の構造に関するものである。

(従来の技術) 一般に金属粉末射出成形に使用される鋳造型は大量生産

に示す如きるつぼ2を溶解炉1内に入れ加熱しるつぼ内
の金属材が溶解したら作業者Aがるつぼはさみ3にてる
つぼ2を摘んで(第1−b図)溶解炉1からとり出し他
の作業者Bが柄5を持っているとりべ4の中に入れ(第
1−c図)、作業者Bがとりべ4によりるつぼ2を鋳型
まで運び該鋳型に注湯して鋳造型を製造する。

に為し得るようにするものである。

(課題を解決するための手段) 本考案は溶解炉内に入れ易いように円筒形に形成したる

けると共に前記フランジの上方に且つ開口部の中央より
注湯口寄りに注湯口を跨いで逆U字型の回動把手を枢着
し、該回動把手と前記固定把手を両手で持つことにより
一人で操作が可能となりるつぼを安全に且つ迅速に運搬
すると共に注湯することが出来るものである。

が一方の手により前記回動把手を掴んでるつぼを吊して
運搬することが出来ると共に回動把手の取り付け部が中
央より注湯口寄りに支持されているので注湯口が稍上向
きになり湯のこぼれが防止でき、又は注湯の際に回動把
手を一方の手で保持し他方の手により前記固定把手を握
って持ち操作してるつぼを傾けて注湯せしめることが出
来るもので、その操作が安全に行えることが特徴であ
る。
