【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】軸筒後端開口部から突出する押し部材の押
圧作用によって、筆記体の筆端部を軸筒前端開口部から
出没させる筆記体出没機構を具備したノック式筆記具に
おいて、軸筒1内に軸心方向へ延びる長溝2bを有しか
つ、軸筒後端開口部1b側の端部にガイド用カム面2aを形
成した内筒部材2を装着し、この内筒部材2内に前記ガ
イド用カム面2aと反対方向へ傾斜するカム面3aを有しか
つ、前記長溝2b内に係合する突状部3bと重力に従動する
振り子4を設けてなるスライドカム部材3を当該カム面
3aが前記ガイド用カム面2aに対して交差状に位置するよ
うに軸筒後端開口部1b方向へ付勢して収容し更に、前記
ガイド用カム面2aの終端部に軸心方向へ延びるスリット
溝2cを形成するとともに内筒部材2内に内筒部材のガイ
ド用カム面2aとスライドカム部材のカム面3aとの接点部
Pに当接して位置する押圧用カム部6を押し部材5と連
動するように装着しかつ、前記振り子4に対向して軸筒
後端開口部1b方向へ付勢したシャープペンシル体Hとそ
の他の筆記体Bを収容したことを特徴とするシャープペ
ンシル体を含むノック式筆記具。
1.
