空気を圧入する機構と、上記外筒の浚渫位置に近い部分
に設けた水位検知機構と、この水位検知機構の出力によ
り上記空気圧入機構を制御して上記外筒内の水位を上記
水位検知機構の位置以下に下げるようにした機構と、上
記浚渫泥放出口に介挿した、上記放出口を常時気密に遮
断するためのロータリーバルブとにより構成したことを
