[Detailed Description of Device] a. Purpose of the Invention [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a structure of a coil with a gear for a transformer / coil, which uses a so-called "day-shaped magnetic core" or a square-shaped magnetic core having no air gap in a magnetic path.

When a DC current weighs in the transformer or coil winding and operates, a gap is provided in the magnetic path of the magnetic core so that the magnetic core is not saturated by the magnetic field generated by the DC current flowing through the winding wound around the magnetic core. When it is necessary to design by taking full advantage of the relative magnetic permeability of a material such as a common mode choke coil, it is necessary to use a magnetic core having no air gap. In the case of using a magnetic core having no void, the toroidal winding machine can be easily used, and thus the annular magnetic core has been mainly used.

However, in terms of winding efficiency with respect to the area of the magnetic core window, a day-shaped core with an integrated EE type core was used, and a coil bobbin divided in two was attached to the magnetic leg of the core, and was integrally attached to the coil bobbin in the center of the coil bobbin. A coil with a gear that drives a gear from the outside and rotates and winds a coil bobbin is also used. In a transformer or coil configured by combining a day-shaped magnetic core with no voids in the magnetic path or a square-shaped magnetic core and combining coil bobbins with gears, as shown in FIG. A circular columnar middle foot 2 was formed, and as shown in FIG. 6, the core 5 was molded by molding with an insulating material and the bobbin positioning protrusions 4 were attached to both ends. Molding the columnar inner legs 2 into a columnar shape is liable to cause burrs, and there is also a problem such as breakage when the columnar inner legs of the magnetic core are molded with resin. In addition, the equipment is large, and the molding of the inner core of the magnetic core needs to be performed in a separate process, which is inefficient in terms of time. Therefore, the conventional cylindrical inner leg 2 shown in FIG. 7 is divided into two parts. The transformer coil made by attaching the gear bobbin 7 has a problem that the workability at the time of assembly is low.

Since the coil with a gear according to the present invention is a day-shaped magnetic core in which the cross section of the core of the magnetic core is square, it is easy to mold the core, and the core of the conventional core has a circular outer cross section. Since it is not necessary to perform molding, the magnetic core is not broken during the molding work, and a coil with a gear can be easily assembled.

Further, since the cross section of the core of the magnetic core is square, the inner diameter of the two-divided core shaft covering the core of the magnetic core is also square, and it is easy to fit and fix the core of the magnetic core. The outer shape is circular,
Moreover, since the positioning protrusions for positioning the two-divided gear bobbin are attached to both ends, the two-divided gear bobbin attached to the core shaft can be positioned uniquely without any deviation in the left and right during winding. , Winding becomes easier.

An embodiment of a coil with a gear according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 shows a date-shaped magnetic core to which a winding shaft of a coil with a gear according to the present invention is attached, and a magnetic core of a magnetic core 1 having a rectangular cross section of the middle foot is shown in FIG. The core shaft 5 is obtained by combining two two-piece moldings 8 each having a two-divided electric insulation characteristic and having an inner diameter made of a resin material that fits into the center leg of a magnetic core, and an outer diameter having a circular cross section. Install. Bobbin positioning protrusions 4 are provided on both ends of the core shaft 5, and as shown in FIG. 4, a two-divided gear bobbin 7 that covers the core shaft 5 and is equipped with gears is attached, and as shown in FIG. The magnetic core 1 is incorporated in the L-shaped pin terminal base 9 and wound around the winding core 12. When winding is performed, the gear 11 at the center of the two-divided gear bobbin 7 and the external drive gear 6 are engaged with each other, and the two-divided gear bobbin 7 is rotated by rotating the external drive gear 6 to wind the winding core 12. By winding the winding and connecting both ends of the winding to the pin terminals 10, the gear coil shown in FIG. 1 is formed. When a two-piece gear bobbin with gears is mounted on the two-divided core shaft 8 of the center leg 3 shown in FIG. 2 and winding is performed, the magnetic core 1, the core shaft, and the two-piece gear bobbin with gears are provided. Since the production of the molded article can be performed separately, the resin molding process for the magnetic core can be omitted, and the equipment for molding is unnecessary. Moreover, there is no failure of the magnetic core due to the mold. Further, since the winding shaft is divided into two parts, it can be processed by a simple work such as an assembling work, so that a coil with a gear can be provided which facilitates automation of the assembling.

C. Effects of the Invention [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the day-shaped magnetic core with a square cross section is used, and the core of the core is made of resin and has a square inner diameter and a circular outer diameter. It is a low-cost gear that allows automated assembly because it has a structure in which a two-piece gear bobbin is fitted and fixed to the center leg and is attached and wound, so that a day-shaped magnetic core can also be easily made and damage failures during molding are eliminated. It is possible to provide an attached coil.
