As already the service is running. However, when the mobile phone is brought into a building, there is a problem that the communication quality is deteriorated due to the radio interference due to the building structure. In addition, mobile phones that can enjoy services are limited to subscriber telephones within the wide area service area, that is, telephones that have a telephone number registered in advance and have a contract to pay the telephone charge. There is a problem that mobile phones of closed subscribers other than the subscribers cannot receive the service even if they enter the wide area service area. In addition, as a mobile telephone system for solving the above-mentioned call trouble, "universal mobile wireless communication (Universal Portable R
The document entitled "adio Communications)" is IEEE Transaction

We are trying to solve the radio interference indoors by installing an antenna with a height of about 30 feet in and, but because it is a method to install many small base stations outdoors, until the number of subscribers increases Has a problem that the system construction cost becomes expensive and a wide area system different from the existing cellular mobile telephone system must be newly constructed.

9 (JP-A-62-136930)), in the mobile radio telephone system, a mobile telephone in the closed area and a telephone exchange of a wired line in the closed area are connected by a radio line, and a frequency channel for transmitting and receiving the radio line is connected. As a part of the wide-area radio frequency channel that is being serviced in that area, and its radio field strength is weak enough not to disturb the wide-area system and other adjacent closed systems. Enables the mutual call to the general public telephone line through the wide area system without giving or receiving the radio interference to other people, but in that case, the mobile phone becomes a closed system subscriber. However, the problem remains that if the subscriber is not a closed system subscriber, he / she cannot connect to the general public line via the closed system and wide area system.

To communicate with the mobile phone, set a unique special registration number for each location, which is separate from the subscriber's telephone number, at each of the multiple locations in the closed system, and display this in advance. By having the owner of the mobile phone who is not a closed system subscriber register the location using the special number for registration, the exchange in the closed system receives this via the wireless line, and the special number is used to close the system. Recognizing that he / she is not a subscriber, this special number is registered in a wide area exchange, and the wide area exchange has registered a special number. display It acknowledged that made the by a method for connecting the mobile telephone to the public telephone is achieved.

After receiving the location registration, the closed exchange recognizes that it is not a closed subscriber from the special number and registers the location in the wide area exchange.
From the location-registered special number, the wide area switching center recognizes that the mobile phone is not a subscriber who has a service contract, but because it used the special number, there was an indication of intention to bear the charge, and Connect to a general line network via a wired line. As a result, even if the mobile phone entering the closed area is not a subscriber, if the location registration is performed using the special numbers for registration displayed at various places within the closed area, like the subscriber phone within the closed area, Mutual (sending and receiving) calls can be made between the telephones connected to the general line network via the closed exchanges and the wide area exchanges during the period when the location registration is maintained.

This is solved by displaying the intention to bear the call charge, and while the special number is stored in the memory in the wide area switching center, it can be treated in the same manner as the subscriber's telephone. In this case, the owner of the closed system can also receive a part of the call charge as a consideration for the service.

However, considering that the majority of red telephone services are call originators, limiting the aisle service within the closed area to only call origination makes it necessary for mobile phones that are not closed area subscribers to only register the closed area location. , Location registration to wide area system becomes unnecessary.

Prepaid information such as T company sales) is built into the mobile phone, and this information is paid by the closed exchanges processing through the wireless line. Another method is that the owner of the mobile phone transmits the ID (personal identification) information and the credit number (personal credit information) to the closed exchange through the closed radio line and pays it separately at a later request. is there.
The former has the advantage that the privacy of the caller is maintained, and the latter has the advantage that no charges have to be paid in advance. It goes without saying that both can be applied to the case where the location is registered in the wide area switching center and the arrival and departure service is received.

The mobile telephone 3 and the closed base station 4 are connected by a wireless line, and the closed base station 4 is connected to the wide area system 1 and the general public network via a closed mobile exchange 5 and a car telephone exchange 6 by a wired line. . The line connection between the closed mobile exchange 5 and the car telephone exchange 6 is controlled by a touch-tone transmitter 7 and a touch-tone receiver 8. C-CH is a control channel for performing data communication until the mobile telephone 3 and the closed base station 4 start a call, and the signal format of the control channel is to minimize the functions required to be added to the mobile telephone 3. Therefore, it is desirable to adopt the signal format adopted in the wide area system 1. That is, FIG. 3 shows the signal types and formats of the communication channel (radio section) S / CH and the control channel C / CH used in the cellular NTT system, which is also adopted in the closed base station 4 of this embodiment as it is. It shall be. There are two control channels C and CH, an outgoing control channel P and CH and an incoming control channel A and CH, which perform data communication in the wireless section until the start of a call. Even during a call, in the call channel S / CH, data communication such as a call channel busy switching command is performed at a speed of 300 bits / second. The closed base station 4 and the closed mobile exchange 5 are connected by the data link D.LK of FIG. If the mobile telephone 3 is a subscriber of the closed system 2, the service similar to that of the closed wired extension telephone can be received because the subscriber telephone number is already recorded. In other words, an outside line can be dialed by dialing a partner number prefixed with "0" to make a call to a general public line at a lower call charge than a cellular mobile phone. In addition, an external line incoming call can be received via the telephone switch of the closed mobile exchange 5 by regarding the mobile telephone 3 as if it were an extension wired telephone.

電話機3の負担とすることももちろん可能である。When the mobile switching system 3 is not a subscriber of the closed system 2, the owner of the mobile telephone 3 indicates that it is ready to bear the call charge so that the mobile telephone 3 can communicate with the general public network through the closed system 2. However, the point of the present invention is to make it possible to receive the incoming and outgoing call service. It is intended to provide a mobile phone, which is not a subscriber, which has entered the closed system 2 with the same function as that of a cordless red telephone. That is, when a non-subscriber mobile telephone 3 enters the closed system 2 and wants to receive service, if the special number for registration displayed in the vicinity is known and the special number for registration is transmitted, This is registered in the closed area system 2 and then in the wide area system 1. FIG. 5 (a) shows an example of the procedure. This special number for registration does not necessarily have to be dialed from the mobile telephone 3 as a whole.
It suffices to send a call from the closed system 2 to the wide area system 1 at the same time as the location registration in the closed system 2 or the speed dial. After the location registration in the wide area system 1, the incoming call service is set to the fifth step by the procedure of FIG. 5 (b).
The calling service can be received by the procedure shown in FIG.
That is, the mobile telephone 3 and the closed system 2 function as if they were incorporated into a part of the wide area system 1. When the mobile telephone 3 is registered in the wide area system 1 via the closed area system 2, the mobile phone 3 can make a call within the closed area service area, and in addition, can automatically receive.
Calling is performed with "0" prefix as in the case of closed system 2 subscribers, reducing the burden on the wide area system as a general treatment of calling the other party's number, and only receiving the call according to the procedure shown in Fig. 5 (b).
