Conventionally, a stator assembly in a spindle motor or the like has been
The structure was such that the stator core was covered with a plastic insulator to insulate the stator coil.

Generally, the stator core has front and back surfaces, and the insulator must be fitted and covered from either the front or back surface. However, when the motor is downsized or the difference between the front and the back of the stator is small, it is difficult to distinguish the front and the back, and there is a problem that the fitting direction is wrong at the time of automatic assembly by an automatic machine or manual assembly. . Further, since the fitting tolerance has been severe in the past, it was difficult to assemble the stator core and the insulator smoothly, whether automatically or manually.

The stator assembly of the present invention solves the automatic problem.
At a position moved in the circumferential direction by a predetermined angle to the right or left from the bisector of the central angle formed by the adjacent teeth,
An axial concave groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the annular base portion of the stator core, and further, the outer fitting wall portion of the plastic insulator covered with the stator core corresponds to the outer peripheral surface,
Providing an axial ridge to be inserted into the axial groove, and
A minute clearance was formed in the fitting portion between the stator core and the insulator.

Since the axial groove of the stator core and the axial projection of the outer fitting wall of the insulator are formed at positions moved in the same direction from the center line between the teeth in their fitted state, It is possible to fit only from the specified one of the front side and the back side, and it becomes impossible to fit from the opposite side or the front side. Further, since the minute clearance is provided, the fitting of the two becomes smooth.

〔実施例〕〔Example〕

以下、図示の実施例に基づき本考案を詳説する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments.

In the sectional plan view of FIG. 1, the exploded perspective view of FIG. 2 and the assembly plan view of FIG. 3, 1 is a stator core in which silicon steel plates are laminated, and the stator core 1 is an annular base and its outer peripheral side. It consists of four teeth portions 9 ... 2 is
A plastic insulator fitted in the stator core 1 in the direction of arrow A in FIG.
The portion of the stator core 1 excluding the inner peripheral surface of the hole portion 6 and the outer peripheral surface 9a of each tooth portion 9 is covered. However, although not shown, another insulator fitted from below in FIG. 2 is provided, and a pair of insulators are provided,
Cover one stator core 1. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, in one insulator 2, only half the thickness of the stator core 1 is fitted.

By the way, the center angle of 2 between the adjacent teeth 9, 9 is 2.
The axial concave groove 3 is formed in the outer peripheral surface 7 of the annular base portion 5 by shifting the position in the circumferential direction counterclockwise from the bisector 1 by a predetermined angle θ. In the illustrated example, four axial grooves 3 are formed.
Further, in the insulator 2, an axial protrusion 4 which is inserted into the axial groove 3 is provided on the inner surface of the outer fitting wall portion 8 corresponding to the outer peripheral surface 7.

Further, as is clear from FIGS. 1 and 4, a minute clearance C of about 0.03 to 0.10 mm is formed in the fitting portion between the stator core 1 and the insulator 2. The minute clearance C makes the fitting between the stator core 1 and the insulator 2 smooth, but since it is extremely minute, there is almost no rattling.

Next, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view taken along the line V-V in FIG.
The figure is a cross-sectional view of an essential part of FIG. 5, but as is apparent in both figures, the axial projection 4 is formed in a tapered shape at the tip end, which makes it easier to insert the axial projection groove 3. In addition, by adopting this taper shape, it is necessary to set the size and shape so that the base portion of the protrusion 4 and the concave groove 3 are in pressure contact with each other so as to surely prevent rattling in the completely fitted state. desirable.

The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and it goes without saying that various design changes are possible. For example, contrary to FIG. 1, by moving the concave groove 3 and the ridge 4 from the bisector 1 to the right,
It is also preferable to dispose. Further, the number of teeth 9 can be freely increased or decreased, the shape of the insulator 2 can be freely changed, and a protruding piece or a board mounting leg portion for other functions can be additionally provided.
