れらのフイルターが高性能化となり嵩高で重量を呈して
いるので上記の如く機体上部におけるフィルターのメン
テナンス作業は不可能であり且つ作業中において塵埃が
病室内に撒逸する等して非常に不健康である等、重大な
問題を有していたのである。更に、室内より還気せる空
気の全量を該還気空気内に含まれている熱量をも毛頭利
用することなくその全量を室内の汚染空気と共に無造作
に放出しているが為に非常に不経済であり、しかも機内
にて発生せる騒振音が室内に流出し静粛な環境が求め得
られないという種々の欠点もあった。

種々のフイルター部材を適宜に挿脱自在に配置してなる
ものである。更に上記、フイルター室7内の空間を利用
して電気集塵機、操作盤等の機械類をも容易に挿脱自在
に収容出来得るように構成した点をその特徴としてい
る。

ビュータ等による自動開閉制御とすることにより通路中
の送風切換変更等の諸操作を自動的に管理行わしめるこ
とは謂うまでもない。特に、この発明においては上記機
内中央に形成せるフイルター室7内にメインフィルター
aとして高、中性能フィルターを,その他プレフィルタ
ーbとして図3にその一例を図4にて示めす如く脱臭フ
ィルター、塩害除去用フィルター、抗菌フィルター、活
性炭フィルター、バッグフィルター19等その作用目的
に応じて種々の空気清浄用フィルターを適宜に挿脱自在
に配置することも出来得る。また上記フイルター機構以
外に該フイルター室7内の空間を利用して電気集塵機、
操作盤、各種の機構装置をも同時に収容することも可能
である。

制すると共に送風通路A内に設置せるドレンパン17の
下底部において風を曲折分散しより効果的な消音機能を
も併せ有している。上記の如く、この発明は夫々の送風
内に設置せるダンパの開閉操作によってウォーミングア
ップ運転、外気冷房運転、ミキシング運転等全空調運転
が一台の機器にて容易に求め得られる等至便な多目的用
空調機である。

【実施例】以下、実施例を図面について説明すると、1
は機体にて該上部または側部等適宜箇所に送気口2、還
気口3、外気取入口4、排気口5の各吸排口を夫々開口
設ける共に該機内を数枚の仕切板にて区切りし、機体中
央の上部に全熱交換器室6を、該下方にフイルター室7
を、また該左右両側に熱交換器室8、SA送風機室9、
外気導入室10、EA送風機室11、排気室12の各室
を夫々形成設ける。また、上記機内には還気口3と送気
口2を連通する送風通路Aを、還気口3と排気口5を連
通する送風通路B,外気取入口4と送気口2を連通する
送風通路Eの各U形状送風通路、及び中央フイルター室
7を軸として外気取入口4と送気口2を連通する送風通
路C,還気口3と排気口5を連通する送風通路D等複数
のU形状送風通路を各形成設けると共に上記、全熱交換
器室6内には静止型全熱交換器13を縦状設置し、該両
側面にサブフィルターとして熱交換器保護用フィルタ
c、dの各フィルタを装設する、また送風通路A,B下
方両側に形成せるSA送風機室9にはSA送風機14
を、EA送風機室11内にはEA送風機15を、熱交換
器室8内には冷、温水コイル16、ドレンパン17、加
湿器18等の必要とする機構装置が夫々に各設置されて
いる。また上記、各室を連通する送風通路A内に風流切
換ダンパd1を、送風通路B内にバイバス通路切換ダンパ
d2を、送風通路Eに外気導入切換ダンパd3の各ダンパ装
置を開閉自在に取付け設け、該ダンパによる切換え操作
によって上記各送風通路内を流通する外気、還気、排
気、夫々の空気流れを遮断または相互に互換、変更流通
を行わしめることが出来得る。なおこれらの操作はコン
ビュータ等による自動開閉制御とすることにより通路中
の送風切換変更等の諸操作を自動的に管理行わしめるこ
とは謂うまでもない。特に、この発明においては上記機
内中央に形成せるフイルター室7内にメインフィルター
aとして高、中性能フィルターを,その他プレフィルタ
ーbとして図3にその一例を図4にて示めす如く脱臭フ
ィルター、塩害除去用フィルター、抗菌フィルター、活
性炭フィルター、バッグフィルター19等その作用目的
に応じて種々の空気清浄用フィルターを適宜に挿脱自在
に配置することも出来得る。また上記フイルター機構以
外に該フイルター室7内の空間を利用して電気集塵機、
操作盤、各種の機構装置をも同時に収容することも可能
である。なお、この発明においては他の実施例として送
気口2,還気口3,外気取入口4,排気口5等の各吸排
口及び内部の各機構装置の配置が図示構造にのみ限定す
ることなく、例えば図5の如く設置場所等によっては上
記、夫々の吸排口、送風通路等の各並列の位置関係を変
更行わしめることも任意自在である。

複数のU形状送風通路A,B,C,D,Eにて上記、各
吸排口及び各室を連通すると共に全熱交換器室内に全熱
交換器を、左右送風機室内にSA、EA夫々の送風機
を、熱交換器室内には冷、温水コイル、ドレンパン、加
湿器等の機器装置を夫々の室内に配置し、更に上記、
吸、排、換気各送風通路A,B,C,D間に風流変更切
換ダンパd1、バイバス通路切換ダンパd2、外気導入切換
ダンパd3の各ダンパを各送風通路変更切換自在に配設
し、該ダンパによる操作によって上記各送風通路内を流
通する還、排、外気の導入、吸排排気等の空気流れを相
互に互換変更し、室内への冷暖気の送給及び外気と室内
還気との混合空気及び全排気、外気冷房等その都度、室
内環境に応じて必要とする冷暖風を同時に、或いは各箇
別に送配行わしめるように構成してなる多目的用空調機
において、上記機内中央下方に形成せるフイルター室内
にメイン、プレフィルターその他、使用目的に応じて必
要とするフイルター部材を該室内に集約して挿脱自在に
収納すべく形成せしめたことを特徴とするフィルター重
視形のターミナル型空気調和機。
