Also, during each of the above work, during work, floor material deforms after work,
It is a material and structure that does not cause peeling or deterioration of each laminated body. In other words, the size, shape, hardness, and weight that can be easily removed to be laid down have a thickness (T) of 25 to 75 mm,
The width (W) is 20 to 100 cm, and the length (L) is 1 to 3 of the width (W)
It is a mat-like material with double the density of 50 to 200 kg / m 3 and the weight of 15 kg or less. Except for the above range and conditions, each work is too large and it is difficult to perform each work. Also, there are problems in each work such as being too main to hold, and there is a risk of injury such as bruising when falling or falling,
There are problems that it is too light and there is a risk of being blown away by the wind, that it is too hard and not practically preferable, and that it is too soft and it is difficult to perform each work such as washing. Also, in terms of ergonomics, the ground,
It is said that the feeling of human security such as being clearly dispersed from the concrete surface is obtained when sitting on an object having a thickness of 25 mm or more and an area of 20 cm × 20 cm or more, and is not obtained in the following cases.

In addition, the above-mentioned structure, in the case of floor remodeling and floor laying with different floor materials, the size, shape, etc. that can be easily implemented in a short time,
This is because the same matters as described above are necessary, and in addition, the structure and material of the back surface of the floor material that can absorb and prevent the freak of the concrete floor are necessary. That is, the mat-like material having the above-mentioned characteristics must be used, and moreover, the back surface of the floor material (the lowermost portion of the structure) must be composed of the freak preventing material. If there is no freak prevention material, naturally, the freak will cause the surface of the floor material to become uneven, causing various problems such as tripping on the floor surface in real life.

In addition, when considering practical use, if the floor material is subject to static load, concentrated load on objects such as furniture and electric appliances, or impact when dropping objects such as tables and chairs, the surface of the floor material A stress dispersive material that can withstand concentrated loads and impacts is required to prevent deformation such as denting or warping. Thickness 1-4 mm, density 400 kg
Must be at least / m 3 . This stress dispersal material is not effective if it is not formed in the upper layer of the floor material as much as possible, but if it is formed on the surface (surface layer), compared to carpets and synthetic resin foam sheets, walking comfort, comfort, The feel, elasticity, etc. are remarkably inferior. Therefore, this stress dispersal material may be placed underneath the carpet or foam sheet material. Also, liquids / solids such as water and salt, chemicals such as thinner and detergent were subjected to various changes such as static / dynamic changes and physical / chemical changes due to each work such as peeling. In addition, it is necessary to have a floor surface material that does not change in quality or discoloration when it is subjected to heat and humidity changes such as heating and cooling, such as a stove, kotatsu, and air conditioner. Therefore, the floor covering is made of synthetic resin-based carpet or synthetic resin foam sheet. If this material is of natural fiber or wood type, it has hygroscopic and water-absorbing properties, it is difficult to dry after washing, expansion and contraction due to moisture absorption and drying, warpage etc. To do. In addition, the thickness (T) of the entire structure does not change even when subjected to the above-mentioned various changes, and the thickness (T) of the entire structure is 25 to 75 mm and the density is 50 to 200 Kg / m 3 A synthetic resin-based foam having a density of 10 to 60 mm and a density of 20 to 100 kg / m 3 is required as a core material. Since this foam has the property of being easily changed by an external force such as compression, and since it is not necessary to directly expose it to the front or back surface of the flooring material, this core material should be placed between the stress dispersion material and the freak prevention material. good.

Next, each material used in the present invention will be described. First, regarding the floor surface material (A), the carpet made of synthetic fiber may have any of the commonly used level loop pile, level cut pile, cut and loop pile, and high and low pile pile shapes.
The level cut pile shape is preferred from the dry side. As a method for manufacturing a carpet, there are tufted, woven, knitted, and adhesive methods, but the tufted method that can use a material that does not absorb water and has a small dimensional change is preferable in terms of cost. The base fabric of the tufted carpet is preferably synthetic fiber such as polypropylene and polyester, and jute and cotton are not suitable as a floor-washing floor because they are water-absorbing and stretchable. The packing material may be any of SBR / PVC / EVA / polyethylene / polyurethane / rubber, and from the viewpoint of cushioning property, the above-mentioned synthetic resin foam is preferable, and especially from the viewpoint of durability and high elasticity, rubber-based foam and Urethane foam is best. Synthetic resin foam sheet is durable

Regarding the above-mentioned edge material (E) for covering the side end surfaces of the laminate of (A), (B), (C), and (D), a non-water-absorbing, more preferably water- and oil-repellent synthetic fiber or synthetic resin system is used. A fabric or a sheet made of a foam may be used, but a water- and oil-repellent plain weave fabric made of polyester is most preferable in terms of non-water absorption, durability, quality stability and the like. This edge material can also be used as a floor surface material, but it is necessary to determine the size of the floor material in consideration of the thickness and elasticity of the floor surface material in terms of the gap after construction. is there. When the floor surface material is also used as the edge material (configured as an integrated material), a carpet having a short pile length and a small packing material thickness is desirable.

Example 1 FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of Example 1 of the present invention. As the floor surface material (A), a saxony carpet with a thickness of 12 mm and a 1/8 gauge made by the tufting method is used. The thread is nylon BCF800 denier ply twist set yarn,
A non-woven fabric of ester was used as the primary base cloth, and polyurethane foam was used as the packing material. Polyolefin foam having a thickness of 2 mm and a density of 600 kg / m 3 is used as the stress dispersion material (B), and polyethylene foam having a thickness of 25 mm and a density of 38 kg / m 3 is used as the core material (C). The freak prevention material (D)
A rubber foam having a thickness of 7 mm was used, and a plain woven fabric using ester-dyed yarn was used as the edge material (E). Above (A),
(B), (C), and (D) were adhered with a rubber-based latex, and a lip material was sewn to this. The product thus manufactured has a thickness (W) of 46 mm, a width (W) of 100 cm, and a length (L) of 1.
It had a weight of 3.9 kg and a density of 85 kg / m 3 . Spill coffee, milk, sauce, butter, salad oil, sugar, Koshiyo on the surface of this mat, and after 24 hours, wash with a commercially available carpet detergent in the bathroom, rinse thoroughly, dry in the sun outdoors, and uneven It was laid directly on the concrete where there is about 5 mm. As a result, the above-mentioned stains were completely washed, no damage was observed on the mat-shaped material, there were no problems such as dimensional change, warpage, discoloration, etc., and no influence of freak was felt. The work from carrying to the floor was extremely easy. In addition, even if you drop a 7.3 kg shotgun on this floor material from a height of 1.5 m, or if a person of 55 kg flies from a height of 1.5 m,

Example 2 FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of Example 2, in which the floor surface material (A) was thickened by a 1/10 gauge tufting machine.
An 8 mm level loop carpet was used. Three intermingle yarns of nylon BCF800 denier were used for the pile yarn, an ester non-woven fabric was used for the primary base fabric, and an SBR foam was used for the packing material. The stress-dispersing material (B) is a polyolefin foam having a thickness of 1.8 mm and a density of 800 kg / m 3 , and the core material (C 1 ) is a polyethylene foam having a thickness of 10 mm and a density of 20 kg / m 3. (C 2 ) has a thickness of 15 mm and a density of 29.5 Kg
/ m 3 polystyrene foam is used, 5 mm thick rubber foam is used as the freak prevention material (D), (B)
After stacking (C 1 ) (C 2 ) (D) in this order and sewing, the floor surface material (A) is attached to the upper surface, side end surface and back surface of (B) (C 1 ) (C 2 ) (D). Bonded with a rubber adhesive to a width of about 5 cm. The size was 60 cm in width (W) and 90 cm in length (L).
The mat-like material produced in this manner was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, and as a result, the same results as in Example 1 were obtained.

<Effects of the Invention> Since the flooring material having the constitution of the present invention can be easily removed and moved even by a child, and the constituent material is non-water absorbent and has excellent durability, a detergent is used. Whole wash,
It can be thoroughly rinsed and dried in the sun, and as a result, it is extremely clean and free from the worry of unpleasant pests such as mites and fungi and microorganisms such as mold. In addition, since floor materials can be easily removed and various combinations of floor mats can be used for remodeling the room, not only can renovation costs be saved, but the combination room can also be enjoyed like a puzzle and the atmosphere of the room can be easily changed. In addition, it is designed to absorb irregularities on the concrete floor, so you can do it freely without worrying about the floor. In addition, by stacking materials with different densities, and having a low-density (foam) core material, which is several times thicker than conventional carpets, and has elasticity, it is also sound-proof, heat-insulating, and heat-retaining. It is excellent and can save energy. Since it does not use a water-absorbing material, it is moisture-proof and rich in touch. On the other hand, the anti-freak material also has the effect of preventing deviation. As described above, the flooring material of the present invention has various practical effects.
