However, since a concrete building material is generally in contact with the surface of a mold to form a surface shape, it is not easy to form a rough surface having unevenness such as rough stone.

It is characterized by pushing the wedge in the pushing direction to separate the concrete materials in each space from each other.
以下、実施例を挙げ、図面を用いて説明する。Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.

The partition frame 2 is in the shape of a comb, and is composed of a horizontal frame member 4 located at the upper part of the mold frame 1 and four wedges 5 which are arranged in parallel downward from the horizontal frame member and reach the bottom of the mold frame. The wedge 5 is a partition frame. The cross section in the direction orthogonal to the plane is V-shaped and tapered, and the cross section in the parallel direction is rectangular. In addition, on the bottom surface, the inner side surface, and the upper surface position of the form 1, the partition frames 2 are provided at the space positions for partitioning each space 3.
The frame material 6 that abuts against is disposed, and the bottom of the mold frame at the position corresponding to the tip of the wedge 5 is open.

The plastic concrete materials are separated from each other to produce a concrete decorative panel 9 shown in FIG. 4 having a rough surface 8 like a rough stone. The panel of this example was a rectangular parallelepiped having a length of 400 mm, a width of 250 mm, and a thickness of about 50 mm, and the four edges of the rough surface 8 were smooth surfaces formed in contact with the frame member 6.

Besides being used as it is as a decorative panel, a decorative block, etc., for example, the decorative material may be fixed to the surface of another base material to form a composite decorative material. In addition, although the panel was manufactured using concrete in the above-mentioned examples, other hydraulic setting materials such as cement mortar can be used in addition to concrete.
