成形品となす事で従来にはない軽量でかつ扱い易くしか
も安価なものを提供するものである。

者等は注力の結果、通称ダブルウオール(2重壁)ブロ
ー成形技術、例えば特開昭60−67130にみる様な方法に
着眼し、本考案に至ったものである。

む事が出来る点、図8に示す電線類の水浸漬時の防護措
置として突起を成形時に一気に作り得る点、本体とふた
とを一体として作り得る点(図9)、本体とふたとの頻
繁なる開閉に耐えるヒンジを与えうる点、更に空間部に
形状保持性,剛性,重量調整を目的とした発泡性樹脂の
注入や砂,水等の充てんが出来る点に於てすぐれてい
る。即ち、軽すぎる欠点を補う事も可能である。発泡性
樹脂の充てん、例えばポリウレタンの注入充てんは成形
時に形成されたエヤー注入孔を利用してもよいが、孔径
の点で不足の時は別途ドリル等で大きくするとよいし、
その孔の封鎖も別途用意した同材質のシートを熱シール
する事で出来る。かくして、本考案の目的とする構造物
を得ることができる。
