As disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-81992, as a configuration for solving the above problem, a step is formed on the surrounding end plates and the lattice frame, and a gap corresponding to the step is filled with a water-permeable material. Things have been proposed. However, in this configuration, since the water-permeable material is continuously filled over the entire surface of the lattice frame, strength is not maintained by each partition bar, and the entire surface is not cracked or chipped due to heat shrinkage or the load from above. It tends to occur, and once cracking or loss occurs, it spreads over the entire surface, and the aesthetic sense is suddenly impaired. In addition, since the filling thickness cannot be adjusted, it is easy to cause an unnecessarily large amount of the water-permeable material.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention is configured by arranging a plurality of partition bars in parallel at equal intervals, connecting a plurality of connecting rods in a direction orthogonal to the partition bars, and assembling each partition bar by the connecting rods. In the space between the adjacent partition bars of the rectangular outer frame, the long shielding material with the water-permeable holes formed from the bottom to the top is fitted and fixed in the area below the connecting rod. Further, the present invention is characterized in that the gap between the partition bars is further filled with a water-permeable pavement material from above.

<Operation> The long shielding material makes it possible to fill the gap between the partition bars with the water-permeable pavement material. Then, rainwater and the like permeate downward through the water-permeable pavement material filled in the partition rails and flow down from the water-permeable holes of the long shielding material. In addition, the paving material shields the gap, so that dust does not fall in and high heels and the like do not enter. Furthermore, by coloring the pavement material, the aesthetics can be improved and harmonized with the surrounding atmosphere.

On the other hand, since the water-permeable pavement material is interposed between the partition bars, it is held by the partition bars and is less likely to be damaged or cracked. Even if damage is caused, it does not spread to others. , Can maintain a beautiful condition continuously.

First, a plurality of elongated plate-shaped partition bars 5 are assembled by four connecting rods 7 in the figure and are held in parallel at equal intervals. The connecting rod 7 is twisted in a spiral shape and is called a loose twist bar. The connecting rod 7 is fitted into the rectangular groove 6 formed at the upper edge of each partition bar 5, and is connected by means such as resistance welding. The section bar 5
Is solidified with. Then, after being assembled in a lattice shape, side plates 8 and 8 are joined to both side ends thereof to form a rectangular outer shape with the outermost partition bars 5 and 5. Thus, the grid pattern 10 is formed.

A gap 11 is formed between the partition bars 5 and 5, but the connecting rod 7 is provided in the gap between the adjacent partition bars 11 and 11 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3.
A long shielding material 15 made of a zinc-coated steel sheet having a U-shaped cross section is fitted in a region lower than the lower portion, and both side surfaces thereof are fixed to the partition bars 5, 5 by welding. This shielding material 15
The shape is determined so that both side plates thereof are in close contact with the thick portions 5a, 5a at the lower portion of the partition bar 5. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, on the upper surface of the shielding material 15, elongated water-permeable holes 16 are formed at appropriate intervals.
Is formed.

As shown in FIG. 5, the shielding member 15 has its lower edge locked to a step portion between the thick portion 5a and the thin portion 5b of the partition rail 5 so that it cannot be dropped between the partition rails 5, 5. It may be welded after being temporarily held.

Further, the shielding material 15 can be set as a raising material by selecting the height thereof or adjusting the fixing position thereof to set the filling height between the partition bars 5, 5, whereby the filling amount of the paving material 20 can be set. It also has a regulation function. For example, in order to form the lightweight grating 3, the shielding material 15 may be made as high as possible.

Then, the shielding material 15 is fitted into a region below the connecting rod 7 between the partition bars 5 from below, and then the water-permeable pavement material is installed from above.
Fill 20. The water-permeable pavement material 20 is made of, for example, a porous material formed by mixing and solidifying ceramic particles, an adhesive, a curing agent, etc., and the color thereof is optional by mixing a pigment or the like. Can be set to. The water-permeable pavement material 20 is held by the shielding material 15 and is solidified in the gap 11.

Thus, the gap 11 of the partition bar 5 is filled with the water-permeable pavement material 20, and rainwater is impregnated into the water-permeable pavement material 20 and permeates into the groove from the water-permeable hole 16 of the shielding material 15. Thus, the groove 1 is covered without impairing the function of the conventional grating. Further, even if the water-permeable pavement material 20 is stepped on by the heel of a high heel or the like, the shielding material 15 can hold the water-permeable pavement material 20 and prevent the water-permeable pavement material 20 from falling.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the present invention shields the gap 11 of the partition bar 5 with the water-permeable pavement material 20, and the water-permeable pavement material 20 and the shielding material.
By the action of the water permeation holes 16 of 15, it is possible to permeate rainwater and the like, and therefore a) it is possible to prevent the entry of dust without impairing the function of the grating 3, and to ensure the safety of walking.
The pavement material 20 can be colored or the like to improve its aesthetic appearance and to be in harmony with the surrounding atmosphere.
