[Problems to be solved with conventional technology] Generally, when shipping and transporting raw vegetables such as strawberries, pods, carrots, lettuce, spinach, and broccoli to a distant place, these vegetables are stored in a heat-insulating box or the like. Vacuum precooling and differential pressure precooling are performed in the state of being housed in a container and kept in a cold state.

For example, in the differential pressure pre-cooling, as illustrated in FIG. 8, a large number of containers (A) containing vegetables are stacked in a cooling chamber (B) and arranged side by side in a row, and cool air is cooled by a cooling device (C). While supplying into the cooling chamber (B), a pressure difference is provided on both sides of the row of the containers by a blowing means such as a fan or a suction means.
The vegetables in the container are cooled by circulating cold air through the container portion.

Conventionally, as a cold insulation container used for this type of differential pressure precooling, as shown in FIG. 9, for example, a container body (10 ′)
At least one side wall (2 ') (2') facing each other
There is provided an opening (3 ') for circulating cold air so that cold air can flow through the container (A') during precooling.

However, as described above, the opposite side walls (2 ')
Providing a simple opening (3 ') in (2') accelerates the temperature rise after precooling and makes it easier for water of vegetables to evaporate.
Therefore, it is necessary to close the openings (3 ') with an adhesive tape or the like after precooling, and in particular, the openings (3') are provided in at least opposite side walls (2 ') (2'). Therefore, the closing work is troublesome and extremely troublesome.

Also, as shown in FIG. 10, the side walls (2 ') facing each other.
On the upper part of (2 ') is provided an openable and closable mouth portion (5') provided with a freely fittable occlusion body (4 ') so that the mouth portion (5') is opened during the precooling. There is also a container (A ') formed in this way, but in this case as well, after cooling, the small mouth portion (5') of the side walls (2 ') (2') is also closed in the same manner as described above.
Must be closed by the fitting, and the work is extremely troublesome.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a lid body that closes the upper opening of the container body so that it can be pulled out to one side, so that the lid body can be easily inserted and removed during and after precooling from one side of the container. Another object of the present invention is to provide a cold insulation container in which both sides of the container can be partially opened and closed at the same time and differential pressure precooling can be suitably performed.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A cold storage container of the present invention for solving the above problems comprises a container body made of synthetic resin foam and a lid body fitted inside the opening of the container body. Has a stepped portion inside the opening, which is notched so that an upper end thereof is flush with the stepped portion on one side wall of the four side walls, and a recessed portion dropped from the notched portion. A part is formed, and the other lid body is provided such that one end fits in the cutout portion and can be pulled out to one side from the cutout portion, and a drooping protrusion fitted on the lower surface of the one end portion fits in the recessed portion. A portion is provided, and the recessed portion can be opened by pulling out the lid.

[Operation] According to the cold insulation container of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, in the state where the lid body is fitted inside the opening of the container body, the lid body is located at one side of the cutout portion at the upper end of one side wall of the container body. When the lid body is pulled out by more than the thickness of the side wall, the hanging protrusion on the lower surface of one end of the lid body is pulled out from the recessed portion on the side wall on the drawer side. The recessed portion opens. At the same time, on the opposite side portions, the side end of the lid body is separated from the side wall and opens at least upward.

Therefore, when carrying out the differential pressure pre-cooling by stacking the cold-insulating containers of the present invention in multiple stages in a cooling chamber and arranging them side by side in rows, only one side of the rows of the containers needs to pull out the lid of each container by the required length as described above. Thus, both side portions of the container can be partially opened at the same time as ventilation portions, and both side portions of the container can be communicated with each other. When differential pressure precooling is performed in this state, cold air flows through the opening and the container due to the pressure difference between the one side and the other side of the container row, and the vegetables and the like in the container are cooled by this cold air flow. Further, after the differential pressure precooling, the lid body pulled out to one side of the container may be pushed in again, whereby the drooping convex portion on the lower surface of one end fits into the concave cutout portion on one side wall of the container body. Then, it is held in a predetermined closed state and can be kept in a cold state.

In particular, when the upper end of the side wall on the side opposite to the drawer side is notched and the corresponding end of the lid is provided with a protrusion that fits into the notch, the protrusion of the lid causes protrusion. Even if the upper end of the side wall is opened laterally by removing from the notch and there is no space between the upper and lower containers stacked in multiple stages, the container is connected from one side to the other side.

On the other hand, the lid body (20) has a notched portion (13) at one end (22c) on the side corresponding to the side wall (12c) in a closed state in which the lid body is fitted inside the opening of the container body (10). It is provided so as to be fitted in, so that it can be pulled out to one side from the notch (14). In particular, since the synthetic resin foams are brought into contact with each other, the synthetic resin foams are brought into sliding contact with each other in an elastically fitted state to give a predetermined withdrawal resistance. Further, a drooping convex portion (24) fitted to the recessed portion (14) is provided on the lower surface of the one end portion (22c), and the recessed portion (14) is pulled out by pulling out the lid body (20). It is configured to open. The container (A) of the present invention is not limited to the above-described differential pressure pre-cooling, but also in so-called vacuum pre-cooling in which the cooling chamber is decompressed and vacuumed to be cooled, similarly to the above, by pulling out the lid body (20) before pre-cooling. It can be used by partially opening both sides of the container and pressing the lid (20) after precooling to close the lid.
The opening and closing operation can be easily performed.

[Advantages of the Invention] As described above, according to the cold insulation container of the present invention, not only is it made of synthetic resin foam and has excellent heat insulating properties, but also the lid body is pulled out to the side so that both sides of the container body facing each other are opposed to each other. Since a part of each portion can be easily opened, differential pressure pre-cooling can be easily performed, and the cool air can be reliably flowed from one side to the other side in the container. Even when a large number of containers are stacked and arranged side by side, part of both sides can be opened at the same time by only pulling out the lid from one side of the row of the containers, and after precooling, the above-mentioned lids are opened. It is possible to close the openings on both sides simply by pushing in the body, which makes opening and closing operations extremely easy and efficient.

In addition, in the closed state, the lid body fits inside the opening of the container body, and the drooping protrusion fits in the recessed portion of the side wall, so that it can be reliably held in a predetermined closed state, and the constituent material is Combined with the fact that it is made of synthetic resin foam, it is possible to maintain a good cold state.
