続焼鈍炉に引続き連続酸洗装置、板面検査装置及びコイ
ル巻取り装置を有する熱延ステンレス鋼帯の焼鈍酸洗設
備において、該板面検査装置と該コイル巻取り装置との
間に鋼帯の表面疵を除去する研削ブラシロールを設けた
ことを特徴とする熱延ステンレス鋼帯の焼鈍酸洗設備で
ある。なお、本発明においては、研削ブラシロールは重
研削ブラシロールから構成されていることが望ましい。
ここで重研削ブラシロールとは、特開昭4−315582号公
報にも開示されているように砥粒を含有する直径が3mm
以上の棒状体をロール軸に放射状に装着したものであ
り、研削砥石、研磨ディスクの研磨性能にほぼ匹敵する
