(Prior Art) In a heat-sensitive stencil sheet made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film and a porous support, which are used for conventional transcription printing and screen printing, the sensitivity of the heat-sensitive stencil sheet to light is improved, or the light irradiation time is increased. A method of coloring either a thermoplastic synthetic resin film or a porous support is known in order to reduce and improve the reproducibility of an image.

For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-27509 discloses a method of coloring a synthetic resin film, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-33173 discloses a method of coloring at least one of a porous support or an adhesive for bonding a synthetic resin film and a porous support. It shows how to do it.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned prior art, the colored heat-sensitive stencil sheet is
Compared to uncolored heat-sensitive stencil paper, images written with a thin pencil around 3H, images written by people with weak writing pressure, etc. are well perforated, which means that the heat-sensitive stencil paper has increased perforation sensitivity. However, when printed, excellent image reproducibility (resolution) is obtained.

Although the reason for the increase in sensitivity has not been clarified yet, when the colorant of the colored heat-sensitive stencil base paper is irradiated with light, the colorant absorbs the light and generates heat, and the entire base paper is appropriately heated. It is considered that the synthetic resin film is easily perforated, or the heat generated in the image portion of the original by light irradiation is quickly absorbed by the colored synthetic resin film, and the synthetic resin film is easily perforated.

However, on the other hand, it has such an effect, but when you make and print a manuscript copied with a PPC type copier or a manuscript written with a relatively dark pencil, small black spots (pinholes) appear in places other than the image area. There was a problem that many occurred. The reason for this is that in these originals, there are many small dots (dirt) that are invisible to the toner and pencil powder in areas other than the image area, and are therefore colored to increase the perforation sensitivity. It is considered that these small dots are also perforated in the stencil sheet, and pinholes frequently occur.

That is, the present invention is a heat-sensitive stencil sheet made by superposing a thermoplastic synthetic resin film and a porous support,
The porous support is made by uniformly mixing uncolored fibers and fibers colored in a color other than white,
It is characterized in that the fibers colored in a color other than white are 10% by weight or more and 90% by weight or less of the total amount of the porous support.

In the present invention, the porous support may be a porous one that withstands heat during plate making and allows ink to pass through during printing. For example, Kozo, Mitsumata, natural fibers such as Manila hemp, rayon, and vinylon, It is preferable to use thin paper having a basis weight of 8 to 12 g / m 2 made by mixing or mixing chemical fibers such as polyester and polyacrylonitrile, or 40 to 300 mesh gauze made of silk, nylon or polyester. .

The color for coloring the fiber is not particularly limited as long as it is other than white, but a coloring system having absorption in the wavelength band of 500 to 700 mμ has better resolution than other colors. In addition, the colored fiber is 10% by weight or more and 90% by weight or less, especially from the viewpoint of sensitivity and prevention of pinholes, to the total fiber of the porous support.
A range of 15-60% by weight is preferred.

(Operation) FIG. 1 shows the heat-sensitive stencil sheet of the present invention and the letter "E" is PP.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a state in which a document being copied by a C copying machine is superimposed. The original 7 having the image area E is placed on the film side of the heat-sensitive stencil sheet in which the thermoplastic synthetic resin film is adhered to the porous support made from the uncolored fiber 3A and the colored fiber 3B. It is shown in the installed state. A large number of small dots (dirt) S of the document are seen around the image area E of the document 7. Fibers colored in colors other than white
In the heat-sensitive stencil sheet using the porous support containing 3B, since the colored fiber portion 3B is present, the film portion adjacent to that portion is easily perforated. On the other hand, since the invisible small dots (dirt) S of the document that cause pinholes are very small with respect to the image E, the probability of being close to or overlapping with the colored fiber portion 3B is much less than that of the image E. Become. In other words, since the image E is much larger than the small point S, the colored fiber will definitely cross this portion.
Since the small point S is small, the colored fiber hardly crosses it. As a result, the base paper portion in contact with the image E easily absorbs heat and the sensitivity is improved, while the small point S portion has the normal sensitivity and the occurrence of pinholes due to the increased sensitivity can be prevented. Further, in a manuscript written with a thin pencil, since there are many portions (colored portions) of the heat-sensitive stencil sheet that are easily perforated in the image area E, perforation is made in a sufficiently readable state. be able to.

An embodiment for making the heat-sensitive stencil sheet of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the distance between electrodes is 250 m.
m, tube diameter 12mm, xenon gas filling pressure 100mmHg, maximum input energy 700W ・ sec.
It is installed at the focal point of a parabolic reflector 11 of × 260 mm, and a transparent plate with a thickness of about 3 mm provided in the opening (for example, a soda glass plate,
(Eg, acrylic synthetic resin plate) 12, a heat-sensitive stencil sheet 1 of the present invention having a size of 220 mm × 260 mm, for example, is placed so that its film surface 2 faces upward, and the original non-image area 8 and the original image area The original 7 is superposed so that the image portion 9 of the original 7 made of 9 comes into contact with the release agent layer 5 on the film surface 2, and the elastic sheet 14 such as urethane foam and the rigid plate 1 such as an aluminum plate are placed thereon. The composite pressing plate (13) is made to be in a state of being appropriately pressed. Then, in this state, the charging voltage of 650V connected to the discharge tube, the charge of the capacitor of 3200 microfarad, is rapidly discharged for about 10 -3 seconds by applying a voltage of about 10000V to the tube wall, unit area (cm 2 ) Light energy of about 3.0 W · second is applied to the original 7 for a short time and heat generated in the image 9 of the original 7 causes perforation of a detailed image corresponding to the image 9 to form the film surface 2 of the base paper 1. Example 1 Polyester fiber 20 dyed by adding 3% by weight of a blue dye (Kayaron Polyester Blue EBLE, manufactured by Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd.)
Parts and 80 parts of uncolored Manila hemp fiber are mixed uniformly to make paper, and a porous thin paper having a basis weight of 8 g / m 2 and a stretched polyester film having a thickness of 2 μ are used with a vinyl acetate adhesive. After laminating, sodium stearate was applied on the surface of the film as a release agent for preventing fusion with the original.
