The reaction force due to the withdrawal of the push-out pin of both push-out means,
That is, the reaction force of the spring initially acts to return the folding door to the original folded state, but immediately before the folding door is completely deployed, the virtual line connecting the pushing pins of both pushing means as described above. That is, since the central axis of the hinge that connects the door bodies to each other moves more inward than the neutral line, after that, the reaction force due to the retraction of the push-out pins of the both pushing-out means, that is, the reaction force of the spring, It acts in the direction of expanding the folding door. However, when the folding door is completely deployed, the reaction force of the spring holds the folding door in the deployed state, and there is no possibility that the folding door will open naturally.

By pulling out the connecting portion between the door bodies toward the front against the reaction force of the springs of the both pushing means, the folding door changes from the deployed state to the folded state, and the opening is opened. From the moment when the central axis of the hinge connecting the door bodies to each other moves outward from the neutral line, the reaction force of the springs of the pushing means acts in the direction of folding the folding door, that is, in the opening direction of opening the opening. When the opening movement (folding of the folding door) proceeds further, the push pin reaches the protrusion limit position and is separated from the side surface of the pillar portion or the like.

According to the above configuration, the folding door 1 in the folded state as shown by the solid line in FIG. 1 is expanded in a continuous plane by pushing the intermediate connecting portion (the position of the hinge 4) of the door bodies 2 and 3 thereof. The opening 23 of the storage space 26 is closed. Before the folding door 1 is developed into a continuous plane, the push-out pins 20 of the push-out means 22 at both ends come into contact with the pillar side surfaces 24a at both ends of the opening. The push-out pin 20 is made to retreat against the biasing force of the spring 21 by the unfolding operation of.

Immediately before the folding door 1 is completely unfolded into a continuous plane, as shown in FIG. 7, the central axis 4a of the hinge 4 crosses the neutral line 25 from the outside to the inside, so that the push-out pin 20 is pushed in by the pillar side surface 24a. The reaction force of the spring 21 caused by this is not the direction in which the two door bodies 2 and 3 are returned to the original folded state, but the opposite direction, that is, the adjacent connecting portion of the door bodies 2 and 3 (the position of the hinge 4) is inward. Since the folding door 1 acts in the pull-in direction, the folding door 1 which has reached the continuous plane-shaped fully deployed state is automatically moved to the fully deployed state (the state in which the opening 23 is closed) shown in FIG. Retained.

It is folded so that the central axis 4a of the hinge 4 extends beyond the neutral line 25 from the inner side to the outer side.
The adjacent connecting part of the folding door 1 must be pulled out against the reaction force of 21). As the folding of folding door 1 progresses,
The push-out pin 20 of the push-out means 22 advances due to the urging force of the spring 21, and is separated from the side surface 24a of the column portion after it has advanced to the projection limit position.

As in the above embodiment, one opening 23 has two door bodies 2,
When it is opened and closed by the folding door 1 composed of 3, the pushing pins 20 of both pushing means 22 always come into contact with the pillar side surfaces 24a at both ends of the opening, so that the folding door 1 is folded at the final stage of unfolding. At the initial stage, the reaction force of the spring 21 of the two pushing means 22 also automatically aligns the folding door 1 between the side surfaces 24a of the two pillars via the pushing pin 20.

That is, the space between the two pillar side surfaces 24a is set to be slightly wider than the maximum distance between the two play spaces of the door bodies 2 and 3 when the folding door 1 is folded from the unfolded state, but the folding door 1 is suspended. Since it can be moved to the left or right along the guide rail 13 for use, at the final stage of unfolding the folding door 1 or at the initial stage of folding the folding door 1, the entire folding door 1 moves left and right, and the door body Two or three free ends are in sliding contact with the side surface 24a of the pillar portion,
Although there is a risk of damaging 4a, when the folding door 1 is automatically centered by the two pushing means 22 as described above, the central axis 4a of the hinge 4 linearly moves inward and outward on the center line between the side surfaces 24a of both pillars. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the above inconvenience from occurring.

Of course, one opening 23 may be opened and closed by a plurality of independent folding doors 1, respectively. In this case, at the location where the folding doors 1 are adjacent to each other, the push-out pins 20 of the pushing-out means 22 of both folding doors 1 are brought into contact with each other, but the levels of the pushing-out means 22 facing each other are made different and each folding A member with which the push-out pin 20 of the push-out means 22 on the other side abuts on the free end of the door 1 may be specially provided, or the push-out pin 20 may abut on the end face of the door body.

In addition, since the hanging roller units 7 and 8 of the above-described embodiment always maintain the posture parallel to the hanging guide rail 13 regardless of the folding and unfolding operation of the folding door 1, the hanging roller unit 7 The push-out pin 20 of the push-out means 22 attached to the and 8, is always oriented parallel to the hanging guide rail 13. Therefore, the push-out pin 20 does not slidably contact the pillar side surface 24a only by contacting the tip thereof, and does not generate sliding contact noise or damage the pillar side surface 24a.

Further, in the above embodiment, the so-called outset type folding door 1 in which the upper and lower sides of the door main bodies 2 and 3 are covered on the outer side of the hanging guide rail 13 and the lower guide rail 15 is shown. The present invention can also be applied to a so-called inset-type folding door in which a hanging guide rail and a lower guide rail are located above and below the door.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the folding door device of the present invention, it is possible to connect the door main bodies by using a normal type hinge instead of a special hinge with a click mechanism, and further, the opening is provided. The folding door can be automatically held in the unfolded state in which the part is closed. Further, since there is no click mechanism operating sound as in the case where the click mechanism is used together, there is no fear of causing discomfort to the user. Furthermore, even if the spring of the pushing means is strengthened to strengthen the holding force in the deployed state, a strong resistance is felt at the initial stage of operation when the folding door is folded from the deployed state, as in the case of using a powerful click mechanism together. Smooth operation.

Further, according to the configuration of the present invention, when the folding door is closed, the pushing means is not provided on the pillar side or the door body adjacent to both ends of the folding door, but on the hanging roller unit attached to the door body. Since the installation of the hanging roller unit to the folding door completes the attachment of the pushing means to the predetermined position, the entire folding door device can be assembled easily and efficiently.

Further, since the push-out means uses a push-out pin that is biased by a spring, it is possible to improve the positional accuracy by making the acting portion of the push-out reaction force point-like. Therefore, the positional relationship between the virtual line connecting both push-out pins (points of push-out reaction force) and the central axis of the hinge that connects the door bodies together can be obtained by folding the central axis of the hinge away from the inner surface of the door. By accurately setting the relationship in which the central axis of the hinge is located inside the imaginary line, it is possible to reliably obtain the action and effect described above.
