The main point of the present invention is to confirm the adequacy of the loaded weight according to the Road Traffic Law, not to obtain the measured value. A stationary vehicle weight scale is required to accurately measure the loaded weight, and even in a portable vehicle weight scale, the weighing mechanism is complicated, expensive, and hinders universal use. Therefore, the present proposal seeks the suitability of the loaded weight by destroying the specified object by the specified load, and it should be solved that the structure is simple and has good reproducibility so that it can be provided at low cost due to its nature. This is a technical issue.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The technical means for solving the above problems is to measure the wheel load of a freight vehicle, which is specified in the "Specifications for Designing Steel Road Bridges" established by the Ministry of Construction. Utilizing the fact that the weight is 200 × 500 and the weight is 40% of the total weight of the vehicle, a constant weight detection piece is prepared to break the weight with a value slightly larger than the appropriate value under the Road Traffic Law. A swingable tread having the above-mentioned load dimension and a base placed on the road are configured, and the one constant weight detection piece is sandwiched by this, and the rear wheel of the vehicle is configured to be self-propelled from above. .

Operation: The vehicle overload detector according to the present invention is made of iron,
As shown in FIG. 2, the constant weight detection piece shown in FIG. 1, which is made of a material having stable mechanical strength such as cast iron, is subjected to shear fracture at a constant load and then plastically deformed, and a load consisting of a tread and a base as shown in FIG. It is sandwiched between detectors, placed on the road in front of or behind the rear wheels of the vehicle to be inspected as shown in the figure, and the vehicle is driven by itself to gently move as indicated by the arrow to climb up. At this time, if the load due to the weight of the vehicle is small with respect to the set destructive value of the constant weight detection piece 1, it indicates that there is no change and it is suitable without touching the law. For example, fracture can occur, and the degree of plastic deformation can be judged by visually recognizing the state.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a constant weight detection piece 1 and an operation mode thereof, 2 is a cylindrical portion, 3 is a cylindrical portion, and the outer diameter D 1 and the inner diameter D 2 of the former are slightly larger. Indicates a cut-in portion, and 5 indicates a thin portion formed thereby. The numerical values of the dimensions D 1 and D 2 are experimentally determined so that the numerical value at the time of plastic deformation becomes larger than the shear fracture value described later. Therefore, in the original shape <a>, <b> is a state in which the thin portion 5 is shear fractured under the load P 1 , and <c> is the load P 2 in which the cylindrical portion 2 enters the cylindrical portion 3 and the cylindrical portion Three
Indicates that the plastic swells due to plastic deformation and the total height decreases. FIG. 2 shows the overall configuration of the present invention, 6 is a base,
Reference numeral 7 is a tread plate, 8 is a pin receiving portion formed on the base 6, and 9 is a pin, which allows the tread plate 6 to swing about the pin 9 as an axis. Then, 10 is a recess for holding the detection piece 1 in a fixed position, and FIG. 3 shows a usage state. The entire state of FIG. 2 is placed on the road surface 11, and the front and rear of the rear wheel 12 of the vehicle to be inspected. It is placed on either side, and at this time, the direction of the detector is such that the pin 9 side is close to the rear wheel 12, and the vehicle moves in the direction of the arrow and rides up.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily judge whether or not the load weight is appropriate by destroying one constant weight detection piece made of an inexpensive material such as iron and cast iron by a simple turning process. And it is easy to get repeated inspections.
By using the detector having the tread plate that sufficiently satisfies the loading dimension, there is an effect that standardization of the inspection can be promoted and the inspection can be provided at a low cost as a whole.
