Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the using of a shower bath for bed-ridden patients and handicapped persons without using a bathtub filled with water by bringing a bath base with a heating/hot water shower device into an existing bathtub to let an aged person or a handicapped person take a shower bath. CONSTITUTION:Before a patient moves to a bath room, a heater 2 powered by electricity, gas, kerosene oil or the like is operated to generate a hot air 3 so that a bath room is heated up to a room temperature enough to let a patient be naked without any resistance. A water supply pipe 5 is linked to a water intake port 4 of the heater 2 and when the temperature is set, hot water set previously is fed from a shower nozzle 6 with a cock. A tubule 7 is attached to the shower nozzles 6 to spray a detergent or a soap water. Thus, bathing only by hot water showering is enabled without using a bathtub filled with water attached to the existing bath place.

As described in the preceding paragraph, in the current bathing method, the patient is constantly exposed to the fear of water because it is always on or in the bathtub filled with water. The older the patient, the heavier the physical disability, the higher the risk, and the more complicated the machinery and equipment and the more necessary the helper for safety. In addition, if the average number of baths at a bathing facility of a general household, elderly people or physically handicapped facilities is 2-3 times a month, which cannot be done unless at least a few people are available, it is not good for hygiene management. It is desirable to have a method that allows the patient to take a bath in comfort more easily.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve these problems, the present invention is an apparatus required for a bathing method in which a hot-water shower bath is used without using any bathtub containing water attached to an existing bathhouse. Is. This will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an overall view of a shower bath provided to a patient by attaching a bath of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an overall view of a sitting style bath of the present invention, FIG. [Fig. 3] is an overall view in which the back support portion (1) is tilted to extend the back of the patient. Specifically explaining the usage procedure of the present invention,
Before moving the patient to the bathroom, activate the heating warmer (2) that operates with electricity, gas or light oil to generate hot air (3), up to room temperature where the patient can be naked without any resistance , Heat the bathroom. Further, when the water supply pipe (5) is connected to the water intake port (4) of the heating warmer (2) and the temperature is set, the set hot water is spouted from the shower nozzle with a cock (6). Has become. In addition, a thin tube (7) sprinkled with detergent or soapy water along with each shower nozzle (6)
Can be installed, and if there is an existing hot water shower generator (8), take out the hot water pipe (9)
Can also be connected to the water intake (4).

[Effects of the Invention] With respect to the aging society that started rapidly in the 1950s, the public welfare institutions all over the country, including the Ministry of Health and Welfare, initially emphasized that the measures to be taken were immediate construction of nursing homes and various facilities and The plan was to develop and expand welfare assistance for the elderly and people with disabilities through this facility.
However, the pace of aging has rapidly advanced due to the rapid progress of medicine and improvement of health measures, and the accommodation in nursing homes and facilities has become impossible to cover even for the bedridden and disabled. So what I've been shouting all over the country for a few years now is to go back and focus on home nursing again. However, while the number of younger generations who should be involved in nursing home welfare at each home decreases with the years, the social welfare movement advocated from the 1950s,
Nowadays, even though parents have been cultivated to be sent to the social facility area, unfortunately, the feeling of obediently understanding home care is very thin. In addition, the women who are expected to be cared for have made significant inroads into out-of-home workplaces, and labor shortages at home are also an immeasurable problem in the past. Fighting various emotions that occur between old people and young people ... Recently, the number of suicide acts by elderly people in the same family has increased sharply. It seems that the story is earnest. Under such circumstances, the most problematic problem is the bathing treatment of patients at home and in nursing homes of public facilities. Therefore, if the existing bath is equipped with the attachment device of the present invention and only the shower bath is bathed, the bathing work can be completed easily with a small number of caregivers at a low budget cost. It should be noted that the spread of the present invention was reached by hearing the impression that patients who are actually only taking shower baths said that "it is most fun not to see the scariest water when bathing". I am convinced that it is a valuable proposal that I would like to implement by some kind of movement and realize the national policy in the future.
