As a structure in which a glass is fixed to one side of the sash window and fixed to one side and a glass that can be slidably opened is attached to the other side, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6 to FIG. The sash frame is divided into left and right by screwing the intermediate partition frame 12 vertically to the main body sash frame 11 of a trapezoidal frame shape, the fixing glass 15 is attached to one side, the pair of glass 13 for opening and closing the slide, A configuration in which 14 is attached is known. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the main body sash frame 11 has a pair of first and second fitting grooves 16 and 18 arranged in parallel in two rows on the inner periphery thereof, and the middle partition frame 12 has both sides. Similarly, it has a pair of first and second fitting grooves 16 ', 18' and 16 ", 18" on both left and right sides. Then, the main body sash frame 11 is fixed to the window opening formed on the wall surface. Next, on one side of the main body sash frame 11, one of the fitting grooves, for example, the second fitting groove 18, is fitted with the fixing glass 15 through the rubber attachment 17. Here, the attachment rubber 17 has a channel-shaped cross section and has an outward locking portion 17a extending outward at the opening edge. This attachment rubber 17 is sealed to the peripheral edge of the glass, and its three sides are fitted into the second fitting groove 18 of the main body sash frame 11, and the remaining vertical sides are the first part of the middle partition frame 12 along the same. 2 fitting groove 1
8'is fitted through the mounting rubber 17. Next, the middle partition frame 12 is tightened with screws 22 to the main body sash frame 11 via the connecting plate 21, the fixing glass 15 is attached, and the sash frame is completed. In the other frame, which is partitioned to the left and right by the middle partition frame 12, a seal member 20 is fitted in each of the first and second fitting grooves (16 ″ and 16, 18 ″ and 18) and is movable. Glasses 13 and 14 (only 13 in the illustrated example) are slid up and down so that they can be opened and closed (see FIG. 7). Therefore, in order to attach the middle partition frame 12 to the main body sash frame 11, since the fixing glass 15 is fitted and then connected, it cannot be fixed in advance by welding or the like, and the number of parts for attachment increases. , The strength is weak. Therefore, conventionally, since the middle partition frame is connected in a vertical direction so as not to receive a large load, the sash frame can be divided only in the left-right direction, and division in the up-down direction is difficult.

A preferred embodiment of the sash window glass fixing structure of the present invention will be described below. The sash window shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 is provided on the wall surface of the cab of the vehicle, and the sash frame for holding the glass is such that the intermediate partition frame 2 is laid horizontally in the middle position of the main body sash frame 1. Two frames are formed at the top and bottom. That is, the main body sash frame 1 is composed of a substantially trapezoidal frame whose one vertical side is inclined, and the inner periphery of the main body sash frame 1 has a first fitting groove on the indoor side as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. 6 and the second fitting groove 8 on the outdoor side are provided in parallel in two rows. The first and second fitting grooves 6 and 8 are an inner side wall 1B and an outer side wall 1C which rise on both sides in the width direction of an inner peripheral base 1A formed on the inner peripheral surface of the main body sash frame 1, and the center of both. It is formed so as to be surrounded by the central wall 1D formed in. A partition frame 2 is horizontally laid horizontally at an intermediate position in the up-down direction of the main body sash frame 1, and both ends thereof are previously integrally fixed to the main body sash frame 1 by welding or the like. The partition frame 2 has inner walls 2B that rise on both sides in the width direction so as to be symmetrical with respect to both surfaces of the substrate 2A in the longitudinal direction.
2B 'and outer walls 2C, 2C' and center walls 2D, 2D 'formed in the center of both are erected, and are surrounded by these first and second fittings of the main body sash frame 1 A pair of first and second fitting grooves 6 ', 8'and 6 ", which face the fitting grooves 6 and 8;
8 ″ is therefore formed. Therefore, the upper and lower two frames divided by the partition frame 2 have a shape in which two rows of the first and second fitting grooves are arranged along the inner circumference thereof. In the upper frame divided in this way, the movable glass 3
And 4 are slidably fitted laterally (see FIGS. 1 and 2). That is, a seal member 10 made of a rubber material is fitted in the first and second fitting grooves in which the vertical side edges of the movable glasses 3 and 4 abut and the upper and lower horizontal sides slide. In the present embodiment, one of the movable glasses 3 and 4 (the movable glass 3 in the illustrated example) is fitted into the seal member 10 fitted in the second fitting groove 8 and the other (the movable glass 3 in the illustrated example). The glass 4) is fitted into the seal member 10 fitted in the first fitting groove 6 and slid to the left and right to be opened and closed. In the figure, R is a window locking device, which is configured to be engageable with and disengageable from a hook F1 protruding from the inner wall 1B or a hook F2 standing up from the central wall 1D at both left and right ends of the main body sash frame 1. . Next, the fixing glass 5 is fixed to the lower frame. The fixing glass 5 is fixed to the first and second fitting grooves 6 and 8 by a first holding member 7 and a second holding member 9 made of a belt-shaped rubber material as is clear in FIG. Here, the first holding member 7 has a base portion 7A that can be fitted while being compressed wider than the groove width of the fitting groove as shown in FIG. 4, and a wide holding portion 7B is formed on the base portion 7A. It has projecting step portions B1 and B2 that abut against the upper ends of the walls (the outer wall 1C and the central wall 1D in the illustrated example) forming the fitting groove. The holding portion 7B is formed with a locking step portion 7C on one side in the lateral direction, and the rising surface C1 thereof is gradually outwardly (cutout direction) upward with respect to an assumed vertical surface of the step portion. A bulged portion 7D that bulges toward the wider side is integrally formed. As shown in FIG. 5, the second holding member 9 has a base portion 9A which can be fitted while being compressed wider than the groove width of the fitting groove, and a wide pressing portion 9B is formed on the base portion 9A. A protruding step portion B3 that abuts the upper end of a wall (inner wall 1B in the illustrated example) forming the fitting groove is formed. Further, in this embodiment, a protruding step portion B4 that abuts the locking step portion 7C of the first holding member 7 is formed below the pressing portion 9B. On one side of the pressing portion 9B, facing the assumed vertical surface of the locking step portion 1C, the width gradually widens upward with respect to the assumed vertical surface through the wall thickness of the fixing glass 5. A raised portion 9C is formed integrally with the raised portion 9C. Then, the base portion 7A of the first holding member 7 is fitted into one fitting groove (the first fitting groove 6 ″, 6 in the illustrated example). Then, the edge of the fixing glass 5 is fitted to the locking step portion 7C. Next, the base of the second holding member 9 is arranged such that the raised portion 9C of the second holding member 9 faces the locking step 7B and the protruding step B4 engages with the locking step 7B. 9A is fitted into the other fitting groove (first fitting groove 6, 6 ″ in the illustrated example). As a result, the first holding member 7 and the second holding member 9 are brought into close contact with each other, and the raised portion 7D of the first holding member 7 and the raised portion 9C of the second holding member 9 are both surfaces of the fixing glass 5. The elastic repulsion acts on the fixing glass due to the compression. Therefore, the fixing glass 5 is pinched from both sides by the first holding member 7 and the second holding member 9, and is strongly held by the elastic repulsive force of the rubber. When the fixing glass 5 is replaced, the second holding member 9 is removed from the first fitting grooves 6, 6'and the fixing glass 5 is removed.
Then, the glass 5 for fixing is exchanged. After that, if the removed second holding member 9 is fitted into the second fitting grooves 8 and 8'as described above, a new fixing glass 5 can be pinched and fixed together with the first holding member 7. With the above-described configuration, it is not necessary to fit the fixing glass into the fitting groove as in the conventional case, and the fixing glass can be attached after the sash frame is formed. In the above-described embodiment, the main sash frame is divided into upper and lower parts by the middle partition frame as the sash frame, but the shape and the structure such as the number and arrangement of the middle partition frames are not particularly limited. Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, as the means for engaging the first holding member and the second holding member, the locking step portion of the first holding member is engaged with the projecting step portion formed on the pressing portion of the second holding member. However, in short, as long as the two can be engaged and disengaged, a concavo-convex shape, a hook shape, and other engaging configurations can be used. Further, it goes without saying that the object provided with this sash window is not particularly limited.

In this invention, since the sash frame for holding the glass can be integrally formed in advance, the strength for holding the glass is strong, and since the direction of partitioning the frame is not limited, it can be partitioned vertically. The position where the glass is placed is not restricted. Further, the fixed glass can be easily attached and detached without disassembling the sash frame by simply attaching and detaching the second holding member. Then, since the locking step portion is overlapped and abutted on the central wall, the engaging force can be increased and the glass fixing force can be increased.
