【考案の詳細な説明】 (1) 考案の技術分野 本考案はパルスモータによりリボン送り時各相に電流を
順次流し、停止時ロック電流を流すシリアルプリンタの
リボン送り機構に関するものである。 (2) 従来技術と問題点 従来のパルスモータを用いたリボンフイード機構の1例
を第1図(a),(b)に示す。同図(a)に破線で示
される印字ヘッド1とプラテン2の間をリボンがA方向
に移送されるリボンフイード機構10が設けられる。す
なわち、同図(a)の切欠部と同図(b)の側断面図に
示すように、リボンカセット7がセットされ、そのフイ
ードローラがパルスモータ3から駆動ギア4を介して駆
動され、リボン5が巻取られる。このフイードローラ軸
はフイードノブとして延長され手動調整に用いられる。
このリボンフイード機構10を駆動するには、パルスモ
ータの各相電流を順次フイードしてリボンを移送し、停
止時にはロックする。ロック時にリボンが緩むことを防
止するため、フイードノブ6の軸上に第2図に示す弾力
つめ9で係止するラチエツト8の機構を設け、正回転方
向のみを許し微小巻取りの調整が行なわれる。しかし、
実際の装置においてはつめ9がラチエツト8にかかった
りかからなかったりしてロックが不安定となるという欠
点があった。 (3) 考案の目的 本考案の目的はパルスモータによりリボン送り時各相電
流を順次流し、停止時ロック電流を流すシリアルプリン
タのリボン送り機構において、前記ラチエツトを使用す
ることなく安定に手動調整を可能としたシリアルプリン
タのリボン送り機構を提供することである。 (4) 考案の構成 前記目的を達成するため、本考案のシリアルプリンタの
リボン送り機構は、少くともリボン送り機構の印字ヘッ
ド部分を含むプリンタカバー内に、リボン送り時多相パ
ルスモータの各相にパルス電流を順次流し、停止時ロッ
ク電流を流すようにしたパルス発生手段を具えたシリア
ルプリンタのリボン送り機構において、前記プリンタカ
バーの開閉を検知するスイッチ手段と、該開時の検知出
力により、前記停止時のロック電流を減少させる手段と
を具えたことを特徴とするものである。 (5) 考案の実施例 本考案の概略を述べると、前述のラチエツト機構8を単
に省いたのでは、停止時,リボンが緩む場合が起る。そ
こで手動で調整するときのみロックを解くかロックを減
少するため、図示していないプリンタカバーの開閉に応
動するスイッチ(図示していない)を設け、この接断に
よりロック回路を制御するようにしたものである。第3
図は本考案の実施例の構成説明図である。同図におい
て、前記プリンタカバーの開閉に応動するスイッチ12
の動作により、カバーを閉めた場合にはリボン送り時パ
ルス発生回路13を介してモータ駆動回路15によりパ
ルスモータ3を駆動し、前述のリボン送り、停止時ロッ
クの動作が行なわれる。これに対し、プリンタカバーを
開けた場合にはカバーオープン時制御回路14を介して
リボン送り時パルス発生回路13を制御し、ロックを解
除するか、またはロックを弱くし、フイードノブ6によ
る手動調整を容易に行ないうるようにするものである。 (6) 考察の効果 以上説明したように、本考案によれば、シリアルプリン
タのリボン送り機構において、リボンのたるみを手動で
修正する時、プリンタカバーの開閉で応動するスイッチ
によりロックを解くかロックを弱めて手動調整するもの

ことなく安定にかつ簡単にリボンセットが可能となるも
