て、油圧室4内の圧油の圧力を高め、フランジ本体1の
内径を縮小して、クランプに必要な所定の締付力を得る
ようにしている。

に対しては、部品を小さくした方が耐圧強度が増加す
る)小さく設計可能となり、従って、強度、精度、剛性
に大きな影響を及ぼすフランジ本体への加工を必要最小
限に抑えることができると共に、大型化に柔軟に対応で
きる。
