形成したスペーサを設け、該スペーサの前記ツバ部を前
記取付板の背面側から前記穴の周囲に、且つスピーカの
フランジと対向する部分に当接させ、該スペーサ底面中
央の小孔に挿通した単一のネジを前記スピーカ背面部の
中央に螺合させ締結する構造としてなることを特徴とす
るものである。
