蓋密封シールさせてなる試料容器を用い、前記試料容器
を水分測定操作装置に受け入れて、該試料容器の薄膜シ
ート状蓋片にガス導入針と気化水分導出針とを刺通させ
た状態で、前記被測定試料を外部から加熱して含有水分
を気化させた後、前記ガス導入針から導入されるキャリ
アガスにより、前記気化水分導出針から気化水分を導出
するようにした水分測定に適用されて、前記試料容器体
の開口部を含む開口縁部に対し、前記薄膜シート状蓋片
を接着して密封シールさせるためのシール用治具であっ
て、 前記試料容器体の開口部を含む上部を外部に露出させた
状態で、上部開口から本体内部の収納空間内に該試料容
器体の本体部を受け入れる容器体収納用の治具本体と、
前記薄膜シート状蓋片の舌片部を側面開口溝から外部に
突出させた状態で、該薄膜シート状蓋片を蓋体内部の保
持空間内に予め内装した内部パッキング面に接して受け
入れる薄膜シート状蓋片保持用の治具蓋体とにより構成
され、 前記治具本体の収納空間内に受け入れた試料容器体の外
部に露出されている上部開口部上に、前記治具蓋体の保
持空間を加圧的に被嵌させ、前記試料容器体の開口部を
含む開口縁部に薄膜シート状蓋片を密着シール可能した
ことを特徴とする水分測定における試料容器のシール用
治具。
