(Prior Art) Conventionally, as this kind of heat-insulating container, for example, a heat-insulating sheet material such as foamed resin is wound around the outer peripheral side surface of the container body, or a double container is formed on the side wall of the container. There are various types such as those provided with an air layer for heat insulation.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional means for directly winding the heat insulating sheet material around the container body, the heat insulating efficiency is not so good, and the heat insulating sheet material must be made considerably thick. Further, since the surface of the heat insulating sheet material such as foamed resin is rough, it is difficult to perform fine printing such as a trade name, and there is a problem that the printing finish is poor.

On the other hand, the conventional double container does not require the use of heat insulating sheet material, but in order to combine two containers as one container, the work of manufacturing each container individually and the work of combining these containers into one container In addition to being complicated, the cost of the raw material for manufacturing the container is almost doubled. Therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost thereof becomes very high.

Further, conventionally, there is also one that fits a bellows-shaped uneven member on the outer peripheral side surface of the container body to form a space for heat insulation between the uneven member and the container body. Thus, there is an advantage that the structure can be simplified as compared with the double container described above. However, since the outer peripheral side surface is uneven, it is not possible to print the product name or the like in a beautiful state on the uneven outer peripheral side surface, which is disadvantageous in terms of appearance.

As shown in FIG. 2, the heat insulating container having the above-described structure has a container body 1 formed in a predetermined shape, and a shrink label 4 formed in a tubular shape having a diameter larger than that of the container body 1 from the upper side or the lower side thereof.
After externally fitting, the shrink label 4 may be shrunk by heating it with a heater or by blowing heated air. The heat-shrinkable shrink label 4 does not adhere to the outer surface of the concave portion 3 on the outer peripheral side surface of the container body 1 and becomes a tension state between the apexes of the convex portion 3a, and the shrink label 4
The space 6 is formed between the concave portion 3 and the concave portion 3.

If the above container is used as a container for storing instant noodles such as cup ramen, and hot water is poured into the container body 1,
First, the air layer in the space 6 formed on the outer periphery of the container body 1 exhibits a heat insulating function. When the container is held by hand, the contact area with the outer peripheral side surface of the corrugated container body 1 can be reduced, so that the heat inside the container is less likely to be felt and excellent thermal insulation is exhibited. Further, since the container main body 1 is formed with a large number of streaky concave-convex portions 3 and 3a in the vertical direction, the strength thereof, particularly the buckling compression strength, is significantly higher than that of a simple cylindrical container. Therefore, even if the container body 1 is made of thin synthetic paper or the like, the shape is not easily lost.

Second Embodiment Next, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the container body 1 and the winding form of the shrink label 4 are the same as those shown in FIG.
Although exactly the same as the embodiment, a nonwoven fabric is applied as the material of the shrink label 4. When the heat insulating container according to the present embodiment is used as a container for storing refrigerated objects such as ice cream, it goes without saying that the same excellent heat insulating effect as described above can be obtained, and the uneven portion and the shrink label 4 can be obtained. Since a striped space portion 6 is formed between the space portions 6 and the upper and lower ends of the space portion 6 are open,
Outside air enters between the shrink label 4 and the container body 1 through the opening, and the temperature difference between the inner surface and the outer surface of the shrink label 4 is reduced.

As a result, it becomes difficult for dew condensation on the surface of the shrink label 4, and even when dew condensation occurs on the shrink label 4, the water droplets are absorbed by the shrink label 4. Therefore, in the container, it is possible to properly eliminate the problem that the water droplets adhering to the container cause a dripping flow on the table or the like. As a means for providing the shrink label 4 with water absorption as described above, for example, as shown in each of FIG. 4, a nonwoven fabric having water absorption on both sides or one side of the heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film 4a. You may use what laminated | stacked the sealing materials 4b such as. However, it is necessary to use the sheet material 4b capable of shrinking following the heat shrinkage of the shrink label 4.

The concavo-convex portions 3 and 3a according to the present invention need not be directly provided on the container body 1. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, an auxiliary cylindrical body 8 is provided on the outer periphery of the container body 1a, in which a plurality of concave and convex portions 3 and 3a each having a convex portion 3a and a concave portion 3 along the vertical direction of the container body 1 are provided in the circumferential direction. The container body 1 may be configured by external fitting and the shrink label 4 may be wound on the container body 1. Although the entire structure of the means is weakly complicated, the inner peripheral surface of the container body 1a can be made smooth so that the content remains in the container body 1a when the content is taken out. There is an advantage that can be properly solved. As described above, the concave-convex portions 3 and 3a according to the present invention may be provided integrally with the container body 1 or may be provided as separate members.

In the container body 1 configured by externally inserting and inserting the auxiliary cylinder body 8 into such a container body part 1a, water may be generated between the container body part 1a and the auxiliary cylinder body 8. Even when the uneven portions 3 and 3a are integrally provided on the container body 1, the inner peripheral surface 10 of the container body 1 is made smooth as shown in FIG. It is possible to do so. These may be selected as needed.

Next, in the present invention, the concrete shapes of the uneven portions 3 and 3a do not matter. For example, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), the convex portions 3a may be provided with a relatively large width interval and the concave portions 3 may be formed between them, and it is not necessary to form the concavo-convex portions 3 and 3a in a continuous wavy shape. .
The uneven portions 3 and 3a do not necessarily have to be formed on the entire circumference of the outer peripheral side surface portion 7. For example, as shown in FIG. 2B, the concavo-convex portions 3 and 3a may be partially provided on the outer peripheral side surface portion of the container body 1. In this case, the smooth portion 11 does not have a heat insulating effect, but there is no problem if the uneven portions 3 and 3a are touched when holding the container.

As described above, the specific configurations of the convex portion 3a and the concave portion 3 according to the present invention can be arbitrarily changed in design within the scope intended by the present invention. The shape of the tip of the convex portion 3a is practically rounded so that the contact area between the convex portion 3a and the shrink label 4 is small, and the shrink label 4 has the convex portion.
It is preferable to prevent breakage or the like from occurring at a position in contact with 3a, but other flat shapes or the like may be used.

On the other hand, the specific structure of the shrink label 4 according to the present invention can be changed in design. The shrink label 4 according to the present invention is wound so as to cover the concavo-convex portion formed on the outer peripheral side surface portion 7 of the container body 1 in a state where the shrink label 4 is contracted by heating and is tense, and the concave portion of the concavo-convex portion 3 and 3a is wound. It suffices if the space 6 is formed between each of them. For example, even if the entire outer peripheral side surface portion 7 of the container body 1 is formed in an uneven shape as shown in FIG.
It is not necessary to cover with, and it does not matter even if there is a part 9 which is not covered.

The shrink label 4 may be made of any material as long as it is heat-shrinkable, and any particular winding method may be used. Further, the shrink label 4 is not wound around the container body 1 immediately after the container body 1 is molded, but the contents are filled in the container body 1 and then the shrink label 4 is subjected to freezing treatment, heat sterilization treatment, etc. The label 4 may be wound. If the shrink label 4 is not attached and refrigeration is performed, the thermal conductivity in the container can be increased and efficient treatment can be performed.

Moreover, since the shrink label is wound in a tension state in the present invention, it is possible to appropriately eliminate the problem that the printed pattern or the like printed on the shrink label is distorted due to the influence of the uneven portion. Printing that is applied to the side surface of a container, unlike a conventional container with a concavo-convex portion, does not look unreadable, and it enables fine and beautiful print display, which makes the appearance of the container excellent. It also has a special effect.

Further, in the present invention, since the outer peripheral side surface of the container body is provided with the uneven portion and the shrink label is wound, two different containers are manufactured and integrated as in the conventional double container. Compared with the time and effort required to achieve the above, the manufacturing work can be considerably simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be kept low.

Furthermore, since the space between the uneven portion and the shrink label plays a role of a ventilation path, the heat insulation efficiency is very high, and even when cold water is put into the container body, the surface of the shrink label will not reach the temperature of the outside air. Since the difference is small, dew condensation of water vapor is less likely to occur, so that the container can be used as a container less likely to cause dew condensation.
