転自由に支持し、該他方の歯車の基端部
を固定したアームの先端を前記窓板の前記回転枠に形成
した案内部に係合した駆動機構を設け、該駆動機構の前
記駆動軸を電動または手動の駆動源に連結したことを特
