In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is directed to a pair of left and right longitudinal frames and a pair of front and rear short frames whose lengths in the height direction are set to be longer than those of the longitudinal frames so that both ends of the longitudinal frame are short-sided. A stackable bed in which a rectangular frame is combined with a frame, and a floor plate having a ventilation hole is attached to the rectangular frame so that the beds can be sequentially stacked and stored upward (a). The short-side frame is set so that the lower end is thicker than the upper end and the inner wall surface is a substantially vertical surface, (b). The upper end of the short frame has an engaging groove cut out in a substantially horizontal U-shape, and a raised portion adjacent to the engaging groove, (c). At the lower end of the short frame, the left and right sides of the inner wall surface are recessed at the hanging position of the engaging groove, and a locking projection that can be fitted into the engaging groove is projected inward at the center so that the engaging groove is formed in the engaging groove. Forming a notch that is recessed outward so that the raised portions of adjacent short frames can be fitted together, (d). When the beds are stacked vertically, the upper end of the longitudinal frame is lower than the bottom of the engaging groove and the lower end of the longitudinal frame is locked so that a gap is formed between the upper longitudinal frame and the lower longitudinal frame. Setting so that it is higher than the upper end of the protrusion, (e). Fit the protrusion of the lathe frame of the upper bed into the engagement groove of the lathe frame of the lower bed, and at the same time attach the ridge adjacent to the engagement groove of the lathe frame of the lower bed with the short groove of the upper bed. The technical means is to fit the notches of the hand frame and restrain the beds stacked above in the front, rear, left and right directions.

A rectangular frame can be formed by fitting and connecting the connecting pieces of the pair of front and rear short frames to both ends of each of the pair of left and right long frames. Then, the floorboard is laid over the floorboard receiving portions provided inside the pair of left and right longitudinal frames, and a mat or bedding is placed on the floorboard to assemble a stackable bed. Further, when the beds are stacked vertically, the protrusions of the short frame of the upper bed are fitted into the locking grooves of the short frame of the lower bed, and at the same time, the engagement of the short frame of the lower bed is performed. Since the raised portion adjacent to the mating groove is fitted to the cutout portion of the short frame of the upper bed, the beds stacked above can be constrained in the front-rear and left-right directions to be stacked. Further, even if a large number of stackable beds are stacked, a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the floor plate, and a gap is formed between the longitudinal frames facing each other above and below the stackable beds stacked vertically. As a result, good breathability can be obtained, and a large number of stackable beds can be sequentially stacked at one time and dried or disinfected efficiently in a short time.

A preferred embodiment of the stacking bed of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The stackable bed 1 is made of a synthetic resin material, and as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a pair of short frames 2 and a pair of long frames 8 are connected to each other to form a rectangular frame. The floor frame 14 that is locked to the frame is fitted, and the top and bottom of the short frame 2 have engaging portions that engage in a concave and convex configuration so that they can be stacked vertically. That is, the short frame 2 is formed of a hollow, substantially rectangular flat plate, and the outer wall surface 2A thereof is inclined so that the thickness thereof becomes thinner as it extends upward from the middle portion. Then, a handle recess 6 which is long in the lateral direction is provided on the inclined surface. The inner wall surface 2B of the short frame 2 is formed of a flat surface, and a pair of left and right connecting pieces 3 projecting inward are integrally formed near both ends of the inner wall surface 2B with a gap between the top and the bottom. As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting piece 3 is a rectangular tube having a substantially rectangular vertical section. A first U-shaped groove 3A is provided at the center of both left and right side surfaces with their groove bottoms facing each other. The first U-shaped groove 3A is a groove having a U-shaped cross section and is provided over the protruding length of the connecting piece 3. A supporting projection 7 having a horizontal surface on the upper surface is provided at the center of the inner wall surface 2B of the short frame 2 in the left-right direction. Further, an engaging groove 4 which is one engaging portion of the concave-convex engagement and an engaging protrusion 5 which is the other engaging portion are provided on the top and bottom of the short frame 2. The engagement grooves 4 are notched grooves that are formed by cutting out a part of the top of the short frame 2 in a concave shape, and are provided in a pair on the left and right of the short frame 2. A ridge 4B and a ridge 4B are provided on both the left and right sides forming the side wall of the engagement groove 4, respectively. A central notch 4A is provided between the inner raised portions 4C, 4C at a depth substantially the same as the groove depth of the engaging groove 4. The outer contours of the central notch 4A and the notch of the raised portion 4C are connected by a smooth curve. On the other hand, the engaging projection 5 is provided directly below the engaging groove 4 at the bottom of the same short frame corresponding to the engaging groove 4. Then, the engaging grooves 5 on the bottom surface of the short frame 2 of another stackable bed having the same structure are engaged with the engagement grooves 4 of the short frame 2 to sequentially stack the beds upward. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the engaging projection 5 is formed by notching the bottom side of the inner wall surface 2B of the short frame 2 at a position corresponding to the engaging groove 4. That is, the engagement protrusion 5 is formed by cutting out from the bottom of the inner wall surface of the short frame 2 with a thickness corresponding to the groove width and the groove depth of the engagement groove 4. The lateral side of the engaging projection 5 is cut to the end face to form a notch 5B into which the raised portion 4B is fitted, and the inside of the engaging projection 5 is fitted with the raised portion 4C. As described above, a notch 5C is formed by cutting or notching in a shape corresponding to the outer contour. Therefore, when stacking the stackable beds 1 vertically, when the engaging protrusions 5 of the stackable beds arranged above are engaged with the engaging grooves 4 of the stackable beds arranged below, the stacking beds 1 are arranged above. The notches 5B and 5C of the stackable bed can be fitted and aligned with the ridges 4B and 4C outside the engaging groove 4 of the stackable bed arranged below, respectively. When the stackable beds 1 are stacked, the bottom portion of the short frame 2 abuts against the bottom of the central cutout portion 4A so that the stackable beds 1 can be stably stacked. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the longitudinal frame 8 is composed of a rod member of a rectangular tube having a frame whose cross section is substantially rectangular.
Is set to a size that fits into the openings at both ends without any gap. On both side surfaces of the longitudinal frame 8, a cross section U is formed over the entire length in a substantially central portion.
A second U-shaped groove 9 formed of a V-shaped groove is horizontally provided. A floor plate receiving portion 13 extending inward from an inner wall surface 12 below the second U-shaped groove 9 is formed. The inside of the second U-shaped groove 9 and the outside of the first U-shaped groove 3A are aligned and the connecting piece 3 is fitted. The floor plate receiving portion 13 is a horizontal surface that extends inward at the same height as the horizontal surface of the support projection 7 of the floor plate receiving portion and forms a groove bottom surface 13A, and a locking piece that projects upward from a middle portion of the horizontal surface. 10 and
The engaging piece 10, the inner wall surface 12, and the groove portion 11 formed by the groove bottom surface 13A. Then, in the second U-shaped groove 9 of the longitudinal frame 8, the connecting piece 3 is fitted to the longitudinal frame 8 and the end face thereof is the inner wall surface of the short frame 2.
A hole 9A, which is aligned with the hole 3A 'when it abuts against 2B, is provided so as to penetrate horizontally. As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (c), the floor plate 14 has a front frame 23 and a rear frame 23 that hang from the front, rear, left, and right sides of the surface of the plate 14A having a flat upper surface at the same height. Frame 24,
The left and right side frames 22, 22 are integrally formed, and in this embodiment, they are three rectangular plates having the same shape. Then, substantially square holes 21 are bored vertically and horizontally at equal intervals. Further, the front frame 23 is provided with three engaging projections 20 projecting forward from the front surface of the frame 23, and the rear frame 24 is provided with notches 18 at positions corresponding to the respective engagement projections 20. ing. Further, a pair of notch grooves 16 that are fitted into the locking pieces 10 from above are provided in the vicinity of both ends of the front frame 23 and the rear frame 24 in correspondence with the distance between the left and right locking pieces 10. . Further, a block-shaped support piece 19 is integrally formed inside the front and rear centers of the side frames 22, 22. In the supporting piece 19, the bottom surface of the side frame 22 is the groove bottom surface 13 of the longitudinal frame 8.
The height is set so that the bottom surface 19A of the support piece 19 abuts on the top surface 10A of the locking piece 10 when it abuts against A. Further, on the back surface side of the floor plate 14, ribs 25 that partition between the holes 21 and the adjacent holes 21 are integrally and vertically and horizontally provided. The height of the rib 25 is set shorter than that of the side frame 22. Because of the above-mentioned configuration, the connecting pieces 3 of the pair of front and rear short frames 2 are fitted to both ends of each of the pair of left and right longitudinal frames 8 to form the hole 8A of the longitudinal frame 8 and the hole 3A of the connecting piece 3. Align the bolts 26 and tighten the nuts 27 with the nuts 27 to connect the connecting piece 3 and the longitudinal frame 8.
Fix and assemble the rectangular frame. Then, the floor board 14 is laid over the floor board receiving portion 13 of the longitudinal frame 8 from above. That is, the lower ends of the side frames 22, 22 of the floor plate 14 are fitted into the groove 11 and the lower end of the side frame 22 is formed on the groove bottom surface 13A, and the support piece 19 integrally formed inside the side frame 22 is a locking piece. A floor board 14 is supported by abutting on the top surfaces 10A of the respective members 10. In addition, the engaging protrusions 20 of the front frame 23 of the floor plate 14 are sequentially arranged in front of the other floor plates.
The three floor plates are engaged in the front-rear direction by engaging the notches 18 of the rear frame 24 of the fourteen. The front frame 23 of the foremost floor plate 14 is supported by the supporting projection 7 of the front short frame 2, and the rear frame 24 of the rearmost floor plate 14 is supported by the rear short frame 2 supporting projection 7. . In addition, the front frame 23 at the forefront and the rear frame 24 at the rear are the short frames 2 at the front and rear.
Each of them collides with the inner wall surface 2B of the vehicle and the movement in the front-back direction is restricted. Further, in the left-right direction of the floor plate 14, the left and right cutout grooves 16 of the floor plate 14 are engaged with the locking pieces 10 of the longitudinal frame 8 to be restrained. Then, the bed 1 such as a mat is placed on the floor plate 14 to assemble the stackable bed 1. In the stackable bed 1 assembled in this manner, the engagement grooves 4 provided on the left and right of the top of the short frame 2 are further provided on the left and right of the bottom of the short frame 2 of another stackable bed 1. By stacking the protrusions 5, it is possible to sequentially stack the stackable beds. In the stackable bed 1 of this embodiment, the engaging projection 5 provided at the bottom of the short frame 2 is formed by cutting out the inner wall surface 2B of the short frame 2, and therefore, FIG. 7 and FIG. As shown in, the respective wall surfaces 5B 'and 5C' of the notches 5B and 5C function as stoppers when the beds are stacked. Therefore, even if the stackable beds 1 are stacked, the stackable beds 1 can be stacked safely without shifting to the front, rear, left and right. Further, when the stacked stacking beds are placed in a drying room or a disinfecting room for drying or disinfecting with mats, bedding, etc., air permeability is maintained from the ventilation holes 21 provided in the floor plate 14 or the vertical gaps stacked. Therefore, drying or disinfection is efficiently performed. In addition, a pair of left and right casters (not shown) may be provided on the caster mounting portion 2C at the bottom of the short frame 2 of the stackable bed 1, and the caster is not mounted on the stackable bed provided with the casters. By stacking the beds 1 above, a large number of stackable beds can be moved or transported at one time.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the following effects can be obtained. (1). Since the stackable beds can be engaged and stacked, a large number of beds can be dried or disinfected at the same time at the same time, and at the same time, the beds can be stacked on top to save the area. (2). Since a space is provided between the upper and lower longitudinal frames when the stackable beds are stacked and a plurality of ventilation holes are provided in the floor plate, the effect of drying or disinfecting can be enhanced. (3). Also, when the beds are stacked vertically, the protrusions of the short frame of the upper bed are fitted in the locking grooves formed in the short frame of the lower bed, and at the same time, the short frames of the lower bed are Since the raised portion adjacent to the locking groove is fitted to the cutout portion of the short frame of the upper bed, the beds stacked above can be constrained in the front-rear and left-right directions to be stacked and safely stored.

1. A rectangular shape in which a pair of left and right longitudinal frames and a pair of front and rear lateral frames whose lengths in the height direction are set to be longer than the longitudinal frames are opposed to each other, and both ends of the longitudinal frames are respectively connected to the lateral frames. In a stackable bed in which a frame formed of a rectangular frame and a floor plate having a ventilation hole attached to the rectangular frame can be stacked and stored in order upward, the short frame has a thicker bottom end than a top end. In addition, the inner wall surface is set to be a substantially vertical surface, and an engaging groove cut out in a substantially horizontal U-shape and a raised portion adjacent to the engaging groove are provided at the upper end of the short frame. The lateral edge of the inner wall is recessed at the lower position of the engagement groove at the lower end of the short frame, and a locking projection that can be fitted into the engagement groove is projected inward at the center. The raised portions of the short frame adjacent to the engaging groove are formed with notches that are recessed outward so that they can be fitted, and the beds are vertically stacked. The upper end of the longitudinal frame is lower than the bottom of the locking groove, and the lower end of the longitudinal frame is lower than the upper end of the locking projection so that a gap is formed between the upper longitudinal frame and the lower longitudinal frame when leaning. Set it so that it is higher, and fit the protrusion of the short frame of the upper bed into the locking groove of the shorter frame of the lower bed, and at the same time adjoin the locking groove of the shorter frame of the lower bed. A stackable bed characterized in that a raised portion is fitted into a cutout portion of a short frame of an upper bed to constrain the upper stacked beds in the front-rear and left-right directions.
