Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention The present invention relates to an invention of a method for manufacturing a terminal holder for a coupler connecting device, which overcomes such difficulties, and a coupler for fitting a large number of couplers in the width direction of the coupler. In the method of manufacturing a terminal holder having a fitting portion formed, leaving the ends of adjacent terminal plates connected to each other,
A metal plate is punched with a press, the terminal plate is cut and raised from the metal plate to form a terminal plate unit in which the plurality of terminal plates are connected in parallel to each other, and the terminal plate unit is fitted into a mold. Then, after injecting an insulating material into the mold and exposing the end portion of the terminal plate to the outside of the insulating material, after forming a terminal holder, the metal plate protruding portion exposed to the outside of the terminal holder is removed. The feature is that they are removed while being connected to each other.

According to the present invention, in a method of manufacturing a terminal holder in which a coupler fitting portion for fitting a large number of couplers respectively in the width direction of the coupler is formed, a metal plate is formed by leaving the ends of adjacent terminal plates connected to each other. Punching with a press and cutting and raising the terminal plate with respect to the metal plate to form a terminal plate unit in which the plurality of terminal plates are connected in parallel with each other, so that the terminal plate unit is fitted into a mold. Thus, it is possible to easily mount the plurality of terminal plates in a state where they are coupled to each other, without requiring a large number of steps.

Further, in the present invention, after the terminal plate unit is fitted in the mold, after the terminal holder is molded in a state where the insulating material is injected into the mold to expose the end of the terminal plate to the outside of the insulating material. Since the metal plate projecting portions exposed to the outside of the terminal holder are removed while being connected to each other, the metal plate projecting portions can be easily separated without any holding jig.
