2. Description of the Related Art Generally, as a steel frame staircase in a building, a wood-based finishing plate is attached to a pair of staircase steel members. For example, a plurality of wood-based footboards are bridged in a stepwise manner between a pair of staircase steel members, and side plates (sasaraza) and risers are attached to the footboards. In the conventional type of steel frame staircase, the side plate is formed in a predetermined step shape or a folding table, and fitting grooves are formed at predetermined positions of the side plate and the riser plate. In addition, such a side plate may be largely inserted by hanging it over a beam or the like on the upper and lower floors.

However, in the conventional wood-based finishing of steel frame stairs, it is necessary to accurately attach the footboard and the riser to the side plates and the like. It became worse and the construction process could not be simplified easily. Moreover, it was not easy to carry in and handle the side plate, and there was room for improvement. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a steel-framed staircase that simplifies the construction of a wood-based finishing material on the steel-framed staircase and is excellent in design.

In the steel frame staircase according to the present invention, the footboard which is a wood-based member is sequentially attached from the lower stage, and the footboard attached in the lower stage is fixed by attaching side plates of substantially right triangular shape formed for each block. That is, the stepping plate is prevented from being removed by engaging the end portion thereof with the notch of the side plate during assembly. In addition, the respective joints of the step plate, the riser plate and the side plate can be combined easily and accurately. Furthermore,
The side plate is fixed to the plate through the notch, and the withdrawal is prevented due to the engagement relationship with the upper step plate. The side plate has a shape and form that can be easily constructed as a block material as shown in FIG. 5, which will be described later. Moreover, a gap or the like is unlikely to occur at each joint portion of the side plate, the step plate and the riser plate, which is excellent in design. There is.

As shown in FIG. 5, the side plate 15 is removed from one strip-shaped plywood 16 and cut into a substantially right triangle. That is, only the cutting line A in FIG. 5 meanders with respect to the imaginary line A ′, and has a shape different from the shape of a right triangle. Therefore, the cutting sides 15A and 15B of the side plate 15 are shared with the cutting sides 15A and 15B of the other adjacent side plates 15, respectively. That is, in the method of removing the side plate 15, it is possible to reduce the amount of cutting as much as possible and perform the plate removal without waste. The peripheral edge of the side plate 15 is thinly cut out, and when combined, the bottom edge 15A of the side plate 15 fits into the groove portion 11 in the gap between the steel frame member 2 and the step plate 8 as shown in FIG. Then, the cutout portion 17 abuts and engages with a corner portion of the upper surface of the step plate 8. Also, the vertical edge 15B of the side plate 15 when combined
The notch portion 18 is brought into contact with and engaged with the end edge surface of the riser plate 13. Further, the notch 1 formed at the upper portion of the vertical edge 15B.
The end surface of the protruding portion of the upper step plate 8 is brought into contact with and engaged with the upper portion 9. Further, a cut 20 from the bottom edge 15A is formed at the lower end of the vertical edge 15B of the side plate 15, and the cut 20
At the time of combination, a part of the standing edge 9C of the bridge plate 9 is inserted into.

In order to construct the steel staircase 1 according to this embodiment, first, the back rest portion 6A of the seat washer 6 is inserted into the slit 4 of the steel member 2 and the seat washer 6 is raised. The bridge plate 9 is arranged on the seat washer 6, and bolts are inserted into the insertion holes 5 of the steel frame member, the mounting holes 7 of the seat washer 6 and the mounting hole 10 of the bridge plate 9 and fastened with nuts. Therefore, the insertion hole 5 and the slit 4 are pre-positioned in the steel frame member 2, and the seating washer 6 is attached at the time of assembly to form the shelf of the bridge plate 9, so that the bridge plate 9 can be easily positioned by placing it. Therefore, the mounting of the steel frame member can be simplified.
