The objective is to form the structure in such a way that it can be carried out reliably even at low temperatures. According to the present invention, the above-mentioned problem is solved by providing a tongue piece extending in the direction of the shaft on the toe camp, and this tongue piece is located in a guide track arranged approximately in the vertical center in the instep area of the shell, A movable or pivotable locking element is mounted in front of the tongue, and a locking element that can be moved or pivoted into the travel path of the tongue is mounted.
The problem was solved in that the control surface of the toe cap limits the path of movement of the tongue, so that the pivoting movement of the toe cap can be blocked, restricted or released depending on the position of the locking element. . This locking type according to the invention of the front camp or toe cap allows a particularly simple and reliable fixing of the position by direct as well as by remote control. Advantageously, the locking element is constructed as an eccentric body which is rotated by a particularly pivotable lever, the control surface of which can be directly or directly inserted by a slider.
It is movable relative to the linearly guided end face of the tongue. In remote-controlled locking types, the locking element is movably supported in a control track in the shell intersecting the guide track and has a stepped control surface facing the end face of the tongue. , this control surface comprises two sections joined by a central section.
The locking element is arranged in the heel area via a tensioning device, in particular a Bowden wire.
A locking element, which is connected to the actuating lever placed on the control surface, blocks the travel path of the tongue by the first section of the control surface and releases it by the second section, in which case the second section is connected to the first section. During the process of switching to the sections, the central section with the ramp slope pushes the tongues apart and moves in front of the tongues in the first section to secure the toe camp in the extended position.
Set. The operating lever for the manually operable tensioning device located in the heel area is
A spring spring is advantageously used for the releasably positive connection between the shaft and the shell.
It has a sexual latching pin or latching protrusion, and this latching pin or latching protrusion is attached to the shaft.
can be pushed into at least one notch to secure the shell and shell in position with respect to each other.
If possible, the toe cap and shaft can be removed in one step using the same operating lever.
The feet can be fixed together to form a rigid unit. In the above arrangement, the locking of the toe cap takes place in the instep area by means of a locking element, whereas the locking of the shaft to the shell takes place as an additional function directly by means of the actuating lever of the tensioning device. However, the locking of the three components is concentrated on each other in the instep area of the shell, and the operation
The lever can be placed in the heel range. For this purpose, it is advantageous for the shaft, in particular the front shaft, to have an extension in the form of an elongate element which extends at least as far as the locking element and in particular by the locking element.
It can be locked when the tongue of the toe cap is locked. In a special embodiment of the invention, the locking element has a rise in order to control the elongate element of the shaft in the height direction, the height profile of the tongue starting from the first section blocking the movement of the tongue. It is formed to increase or rise towards the second section which releases the unilateral movement,
The long element is in contact with the locking element under preload. When the locking element is moved via the tension rope, the locking element raises or lowers the elongate element due to its approximately wedge-shaped configuration, so that the elongate element is immovably connected to the tongue by the opening. It is hung on a bottle. The pin may be fixedly connected to the shaft and pass through a slot in the tongue to limit and guide the lifting movement. It is further advantageous if the tensioning device is formed by two sections of rope, which
The two sections are guided via deflection rollers and can be actuated by an actuating lever arranged on the shaft of the boot. In an advantageous configuration, the tongue is arranged at the edge of the toe cap, which is formed in a cylindrical shape in plan and limits the release by the base of the longitudinal beam, and the tongue is arranged on the edge of the toe cap, which is shaped like a crochet in plan view and limits the release by the base of the longitudinal beam. The horizontal beam is a locking element
supportable on the first or second section of the control surface of the locking element depending on the position of the locking element.
Ru. In another configuration of the locking mechanism, the elongated element extends to the underside of the T-shaped tongue and supports a slider on its upper side, which slider is connected to the elongated element by means of a rivet passing through an elongated hole. are held for relative longitudinal movement?
It is movable by means of a cam-like locking element, and the slider is stopped at its front end.
A stop is provided which can be operatively coupled to and disengaged from the transverse beam of the T-shaped tongue. In this case, a retaining bin is fixed inside the ski boot, and this retaining bin is a vertically elongated element.
protruding through one central elongated hole in each of the ment and the slider. holding bit
A coaxial hollow locking pin is fixed to the pin, which locking pin has a step with a rectangular cross section approximately in its central length section. A hole is formed in the upper length section of the locking pin which extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the locking pin;
A cam-shaped locking element is held in a form-locking manner in the lock. this place
In this case, the locking pin supports at its upper end an operating lever which is pivotally held through a pin in the hole. In another embodiment of the locking mechanism, the slide, which is arranged to be movable in the longitudinal direction in a limited manner relative to the longitudinal element, is provided with a stop, which stop can be formed in the form of a T-shape by means of an actuating lever. It is possible to operatively connect and release the operative connection with the transverse beam on the end face side of the tongue. Advantageously in this case, the stop has a first section extending approximately at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the shoe and, following this section, a bent second section extending obliquely forward to the longitudinal axis of the shoe. and the second section is operatively connectable with the transverse beam of the T-shaped tongue and has a transverse beam.
The functional connection with the system can be broken. The shape of the horizontal beam of the T-shaped tongue piece, including the bent portion, is adapted to the stopper. Furthermore, a locking element movably arranged in the control track is connected via a U-shaped element to an actuating lever which is laterally pivoted to the boot, the locking element having an end facing the actuating lever. It has a slope at . In a further embodiment, the actuating lever is approximately U-shaped in cross section and has a transverse web in its free end section, and a single-arm closing lever is pivoted on the shaft of the actuating lever.
The closing lever acts on the front shaft via a tensioning device, in particular via a Bowden wire, so that the closing lever can be loaded by a transverse web of the actuating lever. In this case, the actuating lever is preferably moved in the opening direction and closed by the closing lever.
The chain lever is forcibly controlled and loaded in the closing direction by the operating lever, and furthermore, when both levers are in the closed position, the engagement point of the tension device on the operating lever is on the closing lever.
and the transverse web of the actuating lever engages the closing lever at a height that is advantageously located between the lateral body points of engagement on the actuating lever or on the closing lever. . Advantageously to improve the retention of the foot within the ski boot, within the shell in the instep region there is a pressure distribution plate adapted to the shape of the foot, which can be moved from a free position of the foot towards a tightening position.
The pressure distribution plate is supported by a tension rope and a tension rope is provided to move the pressure distribution plate.
and this tension rope is connected at one end to the tensioning device for the locking element and at the other end to the tensioning device.
It is fastened to the latching piece of the adjustment buckle in order to change the length of the tension rope for force adaptation. The adjustment buckle is arranged approximately in the instep region or the forefoot region of the boot and has a spring-elastic latching rocker that cooperates with the bearing block and the latching piece. The latching piece is preferably a tension rod on the adjustment buckle, as is known per se.
It has teeth or notches that define the latching position of the rope. By tensioning or relaxing the pressure distribution plate within the shoe, the foot can be immobilized during skiing or relaxed when walking or to allow for some skiing technique. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be explained with reference to illustrated embodiments. FIG. 17 is a developed view of the locking mechanism of the toe camp. [BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION] FIG. 1 shows only the parts of the ski boot that are important to the present invention. The ski boot 1 essentially has a shell 2 with a sole 3 and a shaft 4, which shaft 4 consists of a front shaft 4a and a rear shaft 4c. Shaft 4 is
It is connected to the lever 2 via a hinge 5. Shell 2 has a segmented intermediate spacer.
A toe cap 2a is connected via a base 2b. The sole 3 is formed flexibly within the segment-shaped intermediate space 2b. The toe cap 2a can be molded directly into the shell 2 and form the front section of the shell 2 (as shown in FIG. 1). A tongue 6 is arranged on the edge 2C of the toe cap 2a facing the segment-shaped intermediate space 2b, which tongue extends approximately in the region of the longitudinal axis of the boot 1.
It is shaped like a T-shape when viewed from the top. The T-shaped tongue 6 extends through the segment-shaped intermediate space 2b and through the forwardmost region 2e of the shell 2. For this purpose, a guide track 2f is provided in this forwardmost range 2e. In the first embodiment, the 1-shaped tongue 6 supports a bolt or pin 9 on the upper side of its transverse beam 6a, which bolt or pin 9 is connected to a vertical element in the locking position of the ski boot 1.
It projects into the open lower b in the front end section 7a of the seat 7. The elongated element 7 is fixed to the lower edge 4b of the front shaft 4a. The elongate element 7 is made of a spring-elastic material and is spring-elastically preloaded in the direction of its extended position. A locking element 8 is provided on the underside of the elongated element 7 and extends approximately at right angles to the elongated element 7. The locking element 8 is likewise elongated (as will be explained in more detail below). The locking element 8 is located longitudinally within the control track 2g of the shell 2.
It is arranged so that it can be moved in the direction. The control track 2g extends approximately at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the shoe between the ball area and the instep area of the boot 1. Naturally, the intermediate space 2b and the locking mechanism are covered and protected against the ingress of lightning, water and dust, in which case the movement of the shell 2 relative to the toe cap 2a is maintained. Such covers are known and are not covered by the present invention.
So, I won't elaborate. In the rear shaft 4C of the ski boot 1, a single-arm operating lever 10 is pivotally connected to a lever shaft 10a. A tensioning device 11 is fixed to the free end 10b of the operating lever 10. The tensioning device 11 has a rope or a cable and extends inside the boot 1 via deflection rollers 12, 13, 14, 15 towards the end sections 8d, 8e of the locking element 8. As is clear from Figure 6, both end sections of the tensioning device
The portions 11c, lld are guided through the through holes 8f, 8g of the locking element 8 and are supported in the end sections 8d, 8e of the locking element 8 via a spring 17, 18, respectively. . The cross section of the locking element 8 is designed to increase towards the left-hand end section 8e in the drawing and serves as a slide control mechanism for the elongated element 7. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the locking element 8 is designed with different widths in plan view. Following a first section 8a (at the bottom in the drawing) of constant width, a second section 8C of decreasing width is followed by a third section 8b of constant but narrower width. Set et al.
It is. Sections 8a and 8b. 8c forms a control surface that cooperates with the tongue 6. When the ski boot 1 is ready for skiing, that is to say for skiing, the transverse beam 6a of the single-shaped tongue 6 is supported on the locking element 8. At the same time, the vertical element 7
9 (see Figure 4). The ski boot 1 constitutes a substantially rigid unit. When the actuating lever 10 is pivoted in the opening direction for walking with the ski boot 1, the locking element 8 is pulled by the tensioning device 11 and moved in the direction of the arrow A.
move. As a result, the transverse beam 6a of the T-shaped tongue 6 is brought out of contact or engagement with the first section 8a of the locking element 8 and reaches the area of the third section 8b.
(See Figure 3). In this position, the T-shaped tongue piece 6 is restricted in the vertical direction and is free.
Ru. At the same time, the vertically elongated element 7, which rests on the locking element 8, reaches the region of the locking element whose cross section is thick. This allows the vertical element 7 to hold
The opening lower b in the front end section 7a of the raised and elongated element 7 is unlatched with the pin 9 of the transverse beam 6a, so that the toe cap 2a is moved against the shell 2 and the shaft 4 is It is pivoted relative to shell 2. In this case, the T-shaped tongue 6 reaches the position shown in FIG. system
limit When skiing, the control lever 10 is again turned in the closing direction. By this
The locking element 8 is then moved by the tensioning device 11 in the direction of the arrow B and presses the transverse beam 6a of the T-shaped tongue 6 in the direction of the shoe tip. The elongated element 7 is then hooked again into the single-shaped tongue 6 pin 9. A second embodiment of a ski boot 101 according to the invention is illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8. In this case, only components that differ from the first embodiment are shown. In this embodiment, the vertically elongated element 107 reaches to the underside of the T-shaped tongue piece 106.
It is made up of lengths such that A slider 107d is provided on the top surface of the vertically long element 107, and this slider is connected to the vertically long element by a rivet 107e.
107 and is held movable in the vertical direction.
For this purpose, a long hole 107f is provided. A stopper 107h is provided at the front end of the slider 107d. The vertically long element 107 and the slider 107d
A holding pin 119 fixed to the ski boot 101 protrudes through one central elongated hole 107c, 107g, respectively. A coaxial hollow locking pin 120 is fixed to the holding pin 119, and this locking pin 120 has a rectangular horizontal shape approximately in the central length section.
It has a stepped section 121. A hole 122 is formed in the upper length of the locking pin 120 and extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the locking pin 120. cam-shaped
The locking element 08 is held in a form-fitting manner on the step 121 of the locking bottle 120.
held. The upper end of the locking bottle 120 is provided with a lock via the bottle 110a in the hole 122.
A held operating lever 110 is supported. When the operating lever 110 is rotated clockwise (as viewed in the drawing), the locking element 108 is entrained via the locking pin 120, in which case the locking element is arranged so that the stopper 107d of the slider is T-shaped. When the tongue piece 106 comes into contact with the horizontal beam 106a
Move the slider 107d forward until it reaches the desired position. Ski shoes 101 are now skiing
In the second position the toe camp 102a is locked relative to the shell 102 and the movement of the shell 2 and the shaft 4 relative to each other is limited by the central length within the longitudinal element 107. It is limited by the length of the hole 107C. When the operating lever 110 is rotated counterclockwise, the locking element 108 releases the slider 107d, and the T-shaped tongue 106 and the vertically elongated element 107 move in the vertical direction (see FIG. 7). ). This allows the forward segmentation, i.e. the
The toe cap 102a of the ski shoe 102 and the shaft 104 of the ski boot 101 are freely rotated for walking. In the third embodiment (see FIGS. 9 and 10), a slider 207d is similarly provided on the vertically long element 207 so that the slider 207d is movable in the vertical direction with respect to the vertically long element 207. The stopper 207h of the slider 207d has a first section 2071 extending substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the shoe and a first section 2071 extending diagonally forward connected to this section.
and a second section 207J. The shape of the horizontal beam 206a of the single-shaped tongue piece 206 is adapted to the stopper 207h. A locking element 208 is movably arranged in the control track 202g. The locking element 208 is connected via a tensioning device 211 to an operating lever 210, which in this embodiment is pivoted on the side of the boot 201. At its end facing the operating lever 210, the locking element 208 has a beveled surface 208h. 9 shows the ski boot 201 in a walking position, ie the front section, namely the toe cap 202a and the shaft 204, are movable relative to the shell 202. When the operating lever 210 is turned counterclockwise, the locking
Element 208 is pulled in the direction of arrow C. In this case, the slope 208h of the locking element acts on the second section 207J of the stop 207h and in this way
Pull rider 207d forward. In the closed state of the operating lever 210, the stopper 207h contacts the transverse beam 206a of the T-shaped tongue 206 and the slider 207d is locked by the locking element 208. Variations on the embodiment of FIGS. 1-6 are illustrated in FIGS. 11-13.
It is. In this ski boot 301, tension elements 331 are fastened on both sides to the front shaft 304a. This tensioning element 331 is guided via a roller 332 towards the free end section of the single-arm closing lever 330 and engages therein in an engagement point 330a. The closing lever 330 is pivotally connected to the lever shaft 310a of the operating lever 310 at the rear shaft 304c of the ski boot 3°1.
It is. To adapt the length of the tension element 331 an adjustment device, e.g.
A node screw 330b (schematically shown) is provided. Japanese Patent Publication No. 1,7-509648 (8) As already mentioned, the closing lever 330 and the operating lever 310 are pivotally mounted on the same lever shaft 310a. In this case, the engagement point of the tensioning device 311 is set higher than the engagement point 330a of the tensioning element 331 on the closing lever 330 in the closed position of both levers 330,310. The operating lever 310 has a substantially U-shaped cross section and is U-shaped.
A shaped leg surrounds the closing lever 330. The operating lever 310 has a transverse web 310c in its free end section. In this embodiment, this transverse web is closed at a height position located between the side body joining points of the operating lever 310 or the closing lever 330.
It is engaged with the chain lever 330. The function of the operating lever 310 is the same as in the first embodiment. If the closure lever 330 is pivoted in the opening direction (ie upwards in this embodiment), the front shaft 304a is released and the ski boot 301 is opened for taking off the shoe. At the same time, the operating lever 310 is also carried along via the web 310c of the operating lever 310. This ensures that the locking element 308 and the optional foot retaining device are simultaneously opened in the respective open position.
brought to a standing or walking position. If the closing lever 33θ is pivoted in the closing direction (downward), only the front shaft 304a is pulled towards the rear shut 304c, so that the ski boot 301 is closed in the shaft area and comfortable for walking. The foot is held within the boot 301 in a suitable manner. Mobility between the claw tip cap 302a and the shell 302 is maintained. Similarly, the foot retention device is kept open. For skiing, the operating lever 310 is again swiveled into the closed position. to this
The locking element 308 thus moves in the direction of arrow B and presses the transverse beam 306a of the T-shaped tongue 306 in the direction of the shoe tip. The elongated element 307 is then hooked again into the pin 309 of the T-shaped tongue 306. At the same time, a foot support device is installed in the instep area.
location will be closed. Furthermore, the control lever and the ski boot 301 can be brought into a skiing preparation state at the same time by manual operation. Furthermore, in the instep region of the ski boot 1, a foot holding device 40 is arranged, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15. This foot holding device has a foot-shaped pressure distribution plate 41 which is loaded by a tension rope 42. The pressure distribution plate
The anchor makes contact with the foot like a brace to improve the fixation between the foot and the shoe. tension rod
The loop 42 is connected to the tensioning device 11 at a first end section 42a. tension rod
The rope is first passed through the tension rope roller 42b in the longitudinal direction of the ski boot 1, and then through the tension rope roller 42b.
It is guided approximately at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the keying 1 through the pressure distribution plate 41 and through the opening 2h in the lower part of the shell 2. The second end section 42c of the tension rope 42 is connected to the catch piece 43a of the adjustment buckle 43. The adjustment buckle 43 is arranged on the outer side of the lower part of the shell 2, approximately in the instep area or the forefoot area. The adjustment buckle has a bearing plate in addition to the locking piece 43a with teeth or notches 43b.
It has a lock and a spring-elastic locking swinging body 43d. An adjustment buckle 43 allows the length or tension of the tension rope 42 to be adjusted to the foot. For this purpose, the locking rocker 43 is released and the locking piece 43a is moved in an appropriate direction. Then, the locking rocker 43d is locked again. When the operating lever 10 is turned in the opening direction, it is pulled by the tensioning device 11.
The locking element 8 moves in the direction of arrow A (see FIG. 1). The first end section 42a of the tensioning rope 42 is coupled to a tensioning device.
Therefore, when the operating lever 10 is released, the foot holding device 40 is simultaneously relaxed.
The immobility of the foot within the shoe is released. When the operating lever 10 is again turned in the closing direction for skiing, the locking element 8 moves in the direction of arrow B and presses the transverse beam 6a of the T-shaped tongue 6 in the direction of the tip of the shoe. do. At the same time, the tensioning rope 42 is tensioned by the tensioning device 11 and the foot holding device 40 or the pressure distribution plate 41 is brought into firm contact with or pressed against the foot. Another embodiment of the invention is illustrated in FIGS. 16 and 17 t'--. In the embodiments described so far, the combined form-locking connection allows the shell to be attached in the toe area.
The toe camp lock for the shell or the toe cap and shaft lock for the shell.
Alternatively, instead of only locking the toe cap and shaft,
The embodiment provides a local division of both locking functions. In this case, the lock between shell and shaft is integrated into the mechanism of the operating lever. The advantage of splitting the locking function in this case is that the shaft is open on the front side or on either side for shoe attachment, and therefore buckle-type ski boots, in which the locking device for the shaft in the instep region is omitted for reasons of space, are Obtained when used. In FIG. 16, in order to lock the toe cap 502a of the ski boot 501 against the shell 502, a locking element 508 is guided in the shell 502 transversely to the tongue 506 of the toe cap 502a. The locking element 508 is moved in the direction of the arrow (A, B) by the operating lever 510 via the tensioning device 511, as illustrated in FIG. Locking
The cooperation of tongue 506 with element 508 and locking element is clearly illustrated in FIG. When the operating lever 510 is closed, the tension device 511 is shown in solid line.
The rope shown in dotted lines is relaxed and the rope shown in dotted lines of tensioning device 511 is tensioned. Therefore, the locking element 508 is in the position shown in FIGS. 16 and 17 in direction B.
Move to the position. In this position, the entire extent of the first section 508a of the locking element 508, which moves in front of the tongue 506, prevents the respective movement of the toe cap 502a.
Ru. At the same time, a latching pin 512 that is connected directly or indirectly to the operating lever 510 passes through the opening of the shaft 504 and is inserted into the latching notch 513 or the opening of the shell 502.
Engages behind the undercut. Since the latching pin is constructed in a spring-elastic manner, the latching pin automatically snaps together when the operating lever 510 is closed, and fits into the latching notch 513 or engages behind the undercut. . When the operating lever 510 is released, the rope indicated by the solid line connects to the locking element.
508 in the direction of arrow A. This position of locking element 508 is illustrated in dashed lines in FIGS. 16 and 17. In this position of locking element 508 tongue 506 is released. This is because the notch of the third section 508b is opposed to the end surface of the tongue 506. When the operating lever 510 is released, the latching pin 512 projects from the latching notch 513 and thus releases the connection between the shaft 504 and the shell 502. Now the shoes are prepared for walking. The locking mechanism on the heel side of the shaft 504 and the shell 502 is known per se. A number of embodiments apply in this case. Therefore, it will be briefly described. 16 and 17, the main points of the invention are the locking mechanism for the toe camp 502a for the shell 502 in the instep region and the shell in the heel region.
locking mechanism for the shaft 504 against the shaft 502;
In this case, the latter locking mechanism is assembled into the operating lever for the former locking mechanism.
be included. Naturally, in the case of the embodiment according to FIG. 1 or FIG.
It is also possible to double lock the shaft by equipping it with a locking bottle. Naturally, the invention is not limited to the embodiments shown, but can be implemented in many different ways (without departing from the scope of the invention; it is thus possible, for example, to have a tongue with a free end that is different from a T-shape). It can also be formed by
