【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は、合成樹脂シート材を用い真空成形法、ブロー
成形法、射出成形法などの適宜の成形法により製造され
た豆腐用容器に関する。

〈従来の技術〉 この種の合成樹脂シート製の豆腐用容器は、既に実用化

閉し、または密閉せずに冷却し、当該容器自体を型枠と
して豆腐原液を凝固させ、そのままの姿で流通経路へ供
給するべく用いられている。そして、これら公知の容器
には、主として側壁を補強する目的で容器上部から底部
へ向かうリブが当該側壁に適宜形成されていることが多
い。

分で型崩れを生じやすく、容器の形状そのままの美しい
形を再現できない。これは単に商品価値の問題のみでは
なく、容器に付着した部分の豆腐を無駄に廃棄するから
貴重な食料資源の浪費にもつながる問題である。

豆腐との間の滑り抵抗が他の部位におけるよりも大きい
ことも関与していると考えられる。

型崩れの問題が解消し、内部で凝固させた豆腐の取出し
操作に気をつかう必要がなく、容器内面への付着残留に
よるロスの心配なく商品価値の高い美麗な豆腐を消費者
に供給することができる。
