A banknote batch dispensing device of this type has already been proposed by the applicant (Japanese Patent Application No. 62-159030). This already proposed conventional apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. In the side view of FIG. 4, the storage case 21 has a front plate 22,
It is a flat tubular body having a back plate 23, and has openings on the upper side and the lower side, respectively. The center line of the storage case 21 is installed so as to be substantially vertical, and both side surfaces thereof are fixed to left and right side plates (not shown). A reflective photoelectric sensor 30 is provided near the lower end of the back plate 23. Photoelectric sensor 30
Although not shown, a hole is formed in the portion of the back plate 23 that faces the front plate 23, and a black coating is applied to the portion of the front plate 22 that also faces the back plate 23. The feeding roller 24 is generally in the form of a disk having a radius exceeding the inner dimension of the short side of the storage case 21, and the outer peripheral surface is made of a material having a large friction coefficient, for example, a rubber material. The shaft 25 that coincides with the axis of the feeding roller 24 is provided on the front plate 22 of the storage 21.
It is installed parallel to and at a right angle to the bill feeding direction (vertical direction in FIG. 4), and is rotatably supported by the left and right side plates. Two feeding rollers 24 are installed at a certain interval in the axial direction, and the inner surface of the lower end portion of the front plate 22 is lightly pressed against the outer peripheral surface thereof by its springiness. Further, the position of the banknotes, the rotational position of the shaft 25 of the feeding roller 24 is detected, a sensor group is provided in order to perform an appropriate banknote payout operation, in addition to the photoelectric sensor 30 already described, There are photoelectric sensors 40, 50. The photoelectric sensors 40 and 50 are installed near one end of the shaft 25 and correspond to the light shielding pieces 32 and 33 fixed to the shaft 25, respectively, as shown in the side view of FIG. The angle of attachment of the shading pieces 32, 33 to the shaft 25 is slightly smaller in the shading piece 32 than in the rotation direction shown by the arrow of the feeding roller 24 (indicated by a chain double-dashed line) as shown in FIG. It is progressing. The operation of this conventional example will be described with reference to FIG. Initially, as shown in FIG. 7A, the feeding roller 24 is positioned so that the surface 24a of its cross section substantially coincides with the inward position on the short side near the lower opening of the storage case 22. From surface 24
With a being the receiving surface of the banknote 20 and the surface 24b being the auxiliary surface of the back plate 23, the banknotes 20 to be paid out, which have been inserted from the upper opening of the storage 21, are once stored in the storage 21 at once. . When the storage of the banknotes 20 is completed (based on the counting by another sensor not shown), a payout command is issued from a control unit (not shown).
Is rotated counterclockwise by less than one rotation (up to the position in FIG. 7C). This rotation position is determined by the light shield 32, photoelectric sensor 40
(See FIG. 5), and control is performed based on this. As a result, the banknotes 20 collectively stored are sandwiched between the outer peripheral surface of the feeding roller 24 and the inner surface of the front plate 22 of the storage case 21 (see (b) of the same figure), and the leading ends of the banknotes 20 are stored. From the lower opening of the cabinet 21 until it is exposed at a predetermined position ((c) in the figure)
(See) The bill 20 is gripped by the user at the tip exposed from the lower opening of the storage 21, and is withdrawn against the friction between the inner surface of the front plate 22 and the feeding roller 24 (see FIG. )
(See) and payout is completed. Completion of receipt (payout completion) of this user is detected by the photoelectric sensor 30, and based on this detection signal, the delivery roller 24
Is further rotated counterclockwise to return to the initial position (see FIG. 11A). This return operation is performed by the light shield 33,
It is controlled based on the detection by the photoelectric sensor 50 (see FIG. 5).

As described above, according to the conventional technique, among the bills once stored in the storage case 21, those bills that have contacted at least one of the front plate 22 and the rear plate 23 and are displaced vertically upward are It may not be paid out by the rotation of 24. That is, there is a problem that the dispensed bills remain and cause erroneous dispenses. Moreover, considering that the surface condition of the circulating banknotes is diverse, in other words, the frictional condition of the banknote surface changes greatly, the above-mentioned remaining of the dispensed banknote, and thus the erroneous disbursement, can occur relatively often. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a banknote batch dispensing device that solves the above problems of the conventional technique and completely prevents the banknotes to be dispensed from remaining.

Embodiments A bill batch dispensing device according to embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, the configuration of the bill batch dispensing device will be described with reference to the side view of FIG. In FIG. 1, this device mainly comprises a storage receiving plate 1 having an upper surface as a storage receiving surface, a driving side feeding mechanism represented by a feeding belt 2 as driving side feeding means, and a driven side feeding means. The driven-side feeding mechanism typified by the pressing rollers 12 and 13 and the turning mechanism typified by the turning arm 9 for turning the driving-side feeding mechanism. The storage receiving plate 1 is a plate-shaped member that is bent into an almost L shape,
Banknotes are stored upright on this upper surface. The driving-side feeding mechanism mainly includes a feeding belt 2, a pulley 3 around which the feeding belt 2 is wound,
It is composed of 4 and a frame 6 for attaching these members, and the whole is rotatable about the axis of the pulley 3.
The pulley 3 is also provided with a torsion spring 5 around its axis, which urges the entire body to rotate counterclockwise.
A roller 7 is attached to the frame 6, and the roller 7 and the end portion of a rotating arm 9 described later are brought into contact with each other to position the whole. The driven-side feeding mechanism mainly includes pressing rollers 12 and 13 and a frame 15 for mounting these, and the whole is rotatable about the axis of the pressing roller 12. Pressing roller 1
The outer peripheral surfaces of 2, 13 are slightly projected from the left surface of the frame 15. Further, the pressing roller 12 is provided with a torsion spring 14 around its axis, whereby the pressing roller 12 is urged to rotate in the clockwise direction as a whole, and the lower end of the frame 15 is brought into contact with the storage receiving plate 1 so that the pressing roller 12 is entirely moved. The initial position of is determined. The rotating mechanism mainly includes a cam 8 and a rotating arm 9 that can rotate around a rotating shaft 10.
A roller 11 that rolls following the outer peripheral surface of the cam 8 is provided,
Moreover, the end of the rotating arm 9 is in contact with the roller 7. Reference numeral 16 denotes an impeller radially provided with thin blades made of a smooth elastic member, which is located above the right side of the feeding belt 2 and the pressing roller 12 and accommodates the banknote 20 (indicated by a chain double-dashed line). Further, in synchronization with this, the counterclockwise rotation is performed at a relatively high speed to push the front end of the already stored bill to the right and open the insertion slot so that no jam occurs when a new bill is inserted. 17 is a payout frame, which is located diagonally below and to the right of the receiving plate 1.
Receive bills paid out from the accommodation space for payout. Reference numeral 18 denotes a front frame that shields the internal mechanism of the apparatus and forms the lower end of the dispensing frame 17 and the receiving port 19. The operation of this bill batch dispensing device will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. 1 is a side view of the apparatus in an initial state, FIG. 2 is a side view of the same when the payout is performed, and FIG. 3 is a side view of the apparatus after the payout is finished and before a payout bill is received. In FIG. 1, the banknotes 20 to be paid out first stand upright on the storage receiving plate 1 as shown by the two-dot chain line, and then the storage receiving plate 1, the right side of the feeding belt 2 and the pressing roller 1 are provided.
It is housed in a space formed by the outer circumscribing surface of the outer circumference of 2, 13 (approximately the left side surface of the frame 15). The impeller 16 functions as described above when the banknote 20 is inserted into this storage space. When the sensor (not shown) detects that the bill 20 to be paid out has been stored, the cam 8 starts to rotate clockwise by a predetermined angle based on the command, and the roller 11 that follows the outer peripheral surface of the cam 8 is started. The rotating arm 9 rotates clockwise through the rotation arm 9 to rotate the driving-side feeding mechanism including the feeding belt 2 counterclockwise about the axis of the pulley 3 according to the bias of the torsion spring 5 by a predetermined angle. The state in which the rotation of the predetermined angle is completed is shown in FIG. In the process of its rotation, this driving-side feeding mechanism, between the right side surface of the feeding belt 2 and the pressing rollers 12 and 13,
The stored bills 20 are sandwiched together and are rotated and moved to the position shown in FIG. 2 against the bias of the torsion spring 14 to remove the lower edge of the stored bills 20 from the upper surface of the storage receiving plate 1. Subsequently, the pulley 5 is rotationally driven in the clockwise direction by a motor (not shown), and the stored bill 20 is fed downward by the feeding belt 2 and the pressing rollers 12 and 13 in contact with the feeding belt 2. When this feeding is completed, this is detected by a sensor (not shown), and based on this, the cam 8 restarts rotating in the clockwise direction, and stops when it makes exactly one rotation and returns to the initial state. This return state is shown in FIG. The third
In the figure, the bill 20 fed out is in a state where the lower end thereof is received by the payout frame 17, and the upper end thereof is sandwiched and held by the right end portion of the accommodation receiving plate 1 and the lower end portion of the frame 15 of the driven-side feeding mechanism. It is in. Then, when the banknote 20 is received by the user from the receiving port 19, the driven-side feeding mechanism represented by the frame 15 returns to the initial state by the biasing of the torsion spring 14 (see FIG. 1).
At the same time, the completion of the payout is detected by another sensor (not shown), and a standby state for the next payout process is entered. It should be noted that the bill 20 being sandwiched and held between the accommodation receiving plate 1 and the lower end of the frame 15 has the effect of facilitating the receiving operation of the user. By the way, although the bill 20 dispensed in the above is in a state where the upper end portion thereof is held by the accommodation receiving plate 1 and the frame 15, in some cases-for example, the feeding mechanism and the receiving port are separated by distance. When it is separated or when it is more convenient not to hold it due to the structure of the receiving port, the payout bill 20 will be paid out without being held.

As described above, in the present invention, the bills to be paid out stand upright on the accommodation receiving surface and are accommodated in the space formed by the accommodation receiving surface, the driving side feeding means, and the driven side feeding means. Based on the command, the driving-side feeding means starts to move at a right angle to the surface of the bill, and the stored bills are collectively sandwiched between the driven-side feeding means and moved to a predetermined position. After the edge is removed from the storage receiving surface, the bundled bills are fed out by the feeding operation of the driving side feeding means and the driven side feeding means until at least the lower end portion thereof is exposed to the outside. Therefore, according to the present invention, the following excellent effects are obtained as compared with the conventional technique. (1) Since the accommodated banknotes are collectively sandwiched and fed between the driving-side feeding means and the driven-side feeding means, the remaining bills can be completely prevented, and the reliability of the payout process can be improved and the speeding up can be achieved. (2) Since the exclusive member for the accommodation space is only the member having the accommodation receiving surface, it is useful for cost reduction. (3) Since the payout bill can be selected to be paid out in a state where the upper end of the payout bill is held by the device side or in a state where it is completely released, it is convenient in terms of device configuration and use. (4) Since the existing power source can be used for paying out bills, the cost and space of the device can be reduced. (5) According to the embodiment, the rotary impeller can prevent clogging at the time of inserting the bills to be stored.
