ロの字形磁心を用い、歯車を持つコイルボビンを組み合
せて構成するトランスやコイルにおいては、第5図に示
す様に、磁心1の中央部を断面が円形の円柱状中足2に
し、第6図に示すように絶縁材料からなる成形物でモー
ルドして両端にボビン位置決め突出部4を取り付けた巻
芯軸5を成形していたが、磁心1の円柱状中足2を円柱
状に成形することはバリが生じやすく障害があり、又磁
心の円柱状中足を樹脂によりモールドする時に破損など
の障害も発生していた。又設備も大がかりになること
や、磁心の中足のモールド成形は別工程で行う必要があ
るため時間的にも効率が悪く、この為第7図に示す従来
の円柱状中足2に2分割歯車ボビン7を取り付けて作ら
れるトランス・コイルは、組立時の作業性の効率が悪い

本考案による歯車付きコイルの実施例につき図面を用い
説明する。第2図は本考案による歯車付きコイルの巻芯
軸を取り付ける日の字形磁心を示し、中足の断面が角形

に示す2分割された電気絶縁特性を持ち樹脂材料からな
る内径が磁心の中足に嵌合する角形をし、外径が断面円
形の2分割成形物8を2ケ組合せた巻芯軸5を取り付け
る。巻芯軸5の両端にはボビン位置決め突出部4を設け
てあり、第4図に示すように巻芯軸5を覆い歯車を取り
付けた2分割歯車ボビン7を取付け、第1図に示すよう
に磁心1をL字型ピン端子ベース9に組み込み巻芯12に
巻線を行う。巻線を行う場合2分割歯車ボビン7の中央
にある歯車11と外部駆動歯車6とをかみ合わせ、外部駆
動歯車6を回転させることにより2分割歯車ボビン7を
回転させ巻芯12に巻線を行い、巻線を巻回し巻線の両端
をピン端子10に接続することにより第1図に示す歯車コ
イルが形成される。第2図に示す中足3に2分割された
巻芯軸8の上に歯車付きの2分割歯車ボビンを装着し巻
線を行う時には磁心1と、巻芯軸と、歯車付き2分割歯
車ボビンの成形物の製作が別々に進行することが出来る
ことにより、磁心への樹脂モールド加工もはぶけ、モー
ルドの為の設備も不必要となる。しかもモールドによる
磁心の破損不良もなくなる。又2分割の巻芯軸とするこ
とにより組立作業という単純な作業で加工出来ることか
ら、組立の自動化も容易になる歯車付きコイルとするこ
