(Prior Art) Conventionally, this type of gutter was molded with synthetic resin,
Since a harmful gas is generated at the time of fire, a gutter made of metal is required. And, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 52-85196, for example, a line gutter formed of a conventional synthetic resin has a cross section having a bottom plate and side edges bent from both sides of the bottom plate. From an elongated U-shaped gutter body and a cover having a cover surface and side edges bent from both sides of the cover surface and fitted in the gutter body, the cross-section being substantially U-shaped. On the outer surface of the base of both side edge parts of the gutter body, continuous concave grooves are formed in the length direction, and at the lower ends of both outer edge parts of the cover, the groove grooves on both side edge parts of the gutter body are respectively formed. The structure in which the engaging ridges are formed is adopted.

(Problems to be solved by the device) However, if the wire gutter of the conventional structure described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 52-85196 is molded from a metal material as it is, the fitting depth of both side edges of the cover is deep. Since the cover fits while expanding it, the side edges cannot be easily fitted, wiring workability is poor, and strength is maintained if the thickness of the gutter body and the cover are reduced to facilitate fitting. You have a problem that you cannot.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The metal wire gutter of the present invention is a thin wire having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed of metal having a mounting surface portion and side edges bent from both sides of the mounting surface portion. It consists of a gutter body, a cover surface part, and an elongated cover having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed of metal, which has side edges bent from both sides of the cover surface part and is fitted to the wire gutter body. The outer side surfaces of both side edge portions of the gutter body are formed with a locking portion continuous in the longitudinal direction at an intermediate position in the height direction, and the tip ends of the both side edge portions are bent in a direction in which they approach each other. A fitting guide portion of the cover is formed, and engaging portions that engage with locking portions of both side edge portions of the gutter body are formed at intervals on inner surfaces of both side edges of the cover.

(Operation) In the metal wire gutter of the present invention, the wire gutter body is fixed with screws along the wire wiring position on the floor or wall surface, and the wire is placed between the side edges of the wire gutter body. Wire and fit the cover on the gutter body. At this time, the engaging portion is formed at the middle position in the height direction of the side edge portion that is bent from both sides of the gutter body, and even if the depth of the fitting of the cover is deep, the engaging portion of the cover engages with the engaging portion. Since the mating part can be easily engaged, and the tip side of this side edge part is formed with the cover fitting guide part which is bent in the direction toward each other, the electric wire does not come off from both side edge parts, and the wire gutter. There is no risk of damaging the wires by sandwiching them between the body and cover. Guided by this cover guide part, both side edges of the cover are fitted to both side edges of the gutter body, and the engaging part of the cover elastically engages with the locking part of the gutter body to make the cover line. It does not come off from the gutter body. Moreover, since the locking portion of the gutter body is continuous in the length direction, there is no restriction on the cutting position, and the engaging portion of the cover is engaged and held by the locking portion regardless of the cutting position. Furthermore, by forming the engaging portions at intervals, the formation is easy, and even if there is a deviation, the deviation from the locking portion can be absorbed, and the cover can be reliably attached to the gutter body.

First, the wire gutter body 1 is attached to the mounting surface along the wiring position of the electric wire.
Are arranged so that their mounting surface portions 2 face each other, and the mounting recess 5
When the wire gutter body 1 is fixed to the surface to be attached with the screw inserted through the screw insertion hole 6 of the screw, the large diameter head portion of the screw is located in the mounting recess 5 and is located in the electric wire installation space 4 between the side edge portions 3. Not projected. Then, an electric wire is wired in the electric wire installation space 4 from the opening surface 9. The wires laid in the wire arranging space 4 come out of the opening surface 9 by the cover fitting guides 8 which are bent in a slanting manner so that the tip ends of the both side edge portions 3 of the gutter body 1 approach each other. It is held in the electric wire installation space 4 without any need.

Next, the side edge portions 12 of the cover 10 are fitted on the outer sides of the both side edge portions 3 of the gutter main body 1. At this time, the tip end side cover fitting guide portions 8 of the both side edge portions 3 of the gutter body 1 are easily fitted to the side edge portions 3 of the cover 10, and the engaging portions 13 of the both side edge portions 12 of the cover 10 are provided. The elastic force of the both side edge portions 12 engages with the locking portions 7 of the both side edge portions 3 of the gutter body 1, and the cover 10 is held by the gutter body 1. The cover surface 11 of the cover 10 covers the opening surface 9 between the tips of the gutter body 1.

(Effect of the Invention) According to the metal wire gutter of the present invention, unlike the case of synthetic resin, no harmful gas is generated at the time of fire, and the wire gutter body and the cover made of metal having safety are used. However, wiring of the electric wire can be done easily. Also, since the locking part formed on the gutter body is formed at the middle position in the height direction of the outer surface of both side edge parts, the cover is guided by the fitting guide part of the cover formed on the gutter body. Both side edges of the cover are easily fitted to both side edges of the line gutter body, and when the cover is fitted, the cover has a deeper fitting depth than the structure in which the locking part is formed at the bottom of the line gutter body. Also, the engaging portion of the cover can be easily and elastically fitted to the locking portion of the gutter body. Moreover, even if the gutter main body and the cover are made thick so that the strength can be maintained, the engaging portion of the cover can easily and elastically engage with the engaging portion of the gutter main body. Furthermore, since the locking part of the gutter body is formed continuously in the length direction, there is no restriction on the cutting position between the gutter body and the cover, and the size can be adjusted according to the wiring condition at an appropriate position. Even after cutting, the engaging portion of the cover can be securely locked to the locking portion of the gutter body. Further, both side edges of the cover are easily fitted to both side edges of the gutter body by being guided by the cover fitting guide portion. Further, by forming the engaging portions at intervals, the formation is easy, and even if there is a deviation, the deviation from the locking portion can be absorbed, and the cover can be reliably attached to the gutter body. In addition, the wire fitted to the gutter body is not removed by the cover fitting guide that is bent in the direction in which the tip ends of both side edges of the gutter body approach each other, and the wire is sandwiched between the gutter body and the cover. Wiring work is easy because there is no risk of wearing and damage.
