【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、舗装用ブロック材の成
形用受型として汎く利用するものである。

【従来の技術】現在舗装用ブロック材はデザイン化され
た多様の形態の製品が汎く利用されているが、その成形

う中子という受金型4との間に骨材を充填し高振動によ
る圧縮成形している。受金型の固定はキャビティに充填
する砂、砂利による摩耗耐久のため金属材や鉄材で構成
し、受金型上面に横貫設した溝に金属バー5を嵌着し受
金型両端に熔接6で固定し、延設したバーの端部をリブ
2又は枠金型1に固定していた。しかし上記の様に成形
手段が金型の高振動による圧縮成形のため成形加工中に
バーと受金型の熔接6部分がひび割れによる剥離脱落
や、バー自体が折れたりする折損事故があり、受金型の
耐久強度性はもとより、作業性を害する難点があった。

ルトネジ孔で、16は受型上面に止着する金属押え板で
ある。17はボルトのキャップ孔、19は受金型の重量
抜き孔である。バー18はバー溝11に嵌入取着する通
しバーとする。受型はバー溝に嵌着する通しバーの上部
を押え板16でボルト固定し延設した両端を枠金型のリ
ブ又は枠に固定する。

ガラス繊維等の補強強化材を入れた強化プラスチック
成形するか、あるいは摩擦係数を少なくさせるため二硫
化モリブデン、アセチレンブラックを混入した摩擦特性
のある受型としてもよい。

新規の型構造である。従来砂、砂利等の固形素材による
ブロック等の成型具は金型とすることが耐摩耗性、強度
性の点から当業界の汎用技術手段として考えられてきた
が上述の振動成形による多くの難点に鑑み従来の金型概
念を越えた受型の新規改良型を提供するものである。

ひび割れや折損事故が解消し、作業性の改善に大きく役
立つ利点がある。又受型本体を全部合成樹脂材で構成す
れば従来の鉄製金型に対し比重が約3分の1軽量となり
振動成形によるバーの荷重強度や耐久性が著しく昂まっ
た。更に成形後における型離れ作用も良好で成形品の仕
上り精度も向上した。
