発明が解決しようとする課題 上記従来の電気炊飯器のバックアップ方式は2通りあ
る。一方は完全バックアップ方式で炊飯中に停電がおこ
り復電すると停電がおこった時点の動作から再スタート
するものであった。又他方は簡易バックアップ方式であ
り、炊飯中に停電がおこると又炊飯動作の最初に戻って
再スタートしてしまうものであった。前者の方式では炊
飯動作中のどの部分かによっては停電時間が長すぎる場
合は再スタートしても火力が弱すぎて米の炊き上がりが
悪くなることがあった。又後者の方式ではほとんど炊き
上がっていても再度最初からスタートし時間がかかりす
ぎるという不具合があった。

ら、又前記所定の時間以上経過していれば元の炊飯動作
中の停電がおこった時点より以前のあらかじめ決められ
た所定の炊飯工程に戻った所から、再度炊飯を行なう停
電復帰手段とを設けている。

と炊飯手段2による炊飯動作を停止すると共に炊飯動作
中のどの部分で停止したかを入力する。そして復電する
と計時手段4の出力を入力し計時された時間データがあ
らかじめ決められた所定の時間値以下の場合は、停電し
た時点での炊飯動作からの続きを炊飯手段2に実行させ
る。一方所定の時間値より大きい場合は停電した時点に
応じてそれより以前のあらかじめ決められた所定の炊飯
工程に戻して、そこから炊飯手段2に炊飯動作を再開さ
せる。なお、停電時点の炊飯工程によっては、以前に戻
す必要がない場合もある。

こった場合には復電すると、このT11の部分から再スタ
ートすれば良いが、T12の間で長い停電が起こると炊飯
物温度が下降しすぎているため復電したら再度T12の部
分から実行してしまうと火力が弱すぎて炊き上がりが悪
くなってしまう場合があり、本実施例の如く以前の工
程、即ちT11の部分から再開させる必要があるわけであ
る。

れている時に、前記停電検知手段により停電が検知され
た後復電しこれが検知されると前記計時手段により計時
された時間があらかじめ決められた所定の時間以内の場
合は元の炊飯動作中の停電がおこった時点から再生炊飯
を行ない、一方あらかじめ決められた所定の時間以上経
過していれば、元の炊飯動作中の停電がおこった時点よ
り以前のあらかじめ決められた所定の炊飯工程に戻りそ
こから再度炊飯を行なう停電復帰手段とを備えた電気炊
飯器。
