ーション作業を行う際に次記のような問題があった。す
なわち従来の製氷機では、氷搬出用扉は単にストッカ内
に貯氷されている氷の逸出を阻止するだけの機能を備え
ているに過ぎず、サニテーション液をプールした際の液
漏れを積極的に防止するシール機能に付いては何等の特
別な配慮がなされていない。このために従来では自動販
売機に組み込んだ使用状態で製氷機のサニテーションを
行う際には、別部品として用意されているシール部品を
氷搬出口に挿入して液密シールする手段を講じている
が、このようにサニテーションの都度シール部品を氷搬
出口に取付けることは手間が掛かってサニテーション作
業を面倒にし、メインテナンスに対するサービス性を低
める原因となっている。

相互連結するリンク8a〜8cからなるリンク機構8とを基
本部品としてこれら各部品を基台9上に搭載して組立構
成されている。なお図中6aは扉6の固定支軸、8dはリン
ク8bの固定支軸、また10,11はそれぞれ前記固定支軸6a,
8dに取付けた扉6,ソレノイドの復帰ばねである。
