Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a wooden pallet formed in a predetermined plane shape for loading parcels such as standardized papermaking and printing paper, or other various parcels, is partially cut off. In some cases, the standardized wooden pallet may be reused as a pallet for loading nonstandard cargo by reducing and modifying it into a nonstandard planar shape. Figure 5
Shows a conventional wooden pallet, and two upper and lower scoop plates 103 formed by arranging a required number of plate materials 102 in parallel.
The three girder members 101 are arranged at regular intervals between them, and the girder member 101 and the plate member 102 of the scooping plate 103 are nailed to each other, so that the three girder members 101 are separated into two sides. A pallet having a structure sandwiched between the scooping plates 102 was constructed.
When reducing and modifying the pallet described above, cut off both sides of the pallet together with the girder material 101 as shown in FIG.
The plate material 102 to be shortened is removed from one end of the pallet by pulling out a nail. Then, the removed plate material 102 is reused as a material for another pallet. The girder materials 101 on both sides that have been cut off are obtained by removing the end materials of the plate material 102 nailed to the upper and lower surfaces and then reducing the width of the upper and lower scoop plates 10.
Insert into both sides of 3 and fix with nailing. Then, the protruding end portions of the respective girder members 101 are cut off by a predetermined length to obtain a desired pallet having a planar shape.

This is performed by the remodeling device proposed in JP-A-2-128289. In addition, the plate material 1 that is shortened from one end of the pallet with both sides cut off
The work of removing 02 from the girder member 101 is performed manually by using a burl or the like. However, since the above-described work reuses the removed plate material 102, it is necessary to pull out the nails by carefully inserting the tip of the burl between the girder and the plate material 102 so as not to damage the plate material, which is very troublesome. It was work.

The end portion of the central girder material sandwiched between the upper and lower scoop plates is inserted between the lower side portions of the member.
As a result, the plate material at the end of the pallet is supported from below by the tips of the lower side parts of both hook members. Next, the cylinder is operated to lower the cylinder rod onto the central girder material positioned ahead of the tip of the lower side portion of the fork member. Then, the tip of the descending cylinder rod presses the central girder portion of the pallet downward, and the reaction force moves the cylinder and the hook member upward. By moving the hook member integrated with the cylinder upward, the plate material at the end of the pallet, which is supported from below by the lower side of the hook member, is pulled upward as opposed to the girder material. The nail connecting the timber is removed and the plate material at the end of the pallet is removed from the central girder material.

Since the plate that is nailed to the end of the center girder is removed while pulling up the plate, the plate that is nailed to the end of the center girder of the pallet can be easily and without damage. It can be removed. As a result, the efficiency of pallet reduction and modification work can be significantly improved. Further, since the apparatus configuration is thoroughly simplified, there are almost no structural failures and the manufacturing cost is low.

The hook member 2 is formed by bending a square pipe into a substantially U-shape, and by fixing the upper side portion 2b to the lower end portion of the main body of the air cylinder 1, the upper side portion 2b and the lower side portion 2a become horizontal and the opening is provided in the device. It is supported with its rear side facing. Further, the lower side portion 2a of the hook member 2 is formed to be somewhat shorter than the upper side portion 2b to avoid buffering with the cylinder rod 1a of the air cylinder 2, whereby the cylinder rod 1a is provided at the tip of the lower side portion of the hook portion 2. It is configured to pass just before.

The sliding rod 3 is attached and fixed to the tip of the rotating arm 5 along the sliding rod 3. A guide tube 4 is fitted slidably. Further, the guide tube 4 is provided with an operation button 6 for operating the cylinder 1. On the other hand, the rotating arm 5 that supports the air cylinder 1
Is formed by inserting the extension arm 5a into the support arm 5b so that the extension arm 5a can extend and contract. The base end portion of the support arm 5b can be horizontally rotated in a cantilever state by being locked by a rotation shaft (not shown). Is configured. Therefore, the rotation arm 5 supports the air cylinder 1 at the tip of the arm via the guide tube 4 and the sliding tube 3, and the rotation and extension of the arm causes the air cylinder 1 to move.
Is pivotally moved between the standby position and the work table c, and the air cylinder 1 is supported on the work table c so as to be horizontally moved in the front-rear direction. In the air cylinder 1 supported by the rotating arm 5 as described above, the lower side portion 2a of the hook member 2 is moved to the workbench c when it is moved onto the workbench c.
Is supported at a position somewhat higher than the upper surface of the hook member 2
The lower side portion 2a is adapted to be inserted between the upper and lower scoop plates of the pallet b.

Place it facing the. Then, the air cylinder 1 is moved onto the workbench c to insert the lower side portion 2a of the hook member 2 between the tip and the upper and lower scoop plates at the end portion of the pallet b, and between the lower side portions 2a of the hook member 2 and between the upper and lower scoop plates. The ends of the center girder b1 to be sandwiched are inserted (FIGS. 1 and 2). Then, the cylinder rod 1a of the air cylinder a is aligned so as to descend onto the girder b1 at the center of the pallet b. In this state, the plate material b2 at the end of the pallet a is received from below by the tips of the lower sides 2a of the hook members 2. Next, the operation button 6 is pushed to operate the air cylinder 1 so that the cylinder rod 1 is placed on the girder b1 through the gap between the plate members forming the upper scooping plate.
a is lowered. As a result, the tip of the descending cylinder rod 1a pushes the girder portion b1 at the center of the pallet downward, and the reaction force causes the air cylinder 1 to move upward along the guide of the guide tube 4. When the hook member 2 integrated with the air cylinder 1 moves upward, the plate material b2 at the end of the pallet a supported by the lower side a of the hook member from the bottom is pulled upward in the opposite direction to the girder material b1. ,
As a result, the nail connecting the plate member and the central girder member is pulled out, and the plate member at the end of the pallet is removed from the central girder member (FIGS. 3 and 4). As described above, the plate material b2 is supported from below by the two fork members 2 and is pulled upward, whereby the nails that fix the space between the beam material b1 and the plate material b2 are vertically pulled out, and the plate material b2 is damaged. Can be easily removed without having to

Further, the pallet a from which the required number of plate materials 2 have been removed from the ends moves to the process of cutting off the side and center girders protruding from the ends after attaching the side girders between the upper and lower scoop plates on both sides. . Conventionally, the work of removing the plate material at the end of the pallet has been a very troublesome work by hand, but by using the modification device a as described above, the efficiency of the pallet reduction and modification work is greatly improved. Can be improved.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The remodeling device of the present invention can be used for repairing, repairing, disassembling old pallets, etc. as well as reducing and remodeling pallets. Although the above-mentioned device uses an air cylinder as a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder can also be used as a cylinder of the device of the present application.
