Thus, in the disinfecting apparatus as shown in FIG. 9, the purified water 6 flowing in the water collecting trough 3 has a constant flow rate, and the lower end of the medicine pipe 5 has a constant depth. When soaked in 6, the predetermined amount of solid disinfectant 4 is dissolved in purified water 6 for complete disinfection.

However, in an actual septic tank, the flow of sewage into the tank is intermittent, so that the flow rate of the purified water 6 flowing out of the settling chamber also fluctuates constantly. As a result, the depth of the purified water 6 in the water collecting trough 3 will change from moment to moment,
There is a problem that the dissolved amount of the solid disinfectant 4 changes and the purified water 6 cannot be completely disinfected. The amount of the solid disinfectant 4 dissolved depends on the degree of contact with the purified water 6, but when the flow rate of the purified water 6 decreases, the purified water 6 flows in the water collecting trough 3 at a uniform depth. This is because the degree of contact between the purified water 6 and the solid disinfectant 4 becomes remarkably unstable.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention has the above-mentioned problem in the conventional disinfection device for septic tanks, that is, when the inflow of sewage into the septic tank changes, the flow rate of the purified water in the water collecting trough also changes. When the flow rate in the septic tank becomes low, the degree of contact between the solid chemical and the purified water 6 becomes unstable, and the problem that complete purified water cannot be disinfected is solved. Provided is a disinfection device for a septic tank, which can achieve almost complete disinfection of purified water even when the flow rate of the purified water extremely decreases as the inflow amount decreases.

As described above, according to the present invention, the degree of contact between purified water and solid disinfectant is kept substantially constant even when the flow rate of purified water is low, so that the purified water can be completely removed. The invention according to claim 1 is an apparatus for disinfecting a septic tank, wherein purified water from a settling chamber is introduced into the disinfecting chamber through a water collecting gutter in which a chemical cylinder is erected. In addition to forming a recessed medicine tube mounting portion on the bottom surface of the water collecting gutter, a narrow outflow groove communicating with the same and having a similar recess depth is formed on the downstream side of the medicine tube mounting portion. Further, a basic structure of the invention is to provide an inclined weir having an upper end surface descending toward the medicine-tube mounting portion between the medicine-tube mounting portion and both side walls of the upstream collecting trough. is there.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the bottom surface of the water collecting trough is a substantially U-shaped or inverted octagonal inclined surface in a cross-sectional view, and the bottom surface of the bottom surface of the water collecting trough has a hollow shape. The basic constitution of the invention is to form a medicine tube mounting portion, and further provide a narrow outflow groove communicating with the medicine tube mounting portion and having a recess depth of approximately the same on the downstream side of the medicine tube mounting portion. .

[Operation] When the flow rate of the purified water flowing from the settling chamber into the water collecting trough decreases and the liquid level falls below the top of the sloping weir (or the top of the sloping bottom of the water collecting trough) The purified water is guided to the recessed medicine tube mounting portion formed on the bottom surface of the water collecting trough and dropped into the inside thereof. On the other hand, on the downstream side of the medicine tube mounting portion, a narrow outflow groove having a recess depth substantially the same as this is provided, and the slanted weir guides and collects purified water to the medicine tube mounting portion. In combination with the restriction of the outflow amount due to the narrow outflow groove, the water level in the chemical tube mounting portion is maintained at the water depth necessary for dissolving the solid disinfectant even when the purified water has a low water amount. The purified water in which the solid disinfectant is dissolved in the medicine tube mounting portion flows into the disinfection chamber 2 on the downstream side and is discharged to the outside through the discharge port.

Purified water 6 flowing in from a settling chamber (not shown)
Flows into the water collecting trough 3 after the flow rate distribution in the lateral direction is equalized via the V notch weir 7. The flow rate of the purified water 6 flowing into the water collecting trough 3 is decreased, and the liquid surface thereof is inclined by the weir 1.
When the height H 2 of the both ends of 1 is decreased, the flow of the purified water 6 is sequentially collected by the inclined weir 11 toward the central drug tube mounting portion 10 side and drops into the drug tube mounting portion 10 which is formed one step lower. . On the other hand, on the downstream side of the medicine tube mounting portion 10, there is an outflow groove 12 which is formed to be one step lower and has a small lateral width W 1 , whereby the discharge amount of the purified water 6 is appropriately regulated. As a result, the water level of the purified water 6 on the inlet side of the water collecting trough 3 (that is, on the downstream side of the V notch weir 7) is the weir 1
Even when the water level near the height of H 3 at the lower position of 1 is lowered, the water level in the vicinity of the medicine tube mounting portion 10 is maintained at a position higher than the above H 3 , and the flow rate of the purified water 6 is low. Even at this time, the water depth necessary for dissolving the predetermined amount of the solid disinfectant 4 is sufficiently maintained.

In the second embodiment, instead of installing the inclined weir 11 in the first embodiment, the bottom surface 3a of the water collecting trough 3 is formed as an inclined surface. That is, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the cross-sectional shape of the water collecting trough 3 is formed into a substantially inverted octagonal inclined surface that descends from the side wall 3b side toward the central axis, and the inclination gradient is 5 to 5. It is selected to be about 10 (6.2 degrees in this embodiment). In addition, the drug cylinder mounting portion 10
The position and the depth H 1 thereof, the depth of the narrow width outflow groove 12 and the lateral width W 1 thereof are the same as those in the first embodiment. Further, in the present embodiment, the shape of the inclined surface is an inverted octagonal shape, but it goes without saying that it may be an inverted U-shaped inclined surface.

When the flow rate of the purified water 6 decreases and the water level becomes lower than the highest level H 2 of the bottom surface 3a, the purified water 6 flowing into the water collecting trough 3 flows along the inclined bottom surface 3a. They are gathered together on the side of the medicine cylinder mounting portion 10. On the other hand, the medicine tube mounting portion 10
Since the downstream side is a narrow outflow groove 12, the outflow of the purified water 6 from the inside of the mounting portion 10 is restricted. as a result,
The water level in the medicine tube mounting portion 10 gradually rises, and the water depth necessary for dissolving the solid disinfectant 4 is constantly maintained.

Further, even if the amount of purified water 6 increases and the water level in the medicine tube mounting portion 10 exceeds the depth H 1 of the narrow outflow groove 12, the bottom surface 3a of the water collecting trough 3 is inclined. Because
The rate of rise of the water level in the medicine tube mounting portion does not change extremely, and as a result, the amount of the solid disinfectant 4 dissolved is maintained at a substantially constant appropriate value.

According to the invention of the present application, a recessed medicine tube mounting portion is formed on the bottom surface of the water collecting trough, and a narrow outflow groove is provided on the downstream side thereof. An inclined weir is provided on the upstream side of the cylinder mounting portion, and in the second aspect of the invention, the bottom of the water collecting trough is bent in an inverted eight shape or a U shape. As a result, when the purified water has a low flow rate, the purified water is sequentially guided and collected into the medicine tube mounting portion, and the outflow of the purified water from the medicine tube mounting portion is restricted. This allows
Since the water level at the chemical cylinder attachment part is prevented from being extremely reduced and the water depth necessary for dissolving the solid disinfectant is always maintained, it is possible to completely disinfect the purified water even at a low flow rate of the purified water. . As described above, the invention of the present application has excellent practical utility.
