ルスプリング（25）が支軸部上に装着され、このスプリ
ング（25）によって常時凹所（14）を施蓋する方向に回
動付勢されるようになっている。前記凹所（14）の奥壁
（14a）にはプッシュラッチ部品（26）が設けられてお
