[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, as for the cushioning material (body) made of foamed synthetic resin or other synthetic resin, used ones are so-called non-burnable garbage and do not get into the soil, so they are treated as industrial waste. There is also the problem of. On the other hand, there is no one made of paper such as corrugated cardboard that can obtain the required cushioning action and strength because the cushioning material (body) is not thick even if it is produced.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a buffer for forming a storage recess for protecting a transported object, such as a cardboard board or a rectangular board serving as a bottom board. It is a box body formed by forming front and rear, left and right side plate flaps on four circumferences, and forming the side plate flaps upright. The left and right side plate flaps have first to third bent portions extending to the leading edge. , The bent portions are sequentially bent to form a rectangular tubular body for the left and right sides in which the third bent portion at the forefront overlaps with the bottom plate, and the front and rear side plate flaps include the first to fourth bent portions at the leading edge. And the bent portion is sequentially bent so that the forefront fourth bent portion overlaps with the front and rear side plate flaps, and the third bent portion overlaps with the bottom plate. And the rectangular cylinders for the front and rear sides are the rectangular cylinders for the left and right sides. Enclosed in the space between these bottoms and surrounding the bottom plate with these rectangular tubes, and the inside of the bottom plate is used as a storage recess, and the corners facing each other on the surface of the bottom plate surrounded by the rectangular tubes. The receiving beam-like plate member whose end is inserted into the tubular body is arranged.Furthermore, the left and right side plate flaps are provided with flaps for inward folding extending to the left and right, and front and rear on the outside of the flap for inward folding. The side plate flaps are overlapped with each other, and the front and rear side plate flaps and the rectangular tubular body for the front and rear sides formed by the extended portions thereof are such that the fourth bent portion at the forefront is overlapped with the front and rear side plate flaps. The flap for inward folding is sandwiched between the flaps for front and rear side plates, and the flap for inward folding is provided by extending the flap for inward folding to the left and right of the extended bent portion. Stack it on the second bent part that forms the rectangular cylinder for the left and right sides. , And a recess for accommodating are those for housing half of the conveyed object, it is an Abstract that shall surround the entire conveyed together two box body.

According to the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the buffer body is made of a cardboard board such as a corrugated board and can be incinerated after use. Further, the bottom plate is surrounded by a rectangular tube, and the inside thereof is used as a recess for accommodating a conveyed object. This rectangular cylindrical part encloses the periphery of the conveyed object with a hollow inside, and performs a cushioning action. . Further, this rectangular tubular portion also serves as a reinforcing rectangular member, and the rectangular tubular body for the left and right sides and the rectangular tubular body for the front and rear sides are combined to enhance the overall strength as a frame body that surrounds the periphery of the bottom plate. . Moreover, one sheet of paper can be folded and assembled without an adhesive, and can be easily and inexpensively manufactured.

It should be noted that in the above-mentioned embodiment, the rectangular tubular body 27 for the front and rear sides is used.
The square cylinders 26 for the left and right sides all have the same thickness, and the recess 1 is also a complete quadrangle, but it is also possible to make a parallelogram-shaped recess by diagonally folding each fold line. Further, the place where the inserting protrusion and the slit for inserting the inserting protrusion are not limited to those in the above embodiment.

Further, even when a gap is formed between the recess 1 and the conveyed product, this gap is small, and a thin plate made of foam synthetic resin is inserted or a very small amount of filling is interposed. Since it suffices to do so, the use of the foamed synthetic resin can be extremely reduced as compared with the conventional case.
