2. Description of the Related Art As a prior art of a low noise press machine, there is one disclosed in JP-A-54-10478. In order to reduce the noise as much as possible by sufficiently attenuating the vibration generated at the time of press working, in this prior art, the frame of the low noise press machine is composed of a composite frame composed of a substrate, a damping member and a restraint plate. This structure is applied to the entire frame.

However, as shown in the above-mentioned prior art, it is difficult to manufacture the low noise press machine by combining the entire frame of the low noise press machine with the substrate, the damping member and the restraint plate. There is a problem that it is troublesome and the manufacturing cost is high. In addition, it is difficult to change a general press machine having no noise reducing action to a low noise press machine.

In the above structure, when the working force of the press machine changes, the change of the working force causes bending deformation of the frame, and the frame vibrates. At this time, the vibration damping member bonded to the structural portion in which the frame is largely bent and apt to cause partial vibration undergoes shear deformation, and the vibration energy due to the vibration is converted into thermal energy. Therefore, even if the entire frame is not combined with the damping member and the restraint plate, the above vibration can be sufficiently damped,
The noise generated by the vibration can be minimized.

FIG. 1 shows a known C-shaped main body frame 1 in a low noise press machine, and FIG. 2 shows a partial cross section of the main body frame 1. The entire frame including the main body frame 1 is usually made of a steel plate, and in this frame (the entire frame including the main body frame 1), the structural portion A in which bending deformation generated during press working is large and partial vibration is likely to occur is It is obtained by experiments or by finite element analysis.

The inside of the structural portion A in which the bending deformation of the main body frame 1 is large and partial vibration is likely to occur (front side facing the paper surface in FIG. 1, right side in FIG. 2).
A C-type vibration damping member 3 is adhered to each other by an adhesive, and the vibration damping member 3 is made of a rubber or resin viscoelastic material. The damping member 3 has a restraint plate 5 which is usually a steel plate.
Are bonded with an adhesive. Here, as is clear from FIG. 2, the thickness of the damping member 3 is about 30% of the thickness of the main body frame 1, and the thickness of the restraint plate 5 is about 10% of the thickness of the main body frame 1, that is, The thickness of each of the vibration damping members 3 is about 1/3.

In the process of press working with a low noise press machine, the working force changes abruptly when the upper die collides with the work, when the upper die punches the work, etc. Bending deformation occurs in the frame including the main body frame 1, and the frame vibrates.

When the frame vibrates, the vibration-damping member 3 made of a viscoelastic material fixed to the structural portion A, which is liable to be partially deformed due to a large bending deformation, changes from the state shown in FIG.
Shear deformation occurs as shown in the state of (b), and the vibration energy due to this vibration is converted into heat energy. Therefore, even if the entire frame is not combined with the vibration damping member 3 and the restraint plate 5, the above vibration can be sufficiently attenuated as shown in FIG. 3B, and the noise caused by the vibration can be minimized. Note that FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a relationship between amplitude and time in vibration generated in the main body frame 1, and FIG. 3A is a relational diagram under a mode in which the main body frame 1 is not combined. (B) is a relationship diagram under a mode in which the body frame 1 is combined with the damping member 3 and the restraint plate 5.

According to this embodiment as described above, not the entire frame of the low noise press machine, but the structural portion A in which the bending deformation in the frame is large and partial vibration is likely to occur, the damping member 3 made of a viscoelastic material, and the restraint plate. By making the composite by 5, the vibration generated by the press working can be sufficiently attenuated to minimize the noise, while the low noise press machine can be easily manufactured and the manufacturing cost is increased. You can hold it down. Further, for the same reason, a general existing press machine having no noise reducing action can be easily changed to a low noise press machine. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the description of the above-described embodiments, but various modifications can be made by making appropriate changes such as compounding a portion of the frame near the mold with a damping member and a restraint plate. It can be carried out in various ways.

As can be understood from the above description of the embodiments, the present invention is, in short, a rubber or resin-based structure in the main frame (1) of a press machine, which has a large bending deformation and is susceptible to partial vibration. One side surface of the vibration damping member (3) made of the viscoelastic material and thinner than the plate thickness of the main body frame (1) is provided by bonding, and the other side surface of the vibration damping member (3) is provided with the vibration damping member. The restraint plate (5), which is about 1/3 of the thickness of (3) and is made of a steel plate, is adhered.

As is apparent from the above construction, in the present invention, one side of the vibration damping member 3 made of a rubber or resin type viscoelastic material and thinner than the plate thickness of the main frame 1 of the press machine is attached to the press machine. The main body frame 1 is bonded to a structural portion where partial vibration is likely to occur, and the other side surface of the vibration damping member 3 is bonded with a restraint plate 5 which is about 1/3 of the thickness of the vibration damping member 3 and is made of a steel plate. It is a configuration.

That is, in the present invention, the press machine main body frame 1 has a three-layer structure as a whole, and each layer has a different thickness depending on the function, and the damping member 3 is used for the press machine main body frame. Since it is directly bonded to No. 1, it can be easily retrofitted to an existing press machine without special processing.

Further, since the vibration damping member 3 is thinner than the thickness of the body frame 1, and the restraint plate 15 is made of a steel plate having a thickness of about 1/3 of the thickness of the vibration damping member 3. The weight of the restraint plate 15 becomes an optimum weight with respect to the thickness of the damping member 3 and the like, and a large force for peeling off the adhesive surfaces of the damping member 3 and the restraint plate 15 does not act even during vibration. The adhesive state can be reliably maintained.

Further, since the weight of the restraint plate 15 is optimum as described above, when the body frame 1 is vibrated and the vibration damping member 3 is sheared and deformed, the vibration damping action is effectively performed. Is something that can be done.
