2. Description of the Related Art Arterial catheter examinations have recently been performed for diagnostic imaging of the heart and cerebral blood vessels.
Cardiac catheterization may be performed by an incision method as a small number of cases, but in most cases, the so-called catheter puncture method (Seldinger method) is used in which the catheter is advanced from the femoral artery (or brachial artery) in the thoracic region toward the heart. It is done by. In this inspection method, contrast media and various drugs are injected through a catheter punctured in the femoral artery, and various examinations are performed before emporization and before and after surgery. In order to prevent bleeding from a catheter-inserted wound due to removal of the catheter from the wound, it is necessary to press the wound for a considerably long time to stop bleeding. As such a method for compressing and bleeding a wound, a bandage hemostatic method or a stretchable tourniquet method (see JP-A-60-92746 and JP-A-60-198139) has been proposed. The former applies gauze to the wound, adheres 3 to 4 cloth adhesive plasters on it, presses the wound from above the gauze, and further 500 to 10 on the adhesive plaster.
This is a method in which a sandbag of 00g is placed, fixed with a plaster and maintained for 12 to 24 hours. However, this method has a problem in that hemostasis at the wound is incomplete because the compressed region is likely to be displaced due to the displacement of the sandbag. Further, since the adhesive bandage is used, there is a problem that the patient feels tightness, pain, or pruritus and easily causes an adhesive bandage rash. On the other hand, the latter is a method of using an elastic tourniquet instead of the bandage, but has a problem that the winding method is complicated and the compression load state is unstable. In addition, since the elastic tourniquet is used, the cost is high, and it is difficult to dispose of it only once even though there is a sanitary problem that blood infection occurs. For this reason, when it is reused, it must be sterilized to prevent blood-borne infections, and there are significant practical restrictions not only from a hygienic point of view, but also in promoting labor saving in nursing work. There is a problem that is.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the applicant of the present invention, in Japanese Patent Application No. 4-20793, fills a predetermined position of a strip made of non-stretchable or low stretchable fiber or film with a fluid. A hemostatic belt has been proposed which attaches an inflatable balloon by any attachment means and uses the inflation of the balloon to press the wound. According to this compression / hemostatic belt, since the wound is compressed by utilizing the expansion of the balloon, only the wound can be compressed and the compression force can be adjusted, and the compression force can be adjusted by the check valve. Therefore, it is possible to maintain it for a long time. In addition, since non-stretchable or low-stretchable fibers or films are used for the band, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of tension, pain, or itching, prevent bandage rash, and provide at low cost. It can be used once and can be used only once and is excellent in hygiene.

However, in the above-mentioned compression hemostatic belt, a locking means such as a double-sided tape or a velcro tape is used to lock the end portion of the band, and such a double-sided tape or velcro tape is used. Since the adhesive force of the locking means such as etc. is repeatedly locked, the bandage may be detached or loosened at the time of mounting, and the mounting position of the locking means varies depending on the body type of the patient. Therefore, it was necessary to prepare several types of strips having different lengths (sizes) according to the body shape of the patient.

Therefore, in order to make up for the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present applicant, in Japanese Patent Application No. 5-153155, attaches a rotatable buckle having slit holes on both sides integrally with a hard case for accommodating a balloon together with a band, On both sides of this buckle, there are a fixed part integrally extended from the end of the buckle and a movable part rotatably supported by this fixed part, and the movable part has a cross-sectional shape asymmetrical with respect to its rotation axis. A band holding jig having a structure in which the gap between the movable part and the fixed part is widened when the band is passed and the gap is eliminated when the band is fixed. We have proposed a compression hemostatic belt that locks the end of the band by utilizing. According to this compression hemostatic belt, since the end of the band is locked by using the band pressing jig, effective compression hemostasis can be performed without the risk of the band being detached or loosened during mounting. . Also, since any part of the band can be locked with a band pressing jig, if the unwound excess part of the band is cut with scissors, etc. The band is now ready for most patients.

However, when the end of the band is locked, the compression hemostatic belt passes the end of the band through the slit hole of the buckle and then folds back to move the movable part and the fixed part of the band pressing jig. It is necessary to pass it between the two, but since the buckle and band holding jig are integrally attached to the hard case,
The above-mentioned work was difficult to carry out, and the winding work was not progressed, causing troubles.
