し、曲げ加工に際して前記支持台の回動と共に前記曲げ
ユニットによる曲げ加工を同時に行わしめるように構成
した細径金属管の曲げ加工装置を要旨とするものであ
る。

ュエーター(8、8′)に連動して一体に回動するよう
に構成されている。(10)は別途設けた基台であり、該
基台上面に備えたシリンダー装置(11)のピストン桿
(11′)のラック(13)部に噛合う歯車(14)を下端に
固着し軸受(15)により駆動軸(12)の回転可能にして
なるもので、該駆動軸の上端部に前記支持台(1)を固
設せしめて該支持台上部の曲げ加工装置全体を支持台の
平面上で左右への回動自在な構造とし、曲げ加工に際し
て支持台(1)の回動と同時に前記曲げユニット(5、
5′)による曲げ加工を行わしめるように構成せしめる
ものである。

支持台上部の曲げ加工装置全体を支持台(1)の平面上
で所望の曲げ方向に回動せしめると共に、該回動によっ
て曲げユニット(5、5′)の押えロール(7、7′)
をそれぞれの前記ロータリー・アクチュエーター(8、
8′)の作動により型ロール(6、6′)に沿って略反
対方向に所望の曲げ角度に亘り回動(第5図、第6図)
せしめるのである。

同時にパイプ(P)に変形、或いは擦れ傷、又は外周面
での鍍金被膜の破損、裂傷の発生を著しく軽減すること
ができ、更に、装置自体の稼働率を高め、又、比較的狭
い場所での装置の設置を可能とする等、極めて有用な細
径金属管の曲げ加工装置である。
