DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to improvement of a so-called electric blanket in which a heating wire is arranged in a blanket body used as a blanket or a hanging blanket.

Among the conventional electric blankets of this kind, the direct heating type is, as illustrated in FIG. 5, a heating wire band (b) made of nichrome wire or the like over substantially the entire blanket body (a). Is fixed and distributed so that it can be energized through a switch (C), etc.
It has been known that there is a structure in which the energizing circuit can be switched separately for each of them (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-126865).

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, for the purpose of indirectly collecting heat of the human body, the other three edges (c), (c) and (excluding the upper edge (a) and the central portion (b) of the blanket body are used. An electric blanket having a hot wire zone (H) or (H ') arranged along d) is also known (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-202890).

However, the above-mentioned conventional electric blanket, the former, that is, the direct warming type electric blanket directly heats the human body by the energization,
Many cases have been reported in which users who have a constitution sensitive to heat tend to have itching and inflammation due to dry skin. In the latter case, where the hot wire zones (H) and (H ') are distributed only on the three edges (c) and (d) of the blanket body, the human body can be cooled by a short time when entering the bed. It gives a bad feeling, and this is a problem of indirect heating, especially in the elderly and cold regions.

In light of this situation, the inventor of the present invention focused on the fact that the indirect heat collection, such as the ancient Japanese hot water tampo and anchor principle, is more rational from a medical point of view than the direct heat collection of the human body during sleep. However, a heating wire band is formed by distributing and fixing heating wires and the like in the central portion and the portion close to the other three edges except the upper edge of the blanket body.
It adopts a means of making it possible to energize each heat ray zone individually.

In the present invention, the heating wire bands are arranged in the three edges except the upper edge of the blanket body and in the central portion. Most of the heat of the body is kept in the central part (b) while sleeping, and the radiant heat keeps the human body indirectly collecting heat, and at the same time, the temporary cold feeling when entering the bed can be eliminated. It has a remarkable effect.

The construction of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the basic wiring of an electric blanket of indirect heating type, in which 1 is a blanket body and 2 is a blanket body. The fixed and fixed heat wires 3 such as nichrome wire are usually composed of a tetron core as a core material, a primary winding around which an electrode conductor wire is wound, and a secondary winding through a heat-sensitive layer covering the primary winding. The heat-sensitive wire 3 is wound around the heat-sensitive wire 3, and the heat-sensitive wire 3 is arranged along the above-mentioned heat wire to form a heat-wire zone (H) (H ') or (H ") described below. The power cord 5 is a changeover switch.

Then, the indirect heating type electric blanket according to the basic wiring shown in FIG. 1 will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 2. Other than the upper edge (a) and the central portion (b) of the blanket body 1, A number of rows of heat wires 2 are arranged and fixed near the three edges, that is, both side lines (c) and (c) and the lower edge (d) of the blanket body 1, and the heat-sensitive wire 3 is arranged along the heat wire region. The hot wire zone (H) is formed. Further, FIG. 3 shows another example in which the heat ray zones (H) and (H ') provided near both side edges (c) and (c) and the lower edge (d) are separated, and both heat ray zones (H) (H) ′) Can be energized simultaneously or separately, so that indirect heating by an arbitrary heating wire band can be selected by operating the changeover switch 5.

As shown in FIG. 4, the electric blanket according to the present invention has a central portion in addition to the heating wire zone (H) or (H) (H ') in the indirect warming type electric blanket having the above-mentioned basic structure. (B) is also provided with a heat ray zone (H ″), and by adopting this structure, a feeling of coldness that is temporarily felt by the human body at the time of entering the bed, especially in a cold region, is eliminated. However, it is preferable that the hot wire zone (H ″) be de-energized at the latest before sleeping.

As described above, the electric blanket of the present invention has a heating wire band formed on the head side of the blanket body, that is, the other three edges except the upper edge and the central part, and the heating wire band in the central part is at the latest. By turning off the power before going to bed, it is possible to indirectly heat the sleeping human body from the surroundings, so that the user can obtain more comfortable heating than the conventional direct heating type electric blanket and at the same time, It is possible to expect a particularly remarkable effect that it promotes a more comfortable and comfortable sleep without causing itching or inflammation of the skin even for those who are sensitive to.
