【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は、インクの蒸発を防止するために筆記先端部に
嵌着されるサインペン、マーカー、水性ボールペン等の

（考案が解決しようとする問題点） 従来のサインペン、マーカー等に使用されているキャッ
プは挿入側を除いて内孔部は閉塞状態にあるため、寸法
及び形状によっては極めて稀なことではあるが、幼児が
誤ってキャップを飲み込み、気管支に詰まらせて窒息し
てしまう等の事故が起こりうる。本考案の目的は、掛か
る状況下において、仮に幼児が誤ってキャップを飲み込
んでしまい、気管支に詰まらせても空気の疎通を可能と

設けて筆記先端部とインクの流通に必要な空気孔を通気
孔の後方（クリップ固着側）で密嵌すると共に、クリッ
プの直下を通じて通気孔と連通する通気手段をキャップ
の後端に設け、キャップを飲み込んでも挿入口から後端

のキャップに於いて、キャップの後端にクリップを固着
し、クリップに対向するキャップの外周に内孔に貫通す
る通気孔を設けて通気孔の後方部位で筆記先端部とイン
クの流出に必要な空気孔を密嵌すると共に、キャップの
外周部が被覆密閉されてもクリップの直下を通じて上記
通気孔と連通する通気手段をキャップの後端に設けたこ
とを特徴とする筆記具等のキャップ。1.
