[Prior Art] In a self-closing sliding door, when carrying luggage in and out by a dolly, or when it is desired to keep the sliding door open by an opening width necessary for people to enter and leave the room, or There are cases where it is desired to stop the sliding door at the required opening position, such as when opening the sliding door slightly to ventilate or ventilate the room. As a device that satisfies such a demand, there is a temporary stop device for a self-closing sliding door.

A rod 4 having a rubber seat 3 attached to its lower end is provided slidably in the vertical direction, and the rod 4 is biased upward. When the pedal 5 is stepped on, the rod 4 is pressed downward via the spring 6, the rubber seat 3 is pressed against the floor 7, and the pressed state is maintained. When the pedal 5 is further pressed, the pressed state is released. It has become like.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, of the conventional temporary stop devices described above, those of the external type are exposed and unfavorable in appearance. Since it is a stepping operation, it can be performed while standing, but it is difficult to do because of an unstable posture such as when carrying luggage. Since the braking force differs depending on the material of the floor and the floor is not completely flat, a sufficient braking force may not be obtained depending on the temporary stop position.

Further, in the case of the built-in system, friction is generated on the guide rails, so braking is reliable, but from the state of temporary suspension, the brake may not be released from the device, and opening and closing operations may be mistakenly performed. However, in the case of the above-mentioned built-in method, there is a risk of damage.

[Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention provides a connecting rod slidably in a vertical direction inside an upper sliding door and urges the connecting rod downward, and at the lower end of the connecting rod, a knob exposed to the outside of the sliding door is provided. A housing is provided at an upper end portion, and an oscillating body that can be pressed against a guide rail of the sliding door is provided on the housing so as to be swingable in the sliding door moving direction and slidable in the rod axis direction. The clutch pin is fitted into the rocking body and is connected through a shortenable connecting pin, and the connecting pin is movable in the horizontal direction, and the connecting pin is engaged with a clutch groove engraved on the inner surface of the housing. A locking projection is provided on the locking pin, and the connecting pin is engaged with the locking projection at a raised position, and the rocking of the rocking body causes the connecting pin and the locking projection to be disengaged from each other. Is.

[Operation] When the knob is pushed upward, the rocking body rises via the connecting rod and the connecting pin and presses against the guide rail to exert a braking force. The connecting pin engages with the locking protrusion at the raised position, restricts the descent of the rocking body, and maintains the braking state. Next, when the sliding door is swung, the swinging body swings, the connecting pin and the locking projection are disengaged, the swinging body and the connecting rod descend, and the braking state is released.

Further, the connecting pin 37 is guided by the ascending guide deep groove 47,
It rides on the slope 48, rises while being gradually shortened, and finally climbs over the top of the locking projection 45. When the connecting pin 37 crosses over the locking protrusion 45, it is projected by the repulsive force of the spring 37c, and the connecting pin 37 and the locking protrusion 45 are brought into an engaged state.

When a force in the opening or closing direction is further applied to the sliding door 1, a large frictional force acts between the rubber cap 42 and the guide rail 14, so that there is no relative movement between the rubber cap 42 and the guide rail 14, and there is shaking. A horizontal force is applied to the moving body 38 via the edge portion 33, so that the moving body 38 swings around the top surface of the rubber cap 42.

Since the connecting rod 19 is urged downward by the compression spring 29, the rocking body 38 descends via the connecting rod 19 and the bracket 34, and the connecting pin 37 also descends the descending return shallow groove 46, and further the inclined surface. It is led to the ascending guide deep groove 47 along 49.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the guide rail is braked, which is reliable, and the braking can be performed only by pushing up the knob, and the braking can be performed by moving the hanging door. It is very simple, and in particular, since the brake release is performed by moving the sliding door in either the opening or closing direction, the excellent effect that there is no damage due to an erroneous operation can be exerted.
