Next, explaining how to use the magnet sweeper 10 according to the present invention, in a foundry or the like, when iron scraps 33 such as iron pieces or iron particles are scattered, the magnet sweeper 10 of the present invention is carried around by a worker. When the hand-push handle 19 is gripped and pushed to run, the non-magnetic drum 12 with the protruding member 27 rotates together with the wheel 17, and when it passes over the falling iron scrap 33, the iron is generated by the magnetic force of the rectangular parallelepiped magnet 13 in the lower portion. The dust 33 is sucked and adhered to the surface of the non-magnetic drum 12,
The non-magnetic drum 12 moves upward according to the rotation. In this case, even if the flat iron scrap 33 is lifted to the upper part, there is no fear that it will roll down along the outer peripheral surface of the non-magnetic drum 12 by its own weight, but the iron scrap 33 such as a spherical or round bar material is caused by its own weight. The outer peripheral surface of the non-magnetic drum 12 rolls. However, this can be received by the projecting member 27 and lifted up as it is. Then, when it passes through the rectangular parallelepiped magnet 13 arranged at the upper part, the magnetic force is reduced, so that it is automatically dropped and stored in the collection box 14 by its own weight and the centrifugal force caused by the rotation. When the iron scraps 33 are accumulated in the collection box 14 as the work progresses, the magnet sweeper 10 is moved to a specific place and the grip 32 is grasped to
It may be discharged by rotating it as shown by a two-dot chain line in the figure.

Although the non-magnetic drum 12 is directly driven by the wheels 17 in this embodiment, it is also possible to rotate the non-magnetic drum 12 through a speed reducer or a speed increasing device, which makes the dolly 11 larger and electrically driven. Alternatively, it may be driven by an engine.

Although the ratchet mechanism 23 is used as the one-way clutch, the present invention is also applicable to a clutch (commonly called a cam clutch) using a cam mechanism.

In the magnet sweeper according to claim 1, since the non-magnetic drum is arranged inside the quadrangular frame body in a plan view, the non-magnetic drum is attracted to an iron pillar or an iron desk of a building during use. Can be prevented.

Further, since the front end of the recovery box having the handle on the upper part is rotatably attached to the lower front part of the frame with a gap, the recovery box can be rotated forward to easily attach the magnetic substance. Can be discharged. Therefore, unlike the detachable case, it is not necessary to take out the recovery box, discard the magnetic substance inside, and attach it again as it is, and the workability can be improved.

Further, since the fixed magnet is composed of a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped magnets, a general-purpose inexpensive magnet can be used, and the cost can be reduced. Since the plurality of rectangular parallelepiped magnets are attached to the magnet mounting member in the shape of a partially square tube, when replacing due to a chip or the like, only that portion needs to be replaced, and the replacement can be easily performed.
