Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the spread of fire by mounting a non-combustible fireproofing sealant which foams below the temperature of ignition of wood or paper to seal a gap between an opening/closing part and a mounting frame on either one of opposed surfaces of the opening/closing part and the mounting frame when a fire occurs. CONSTITUTION:A door 1 is mounted on a rail 3 fastened on an end face of one wall 3 free to open or close with a hinge 4. Another rail 6 is mounted on the end face of the other wall 5. Fire proofing agents 7-10 which foams below the temperature of ignition of wood or paper are buried into vertical grooves on the opposed surfaces between the door 1 and the rails 3 and 6. の体積に膨脹し、ドアーと框との間隙11、12をシー
ルする。防火シール剤7〜10は、縦方向のみならず、
上下枠にも行っておくと、延焼の完全な遮断が期せる。
尚、防火シール剤は、一般的に耐久性が悪く、劣化し易
いので、劣化防止のために防火シール剤の表面をクリヤ
ーシール等でカバーしておくと良い。
