3 and 4 show a first embodiment relating to the structure of the inner surface of the reflector. A rotating parabolic reflector surface 2 formed on the inner surface of the reflector 1 according to this embodiment.
Is a so-called corrugated diffuse reflection step 2a, in which convex and concave curved surfaces extending in the horizontal direction along the paraboloid of revolution are repeated at an equal pitch in the vertical direction,
Each of the convex diffuse reflection steps 2a, 2a ... Has a diffusivity of approximately 1 ° to 3 ° in the vertical direction (see A in FIG. 4). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the light distribution pattern P2 before the attachment of the front lens by the paraboloid of revolution parabolic reflector surface 2 of the reflector 1 having the above-described configuration is approximately 1 ° in the vertical direction as compared with the normal light distribution pattern P1. When the reflector 1 is irradiated with diffused light in the range of ˜3 °, and the front lens is attached to the reflector 1, as shown in FIG. 6, the normal light distribution pattern P1 (1 ° -5 °) is 1.5-2. It is possible to obtain a light distribution pattern P2 (6 ° to 9 °) that is diffused by a factor of 0.5. As a result, it becomes possible to reduce the maximum luminous intensity and obtain an appropriate luminous intensity as a vehicular lamp. The front lens has a function of diffusing in the left-right direction.

That is, according to the reflector 1 having the above structure,
For example, like a recent fog lamp, the yellow globe of the conventional configuration (the standard luminous intensity as a vehicle lamp is specified with the yellow globe attached) is abolished and white light is irradiated (cleared). In this case, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a state in which the maximum luminous intensity significantly exceeds the conventional standard luminous intensity, and improve the conformity to the standard. Moreover, since the irradiation area on the road surface is expanded to the front side of the vehicle by such a configuration, it is possible to significantly improve the visibility as compared with the conventional lamp.
