In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a waterproof floor composed of a bathtub 2 and a washing space 3 connected to the bathtub 2, and a wall material 4 is provided upright around the waterproof floor 1. An opening 6 is provided in the wall member, and the television device 5 is inserted into the opening 6 and attached to the wall surface with a screw 7. The television device 5 has a casing 8, and an opening 9 on the front side is closed by a transparent plate 11 via a packing 10. In the figure, 12 is an electronic circuit, and 13 is a liquid crystal for outputting an image. A fan motor 14 is attached to a hole 15 provided in the rear portion of the casing 8.

Even if the temperature t 1 inside the television device 5 becomes higher than the outside temperature t 2 , the temperature of the inner wall 18 of the television device becomes a temperature t 3 lower than t 2 due to the influence of the outside temperature t 1 . When this t 3 falls below the dew point, the inner wall surface 18
Condensation begins on. At this time, dew point detection sensor 16 also begins to condense, so that the resistance value of dew point detection sensor 16 changes significantly and the voltage applied to it in advance also changes. The fan motor 14 is activated by this electric signal. As a result, the air inside the television device 5 is replaced with the outside air, and the temperature inside the television device 5 and the temperature of the inner wall surface 18 are increased.
Since t 3 becomes equal to the outside air temperature t 2 , the dew point of the inner wall surface 18 rises and the dew condensation phenomenon disappears, so the fan motor 14 automatically stops. By repeating this operation, the environment inside the television apparatus 5 is always free from the dew condensation phenomenon.

Corrosion of,
This has the effect of preventing insulation failure. Since the bathroom unit is provided with the internal ventilation means, the temperature of the wall surface of the television device can be maintained at the dew point temperature or higher, so that there is an effect that the corrosion of the electric parts and the insulation failure due to the dew condensation phenomenon can be prevented.
