The former coupling device has a characteristic that the coupling is difficult to be disengaged once it is assembled, but on the other hand, the attaching and detaching operation at the time of attaching and detaching is troublesome.
Further, in the latter coupling device, the attachment / detachment operation is easy at the time of attachment / detachment, but on the other hand, there is a drawback that the connection is likely to be disconnected after assembling.

Currently, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of both connecting devices,
A coupling device as shown is proposed. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an inner cable, the peripheral surface of which is covered with a casing 2. A start end of the inner 1 is connected to an operating device (not shown), and a cable end 3 is fixed to the end thereof. The cable end 3 has a flat plate-shaped portion, and a rectangular elongated hole 3a is formed in the center thereof. Reference numeral 4 is an operated member pivotally supported so that it has hook-shaped hooking arms 4a and 4b at its free end, and an inverted T-shaped groove 4c between these two hooking arms 4a and 4b. Is opened, and the elongated hole 3a of the cable end 3 is hooked on the hooking arm 4a on the pulling direction side of the inner cable 1. Reference numeral 5 is a cap that fixes the end of the casing 2, and is fixed by penetrating the stationary member 6. 7 is a bellows-shaped dust cover,
An exterior is provided between the end of the cap 5 and the base end of the cable end 3 to prevent muddy water and the like from entering the casing 2. Reference numeral 8 denotes an operated member that is locked on the way of the operated member 4.

By the pulling operation and the pulling releasing operation of the inner cable 1, the operated member 4 swings around the support shaft and transmits the operating force to the operated member 8. Returning to the original position when the towing is released is performed by the action of a spring (not shown). Further, when the cable end 3 and the operated member 4 are attached and detached, the inner cable 1 is put in and taken out in a loosened state.

<Purpose of the present invention> The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is difficult to remove the connecting portion once assembled without adding any parts, and the attaching / detaching operation when attaching / detaching for parts replacement, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cable end locking device that is easy to operate.

(A) Shape of the operated member 9 in the figure is a plate-shaped operated member, the base end of which is pivotally supported by a support shaft 10. At the free end of the operated member 9, a protruding portion 9a is provided on the pulling side of the inner cable 1 and an upper hooking projection 9b is provided on the opposite side thereof, and further on the side surface of the operated member 9 on the pulling side. Is provided with a lower hooking protrusion 9c. The length between the outermost end of the protruding portion 9a and the upper hooking protrusion 9b is set to a dimension that does not exceed the total length of the long hole 3a formed in the cable end 3. The upper hooking protrusion 9b and the lower hooking protrusion 9c are protrusions that come into contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the cable end 3 on the operated member 9 during operation to restrain relative vertical movement. When the rigidity of the inner cable 1 can prevent the cable end 3 from significantly lowering, the lower hooking protrusion 9c may be omitted. In short, the upper hook for restricting the removal of the cable end 3 from the operated member 9 may be omitted. Stop projection 9b
It is sufficient that each of the protrusions 9a functions as a stopper for the extension portion 11a described later to be formed.

(B) Structure of cable end The cable end 3 is a conventional one having a flat plate portion formed by forging one end of a steel rod and having a long hole 3a in the center of the flat surface portion. The present invention has made the following improvements to the dust cover 11. A linear extension portion 11a is provided at one end of the dust cover 11 that covers the end portion of the cap 5 and the end portion of the cable end 3, that is, at the end on the cable end 3 side. The protruding length of the extension portion 11a is such that the extension portion 11a is in a state in which the surface of the operated member 9 opposite to the pulling side is in contact with the surface of the elongated hole 3a opposite to the pulling side.
Cover part of the long hole 3a, and
The length of the free end of a approaches the side surface below the protruding portion 9a. The point is that after connection, the extension 11a is the long hole 3 of the cable end 3.
It suffices to cover a part of a and set it to a length such that it can be locked to the protruding portion 9a of the operated member 9 and restrain the cable end 3 from coming out. In addition, the extension portion 11a is formed by giving appropriate elasticity so that the extension portion 11a cannot easily get over the protruding portion 9a.

(B) Attachment / Detachment Operation To assemble the cable end 3 to the operated member 9, it is sufficient to insert the free end of the operated member 9 into the elongated hole 3a. When the free end of the operated member 9 is inserted into the long hole 3a,
As shown by the chain line in FIG. 1, the extension part 11a is elastically deformed while climbing up upward, and gets over the protrusion 9a,
It is located between 9a and the cable end 3 and assembled.
Further, when disconnecting, the extension portion 11a can be easily pulled out by artificially rolling it up.

(B) Connected state As described above, since the free end of the extension portion 11a is attached to the protruding portion 9a, the inner cable 1
When the cable end 3 and the operated member 9 try to move relative to each other in the detaching direction, the free end of the extending portion 11a of the extended member 11a moves to the operated member 9 as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. It collides with the side surface and the movement of the operated member 9 in the elongated hole 3a is prevented. Therefore, once the cable end 3 and the operated member 9 are connected, the connection will not be disconnected during transportation or operation in the temporarily assembled state unless the extension portion 11a is artificially deformed.

<Other Embodiment 1> In the above embodiment, the case where the extending portion 11a is located only on the upper side of the cable end 3 shown in FIG. 1 has been described, but only on the lower side of the cable end 3 in FIG. It may be provided, and in this case, since the lower hooking projection 9c can also have a positioning function, the protrusion 9a in the figure can be omitted.

It is also conceivable to provide the extension portions 11a on both upper and lower sides of the cable end 3 in the figure. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, when applied to the conventional operated member 4, a protruding portion 4d is provided on the side surface of the operated member 4 on the pulling side, and the extending portion 11a is formed on the protruding portion 4d. It is also possible to hang the free end of.

(B) To attach the cable end to the operated member,
When the extending portion elastically deforms and rides over the protruding portion of the operated member, the extending portion is automatically locked to the protruding portion by self-elasticity. Further, the cable end can be easily removed from the operated member only by the operation of moving the free end of the extension portion in the direction away from the protruding portion. Therefore, the cable end and the operated member can be easily attached and detached. Further, once the connection between the cable end and the operated member is completed, the extension portion and the like restrain the movement of the cable end, so that the connection portion cannot be removed unless artificial force is applied. Therefore, it is possible to satisfy both the ease of attachment / detachment and the certainty of connection, which have not been satisfied until now.

(ロ) 装置が簡単であり、しかも何ら新しく部品を追

(B) The device is simple and there is no need to add any new parts.

(C) Even if the cable end moves in the detaching direction of the operated member, the extension part is interposed between the protruding part of the operated member and the cable end, and the cable end functions as a hooking protrusion of the operated member. It is possible to avoid direct contact. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the generation of contact noise between the cable end and the operated member.
